While we were waiting for our blinds to be delivered, Brian came and put paper shades up so we could function in our new home. Our installation was a little bumpy, but I appreciated that the problem was treated as an all hands on deck situation, and we even had one of the owners here to insure that the rest of the installation went smoothly. Update: They responded to my review below by saying their secretary doesn't HAVE to shake anyone's hand, which is a disgusting cop out and only reinforces my suspicions. Also appeared to subtly threaten my occupational prospects (I left the company I worked for at the time of my own accord, so it doesn't matter but still low of them.) They also didn't deny the dirty plates on the floor; don't do business with these people. Update 2: Dave, the owner, saw my review and got in contact with my boss. We hopped on a conference call and when I asked if I would receive an apology from the woman directly, he told me it wouldn't happen because she "told him she feels bad" and that he would just get the review taken down. He also called me a "keyboard warrior" for decrying racist behavior. It's sad that people of color have to deal with such disrespect in the workplace. Update 3: It seems as though they've either gotten the post removed or shadowbanned from review sites. Very sinister stuff.
