What a gem over at the Rosewood. We stopped in on a Sunday after we did a nice drive in the hills. I ordered a chai latte and their baguette sandwich. Latte was perfect and the sandwich was amazing - tasted a lot better than it looked! It had a nice pesto sauce with artichokes and the bread was fantastic. I am taking off one star because the woman who took our order was cold as ice. Would still recommend based on the food and nice atmosphere. Lots of places to sit outside! read more

My husband got this to go for us, and I really liked their pastries, their Coffee is decent, nothing exceptional, but their pastries makes up for the Coffee. My husband got their mocha made with dandelion chocolate and I got their latte and tried both of their spinach and artichoke spiral pastry (it's croissant like); and their guava and cream pastry, also super buttery and flaky. A hidden gem that has amazing coffee! I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon with my mom and it was super busy but had lots of seating. I ordered an iced flat white and got a spinach artichoke croissant. Everything was so good! I loved the profile of the espresso in my drink and the croissant was so good! The staff was friendly and we were able to hangout outside with the nice weather. We were also able to taste test their gelato outside and really liked the dandelion chocolate gelato! Could you imagine a more serene place for a coffee shop? Bici coffee came to my attention via an ad on Instagram and I'm so glad that I did. Bici stands for bicycle in Italian and this café is centered around the biking community in Menlo Park area. They also host biking plus coffee events from time to time so do check out on their website. I went on a Friday morning and it was not too crowded. This is located in the Rosewood Sand Hill Menlo Park resort premises. It's an extension of the resort but also open to public. The coffee shop itself is small, but they have abundant seating outside. The interiors are so aesthetic, modern with a blend of clean and cozy colors. Each of the patio tables had a throw blanket!! They had a much of refrigerated food options and fresh baked goods. I got a dandelion mocha with oat milk, which is made using the dandelion chocolate from SF. The mocha was pretty good, but I did need to add some sugar to balance the bitterness of dark choc. The staff was super nice and friendly. I loved the latte art that one of the staff did for my mocha and I complimented her! Bici is a cute oasis tucked into Silicon Valley. Located at the Rosewood, self-parking is available right across the street. The shop itself is right next to the hotel entrance. The interior is well done. Elevated, yet approachable. The staff was friendly and it's the kindest and quickest coffeeshop experience I've had in the Bay. I tried the pistachio olive oil cake which wasn't the best olive oil cake I've ever had but was still quite enjoyable paired with an Americano. The coffee was good and most importantly made quickly. Despite being new, they seem to have their logistics pretty smoothed out. There's no indoor seating, but there's plenty of covered outdoor seating to take advantage of. Cute coffee store in the Rosewood Hotel area. The parking is kind of not the most easy to find, as the lot is actually not right in front of the store, but across a street in a different lot. That being said, plenty of parking and once you find it, it is easy to get to. The store itself is tiny, but there is ample seating outside. There is actually a really nice seating area for big groups. The coffee itself is decent - I tried the dandelion chocolate latte. Probably should have stirred it as all the chocolate was on the bottom of the cup. Also ordered a cookie and an almond croissant. The cookie was delightful, and the almond croissant, while not my cup of tea, was devoured by my oldest. Service is hit or miss. They seem meh when you order or pick up, but one nice lady did help bring my stuff out to the tables as I was juggling two toddlers and trying to get all the pastries and latte to the seating area. read more

I stopped in today and had a great experience! As always, the staff at the Rosewood couldn't be any nicer. I asked the gentleman at the valet stand where Bici was and he walked me over and opened the door for me! Super nice and went above and beyond. There were two employees when I went in and they were both so friendly! They gave great recommendations and I went with the mocha latte. The inside is super cute and they have a few items of merch for sale. I was heading to a workout after so I didn't try any of their food items, but they looked really yummy! The gal working mentioned the pastries are from Manresa, and the chia pudding and refrigerated items looked great too. The latte was delicious- not too sweet and the perfect temperature!
