    It's getting dark.

What an awesome experience! I booked the sunset ride with bbq dinner. Booking online was simple. Hardest thing was deciding which hotel I wanted to walk to for pickup. Shuttle bus is clearly marked when it arrives. You are given liability forms to complete (don't bother filling out online as the 2nd page was missing for me). When you arrive at the ranch, you will hand the forms to a wrangle. There is a restroom there and then you're asked to wait near the fire pit for further instructions. Next, a wrangle will give you instructions about what you can take on the ride and they have small saddlebags to put your items in. Small wallets and crossbody bags fit. No glass bottles or selfie sticks that extend. Water is provided. You are asked to line up so they can decide which horse to assign to you. Once the horse or mule is retrieved, a wrangle will help you get on. I am short so I really had to lift my leg up! Horses and riders are kept in the pen area until all riders are ready before heading down the trail. Our group of 21 riders hard 5 wranglers leading us out. They kept an eye out for both the riders and horses and gave us additional instructions as needed. There is a photo stop about 15 mins into the ride. They will do individual and group photos. After photos we were on our way for a beautiful ride. Although it was overcast, the colors of the sky and landscape were beautiful. We were lucky enough to see a coyote walking up the hill. He stopped, gave us a long look before continuing on. The horses didn't seem to mind! Some of the horses need a little prodding to keep up with the pack. Don't be afraid to make kissy noises! It was dark by the end of the ride, but the horses know their way back home. Oh, the dinner ! You are asked when you arrive how you want your steak cooked, if that's what you selected when you booked the trip. Salad, beans, and potatoes are served with your entree. Dressings, condiments, and soda are provided. After dinner (not rushed as other reviewers have stated), we returned to the fire pit to roast marshmallows for our s'mores on chocolate chip cookies (Chips Ahoy). The bus pulled back up, which signaled the end of our adventure. In our group, we had a wedding party of 14 (fun to watch them get on the bus in wedding attire!), 2 families, 2 couples, and 4 soloists. Everyone was very friendly! Our wranglers did an outstanding job of keeping us safe and stayed in communication with each other via radio. A very diverse group with interesting backgrounds. Just ask about their background and they are happy to share. If you get Koa as a wrangler, ask him about catching his hair on fire! Twice!

Thanks to all the wranglers/guides They were all attentive and professional, explaining and being sure that the clients were seated well on their horse/mules. If you enjoy these butt to noses trail rides, this is it. Be sure to dress warm and have gloves, it was beyond burr, especially when the wind blew.

We had a Sunset Trial Ride booked with this group and I have to say it was such a fun and relaxing experience. The staff/wranglers were absolutely wonderful. They were professional, attentive, and you can tell that they love their horses. We drove there ourselves but they are able to pick you up at your hotel on the strip to bring you to the stables. Dinner was also delicious, they really do know how to make a good steak. After dinner we had s'mores by the campfire which was a great bonus. I've been on other rides with different groups and these guys were definitely my favorite. 10/10 would recommend. We will be back again (:

In A Nutshell: -Cowboy Trail Rides is an awesome escape from the Strip. -Here you'll be able to do a morning ride along Red Rock Canyon. -There are several beautiful horses & mules that you'll be paired up with. -I was paired w/ the stud stallion appropriately named, "Traveler". -You will sign a couplw documents, receive a safety briefing & then set off for a 2 to 2.5 hour ride. -The first half is uphill where you climb 2,000 feet to get to around 4,000 feet elevation. -There is an opportunity for a photo op, where you can give your phone to the guides to snap those smiles. Overall, this is a cool place to ride horses just 5 minutes from Summerlin.

I loved my experience! I forgot his name but one of the wranglers let me ride King! Being an experienced rider I was excited to ride him, he's Percheron and Clydesdale. So pretty! Thank you for informing us on more knowledge about the environment! You can ride all times of the year!

We enjoyed our excursion with Cowboy Trail Rides. Only 1/4 experienced rider. guides were Kelly, Kayla and Brinley. We rode Traveler, Cody, Elviz and shadow. It is a guided tour, which means you stay in a line all together. Perfect for inexperienced riders. Slow and bum gets sore. Views are spectacular. Late afternoon in December & it got cold. Gloves & thick socks needed. Dinner, hot cocoa was tasty and portions large. Smores around gas fire, so you don't smell Smokey. Transportation took an hour to get back to our stop (last one on route). Cash for tips (driver, guides and chef)

One of our activities for our trip to Vegas was horse back riding. I found this place from reviews from trip advisor. They do have hotel pick up (if you are on the list of hotels). We had everything explained to us and had all necessary equipment (helmet, saddle). The ride was @2 hours in early morning sun. We had a perfect November day with no need of jacket. The trail is also a hiking trail so we saw a view hikers towards the end. We were able to stop at a peak for photos of you or your group with your horse(s) with the great Red Canyon background. The team of Cowboys and Cowgirls are always keeping an eye on you and your horse to make sure everything goes smoothly. They will answer any questions or concerns you may have and assist you on and off you horse. They do match you accordingly with your horse by your height and weight. My BF is 6ft tall so he got the biggest horse called Licorice and mine was called Lady Di . This was a fun experience and I would recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy the canyon.

A great morning spent riding! I grew up riding horses and my husband has ridden before. We still both really enjoyed ourselves. The views were amazing, trail had inclines and declines which made it fun. Our wranglers were super attentive and made sure our saddles were on straight, checked in to make sure everyone was ok. We had a great time and already wanting to plan out next ride. Thank you for a great day Cowboy Trail Rides!

This was a truly amazing experience and I highly recommend it. Only two observations: 1. Dinner was really rushed. We had no time to finish our meal since the staff wanted to go home. You get a large dinner portion but most guests pitched part of their meal or ate super fast. My teenager wanted to finish his steak and ate so fast I thought he'd get sick. The s'mores over the fire was anticlimactic; there wasn't room for everyone to sit around the fire. Definitely no room for everyone to make s'mores. Out of 23 guests, only three made s'mores as, again, we were rushed. I would not do the dinner experience again. Go eat dinner in peace at a restaurant. The ride is much cheaper without the dinner too. 2. There needs to be a way to tip on line when you purchase your ticket. Many guests had no cash on them. We gave a $50 bill as tip as that's all I had on me. I handed it to one of the staff as our wonderful guide was busy tending to the horses. The staff put it in his pocket so there is no way to know if that money was shared. Next time I would hand the tip to the guide directly but, unfortunately, I didn't know the tipping process.

One of the best nights in Vegas!! A totally amazing experience. Beautiful location with super friendly and helpful guides and wranglers, all worked really hard to look after you and give you a safe and memorable ride (never knew horses could poop and walk but not pee and walk lol!). Food and camp fire were both great, I would recommend 100% thank you so much for all your hard work! And a special shout out to Traveller and Milly, what an awesome pair!

One of the best outdoor experiences and money well spent! The guides were extremely nice, informative and experienced. If I ever come back to Nevada I will be visiting this place

THE BEST EXPERIENCE of a lifetime!!! My husband and I booked this tour because we wanted to get away from the craziness of the Las Vegas strip and enjoy some real quality outdoor time while on vacation. This experience was one for the books... one we can't stop talking about. My husband and I did the sunset tour and the views at sunset are to die for. The entire crew- wranglers, cook, driver, etc. were friendly, patient, and fun. What's included: You get picked up from your hotel or a nearby hotel by a bus that will bring you to the ranch. After your horse ride tour (about 1 hr 45 mins) you get back to the ranch and your meal is ready to be served straight from the grill. You have a choice of either chicken or steak (we got the steak and it was one of the best we have ever had - no joke), and you get beans, potatoes, salad, and corn on the cob. Delicious! They ask you how you want your food cooked before your ride so it's prepared to your liking. You also have plenty of different types of drinks to choose from (water, soda, Gatorade, hot chocolate, tea, coffee). You eat your dinner in the open ranch which is decorated with nice lights and picnic tables. After dinner, there is a camp fire where you sit around and can roast marshmallows if you'd like. They gave us marshmallows to roast and cookies to make a roasted marshmallow sandwich (way better than s'mores). After the campfire, the bus brings you back to your location you were picked up from. From pick up time to drop off time is about 5 and 1/2 hours and it flew by. The ranch only has an outdoor port-a-potty so go to the bathroom ahead of time... or just rough it. The tour the wranglers takes you on goes up and down hills, through rocks, through sand... it's the type of landscape and adventure I had exactly wanted when booking this tour. It goes at a nice pace and anyone from a beginner rider to an experienced rider would feel comfortable and enjoy. (I am BY FAR a beginner and always felt safe. Never once did I feel scared.) You will be in awe. This tour makes everything from start to finish... the pick up bus was right on time, the horses were gentle, the food was amazing, the staff was great, and the atmosphere was spectacular... This trip is worth every penny! You will not be disappointed. I would do this tour again!!

    Fun ride!

Booked well in advance, over a month out. About three weeks before our departure date, I saw my credit card was charged $200, which wasn't the agreed upon price (it was actually more). When I called, the man who answers the phone said he mistakenly charged my card for someone else's trip. I was issued a refund right away which wasn't a concern at the time (but should have been). I was a little anxious about the pickup, which was to be at 3:45am, since the company already seemed to be a little shady however the pickup was fine. Then exactly one week later, NO ONE came for the pickup at the airport. Our flight came in at 10pm and we waited 40 minutes. Mind you there were seven of us, with four kids from 16-8 years of age. We waited at both the regular passenger pickup and also at zero level (we split our group up to wait). Nothing better than being gone for a week to discover we have no ride home at 10:45pm. We ended up taking two taxis home. I read a previous review which said another big party never got picked up. Along with the erroneous charge beforehand, I felt like the company was a little shady and guess what?!?! They are. We tried to contact the driver and the main business line that night but never received an answer. When I called to request a refund for our return trip home, the man on the phone was extremely apathetic and didn't even seem to realize we hadn't paid for the initial pickup from home yet. Would never use them again and if you choose to do so, make sure you have Uber or taxi backup available.

I'm still smiling thinking about our wedding day, and Crown LV played such a special part in making…read moreit absolutely magical. My wife and I decided to splurge on a stretch limousine for our big day in Las Vegas, and I'm so glad we chose Crown LV after reading their reviews online. From the moment I first called to inquire about their services, I knew we were in good hands. The booking process was incredibly smooth - no hidden fees, no pushy sales tactics, just honest answers to all my questions. The woman who handled our reservation was so patient with me as I went back and forth on timing (you know how wedding planning can be!), and she even offered some great suggestions about photo locations along the Strip. The limousine itself was absolutely stunning. When it pulled up to our hotel, I actually got a little teary-eyed. It was pristine inside and out - leather seats that were clearly well-maintained, a fully stocked bar area, and ambient lighting that made everything feel so romantic. The sound system was perfect for our "getting ready" playlist, and there was plenty of room for me in my dress (which was no small feat!). But what really made the experience exceptional was our driver, Miguel. He was punctual, professional, and had this wonderful way of making us feel like celebrities without being intrusive. He knew exactly when to give us privacy and when to engage in conversation. When we were running about ten minutes behind schedule (wedding day nerves!), he was completely understanding and adjusted our timeline seamlessly. He even had breath mints and tissues ready - those little touches that show real attention to detail. The ride through Vegas was like something out of a movie. Miguel took us past some of the most iconic spots for photos, and he was more than happy to wait while we captured those once-in-a-lifetime shots. He clearly knows the city inside and out and helped us avoid the usual tourist traffic. What impressed me most was how Crown LV handled the little unexpected moments. When my bouquet started falling apart (cheap flowers, lesson learned!), Miguel actually had a small emergency kit in the limo and helped me secure it with some clear tape. And when my new wife accidentally spilled a bit of champagne on her shirt, Miguel had a stain removal pen ready. It's these thoughtful details that separate a good service from an exceptional one. The pricing was fair and transparent - exactly what we were quoted, no surprise charges. Given the level of service and the quality of the vehicle, I honestly feel like we got more value than we paid for. Our friends and family were so impressed when we arrived at our venue, and several of them asked for Crown LV's contact information for their own future events. That's probably the best testament to their service right there. If you're considering a limo service in Las Vegas for any special occasion, I can't recommend Crown LV highly enough. They didn't just provide transportation - they helped create memories that my wife and I will treasure forever. Sometimes you get exactly what you pay for, and sometimes you get lucky enough to receive so much more. Crown LV was definitely the latter.

When I go to Vegas which I go a couple times a year I get airport limo service which with 2 previous companies included transportation both ways and is about $175 not including tip or anything. I called crown because the service I used 5 months ago had moved to another area and I saw the good reviews so I thought I would give them a try. I called asking about airport transportation and said I needed both ways and the lady said it was the usual amount I have paid with other companies. I had given her my flight information for my arrival flight and my return flight. Looking back at it now it seems like she was trying to ignore the return trip back to the airport. The driver arrived on time which was good, but when I asked if I could go somewhere and get juice and pop he kept pushing me to a liquor store saying they would have what I needed. I don't drink but whatever. We get there and the drinks were $6 for a 2 liter. The place was in a dark area and seemed kind of shady. They didn't have what I really wanted but I got something and spent $25 on 4 2 liters. After I got back to the limo the driver goes back inside it almost seemed like he gets a kickback to take us to that place which makes sense because of how adamant he was about going there. We arrive at the hotel after a 35 minute trip from pickup at airport to the hotel. I never received anything about the return trip back to the airport so I called the morning of and asked. I was told that no I wasn't in the system and they don't offer round trip service from the airport. They want you to pay double what you would pay with other limo services in the area. I didn't bother getting into it I know I was super clear that I thought I was getting round trip service. If you don't offer that tell me when I book. If I have to pay each way tell me when I book. But don't just book me for the trip from the airport and ignore all the times I said I needed return service leaving me hanging on the day I am supposed to return home. It just seems like Vegas has changed a lot recently when you go to a some restaurants they ask you what side do you want making it sound like it is included with the meal when it is not. It seems like everyone is out to just get money from you now there and not care about future business by you. It's disappointing because in Vegas they used to treat you very well and I always would tip very well because I liked being treated well. Those days are over though it's all about how can we get as much money from you now who cares if you come back.
