However I am very happy to say that this is BY FAR the best experience I have ever had. Yup. That's 5 bright red stars up there... for an internet company! Verizon, Time Warner, Comcast, Frontier? All get a huge "boo" in my book. Ricky in particular has been incredible; helping me to set up service and being there through to the end of the set up process to make sure that everything has been taking care of. Seriously, if you are in an area that Bel Air services get it. You would be a silly person to do otherwise.

On top of constantly throttling internet or trying to say they were using a "dedicated connection." Tell that to my 12 mbps download speed through the month of January and February during peak hours. I work remote and require untapped and unfettered internet speeds, and consistency is what this provider lacks. On top of that, trying to get assistance with anything from anyone is like pulling teeth. Get Cox.

I am not allowed to share many details but I will speak to the customer experience shortly. It already feels like you're in a jail cell all day but without the convenience of nearby bathroom facilities. The campus is sprawling. each building goes on forever. bathrooms and water are never near. It's not hard to get trapped in a set of hallways. Luckily there are cameras that are monitored in each area so the guards can get a good laugh at you before they finally send someone to break you free. you'll probably get scolded and or condescending to about your mishap for days to come. Dropping off and receiving equipment is pretty straightforward here. I do appreciate that about them. Orderliness: They provide plenty of storage bins so that you can keep your cage looking nice. If there is any MooP (matter out of place) in your cage you can expect a visit from the "foreign contaminate" robot upon your return from lunch. what? references for Wall-E are dated? c'mon this place is just like that spaceship in that movie, LOL. oh yeah, they're pretty good actually.

Went in to have my phone replaced the bad screen on Samsung galaxy z flip a second week of March…read more2026. I paid over $300 for this service. The phone was working great, I was happy with the work for 2.5 weeks up until yesterday(April 2) I noticed the black line screen damaged and went back to ask the technician if the work guaranteed or warranty for 30 days at least? They replied that can replace another screen with $100 discount which required another new screen put on for another $300 something. They were kind enough to gave me an iPhone charger for free and suggested I should just bring out my old iPhone 7 to use if I didn't repair my phone this time as my alternative. With this economy and specially money didn't grow out of the tree. It's a no-no for me to spend another $300 in less than a month would you? If you want to get anything repaired from this place. Please have it in writing for how long they will warranty their work. Or just put a bandage or a duct tape on it might be smarter move than me.

Long story yet a hilarious one for the brother n law. Boy, it was a tight budget. Some used parts on our end 1060 and 1700x yet the rest used parts bin on theirs. It didn't run warzone at all but that is OK! Casino rig met its match. Too weak. It socks two sock, sock it up butter cup! Lol 2nd build as I went all out for what I afforded in cash again and the 7800xt just dropped in spring 2023. Give or take. They came out with the blue prints, parts and put it together. Ddr5 non qvl rams in but was unstable. They swapped out to another set different sku. Same problem, they swapped again to non qvl g skill set but worked flawlessly with 7600x am5. All this free of charge. In the end. Techmonkey build they honor their build warranty. Positive light and learning for me. Ok warzone obviously on 1080p which I bought the monitor used from them it was like a space ship! 240 plus fps smooth. from like 43fps and crash on casino 1st build rig. I made my wife a computer with a friend based the things I learned from their 2nd build and I still stop by frequently with the rescued husky/shepherd Kyloren and zephyrus the husky. My build well, started with asus b350f motherboard and the 3700x wasn't jiving even with asus bios. I changed out to msi tomohawk b450 and now rams won't work. I bought rams on qvl per msi. No big. Works now! Oh the pc gamer banter is strong and good that I have a thick skin. We all learn now. My wife's computer is capped at 60fps and screen tearing on Destiny 2 so I bought the display port cable. 3070 asus. Try again maybe Friday. If the cable doesn't work. I went in literally 15min before they closed (sorry) and they were still ready to take me in. They looked at it and suggested a couple of parts that I needed which was an AIO cooler, power supply, and a couple of fans. They didn't rip me off, gave me the minimum of what I needed. I also purchased a beautiful case from them. After all was done, they installed game launchers, benchmark testing, SSD testing, installed windows 10, ran diagnostics to make sure everything was working properly and efficiently. These guys are the real deal. Very knowledgeable and will recommend everyone to these guys.
