The staff here are absolutely amazing! They are very informative and have helped me on two different occasions. First, I added my sister to my line after she dropped her phone, broke it and needed to be off her ex's line anyway. The employee was accommodating and helped quite a bit despite my sister not being there and us having to communicate via phone. She was added to the plan with ease and with little to no money as down payment. Easy peasy! Second, my phone has been wonky lately and it hasn't been in the greatest condition that it should be. I came in and talked to a different employee than I had the first time. He answered my questions about Jump! And Jump on Demand! And helped me find a phone that would be in my price range as well as my preference. After about 5-10 minutes I opted to use the insurance and just get a replacement as the employees did help me decide as it was a better value and deal overall. My IPhone 7 went out and had to get help and assistance with the service for Tmobile, so I stopped into one of the neighborhood store and was greeted by Annica Cozort who helped with the process. Right when I thought there was no hope left on the phone. Annica spoke with customer service on their end and was able to retrieve my account number and re-create a new password for me so I can port my old number into my new phone/carrier. I was talked into getting a "magenta" phone plan from tmobil and a new phone. 5g service and a 5g phone. This was a bad decision on my part. The "magenta" phone is worse I can't get service half the time and when I tried to take the phon back they said they couldn't find the receipt. That's so wrong! I bet they find the purchase when they want the bill payed!! I have never been more disappointed with a business like this. I've been with T-mobile for over 12 years and they are amazing. You cant base T-Moblie service on this stores attitude. Go to the stores on Tropicana they are nice. This store of miscreants have no respect for anyone and are wonderful example of why our country is in trouble. My phone should have gone to my mailbox but ended up at this T-mobile retail location instead and signed by Esmeralda. I walked in and asked for Esmeralda, explained I am a long time T-Moble customer and my new Note 9 was delivered there by mistake. The lady said oh your James and looked at another employee curiously. This little punk told me he had my phone and I should have sent it to the right address. I paused and asked for my phone again. He said he talked to his district manager and was going to send it back. I said my address and name on my ID match the box what's the problem. The little jerk argued with me telling me I need to fix the address, it's not his problem call t-mobile and have another phone sent to the right address. I wanted to strangle him and he could see I was pissed, he finally picked himself off the display he was basically laying on, looked at the office door, put his hand out and asked for my ID. In true little punk Millennials fashion he didn't even look me in the eye like a man, he walked to the office door and while opening the door looking inside the office mumbled he shouldn't even give my phone to me and I need to fix my address. I was pissed and asked him what his problem was and why he would do that. He repeated to fix my address like a little punk looking at his phone. I must say this is the worst business acumen I have ever seen in a retail shop. I can't imagine trying to manage kids like this and hold them accountable. I've been with T-Mobile for 5+ years. I had issues with my account and was about to stop using T-Mobile altogether. I stopped into this location to ask about my bill and see what options there were to get some billing errors fixed. The entire staff there were super friendly and helpful, especially Reyben. Reyben helped me to understand what was going on with my account and got my phone turned back on. He basically kept me from switching to a different phone service and convinced me to continue to stay with T-Mobile. He was really awesome and this was the best customer service I've ever received at a T-Mobile store. If I ever need to stop into a T-Mobile store this will be the one I'm going to from now on. I initially went in to activate services and was greeted by Cortney, he was very kind and helpful and had answers to all of my many questions. I genuinely enjoyed the experience I had, I even ended up purchasing some airpods along with my new cell phone services. Bought a tourist plan at this store two weeks before my brother comes to visit me from the Philippines. The store employee activated sim and phone credits on the day of purchase which I did not agree to. Why would you activate and have the sim card and tourist plan running when my brother hasn't arrived yet? So the tourist plan expired in a week when my brother arrived. I discussed with this store employee that my brother was not yet here in the US at the time of this purchase! I paid the tourist plan in full upon purchase, thought I was in good hands with this T mobile store but I was dead wrong. NEVER trust these guys. They are crooks! The tourist plan is $30 good for 3 weeks. No discount and there's even a $10 for a sim card. This store just ran with my money. Filed a complaint against this deceptive trade practice of this store! I don't understand why this T mobile would discriminate and screw me over as a first time customer for an honest purchase I made. read more
