Bought a car from here, the sales and service side were awesome. Took car for test drive and came…read moreback the service engine light came on. I told them they immediately took it in and scanned codes found the problem. I brought car back up the Monday after buying and they installed new 02 sensors with no question it's been 3 months and 6,000 miles now and still no problems. They did more than they need to for a used car dealership. Normally places like this won't go the extra mile to make sure your in a safe and reliable vehicle

We were told it had a brand new Oil Cooler and Spark Plugs installed as that oiler cooler always goes bad in this model so they replaced it with the new aluminum one to prevent problems for the next owner. Less than 48 hours of owning it, the heat stops working. Less than a week of owning it the check engine light comes on with a misfire in cylinder 4. We took it to a shop, $1300 later we had a new oil cooler installed. The repair shop gave us the oiler cooler that they removed. It was the original plastic oil cooler that came with the engine. The spark plugs were not replaced either. This dealer lied to our face when we bought it. After that repair it fixed the misfire on cylinder 4 but the heat still doesn't work so now we have to spend a couple more thousand dollars to get the heater core replaced because "someone" filled the system with radiator stop leak. This was my 19 year old son buying what he thought was going to be his first reliable vehicle for his new chapter of life and getting on his adult feet. My son saved up every penny and paid $12000 cash for this car just to end up with a lemon and lies. Buyer beware!!!

This is in reference to Steve Mudd in sales and Thomas in service. I purchased a 2015 Tahoe LTZ and…read morereally enjoy the truck. Beautiful black with black rims and black Chevy bow ties. Unfortunately it had a few issues mechanical and electrical and it was a tad frustrating. But the service department really stepped up and made sure the vehicle was back in working order. They were great with communication and I felt they were tentative to our needs. When I picked up the vehicle, they were reasonable with the repairs and the car was washed and waxed.... Mr Mudd even made good on a promise that was almost 2 years old. I have a lot of respect for a man who keeps his word. These guys are good...... Go see them. Tell them what you want. They WILL deliver...

DON'T DO IT!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!…read more This location should be permanently shut down. I could not imagine a worst place to buy a car. The unprofessionalism and incompetency of this place is absolutely mind blowing. I can assure this is a completely honest review and I am trying to help people prevent from making the same mistake as I did. I went for a used Nissan Altima that I saw on Autotrader. When I got there it had been transferred and was not there. I needed a car badly. BILL MILLER sold me a Chevy Trax. From day 1 it had an oil leak. I took it back and told them and their incompetent techs said there was no leak. I took it back again with pictures of the leak and they said "oh yeah I guess there is one". That's the first issue. They sold me a vehicle they claimed had been through inspection (obviously not) and then denied the issue. They then changed the oil pan. Still leaking. They then changed the engine entirely. Again, do to the incompetence of their staff I picked it up after 2 months and zero communication regarding the status of the repair and decided to drive it off the lot since it was Technially used and could not file legal action under the lemon law. During this time MICHAEL PRESTO the manager tried to do everything other than return the vehicle. I work in sales and ultimately the customer is right and especially when you as the seller have done wrong. They would not help me return the vehicle and while they did extend the warranty which I do appreciated bc I am being honest in this review, the car STILL had issues. I drove it 10 mins off the lot after the new engine and it started smoking. Which tells me they did not do a test drive after recalling an ENTRIE ENGINE!! That alone is mind blowing. They took it back and said there was a damaged hose that was leaking. Again, due to incompetence of the tech. They fixed that and I immediately took it to a different Chevy Dealer for a second look. They gave me a list of FIVE THINGS THAT WERE DONE INCORRECTLY. FIVE!!!! Will cost $667 to fix and now the GM MICHAEL PRESTO AND ROB REEVES are nowhere to be found and will not return my calls. This place should be shutdown and I hope for everyone's sake you stay way far away from this dealership. Good luck.

I challenge you to find a better salesman than the one I got! I worked with Terrell Smith at this…read morelocation. I came from Oxmoor Ford in search of a 2015 Ford Explorer Sport with no luck. Terrell at Ford Town & Country was very informative, very kind, and was able to give us one on one attention. He was very thorough in explaining their financing plan and stayed an hour after his shift the evening we came in to look around. On that note, we came in to look and ending up leaving with the exact vehicle I was looking for!!! Terrell was amazing, he was very helpful and assisted in a comfortable car buying experience! Update: To add to his outstanding level of customer service, I had an issue with the car a few days after driving off the lot (an unforseen AC compressor issue) Terrell was calling me, texting me, checking up on me to make sure I was taken care of, safe, and getting updates on vehicle repairs. This is the best customer service I have ever received! I would recommend him every time!

Came into check a known and very documented issue with my SUVs. I had diagnostic trouble codes,…read moreNHTSA Recall numbers and VIN number for two SUVs. I was politely greeted and told to talk to Donna. I had to wait for her to return as she was smoking a cigarette. Upon telling her my issue she asked for the VIN number and looked up a part the was unrelated to my issue and said that is what I needed. I knew based on my research the diagnostic trouble code that I had and recall bulletin that it was not the correct part. The part she told me about was much more expensive than the part I will be needing. I was looking for information about the recall and getting the correct fix made. Upon further checking She located the part that was listed in the recall Bulletin. The price quoted was still higher than other part suppliers. She became frustrated when I asked if the VIN number should the "reprogram fix." Several pages of vehicle history showed and I asked if it could be printed. She only printed one page of the multipage history and then proceeded to lie to me telling me it was the entire record even though the paper in hand clearly displayed it was not. While I was speaking to her a gentleman came up and interrupted and she started answering his questions. The gentleman and I had a short conversation and she eavesdropped and proceeded to argue with documated factual published information I was sharing with him. After which she insisted I was wrong and told me i had "came in negative". I asked what could be done for my issue and she explained they did not take appointments and it was first come first serve only but also stated it would have to take 2 days just to pull trouble codes. If you have any warranty recall issues I would highly suggest going to a different dealer. Not only was the Town & Country employee not very helpful but she gave unfactual data and tried to argue with well-published documentation that has been around since 2014. I can list the sources for all of which.
