The bread I've seen has been wrapped in plastic. So I'm comparing them to other bread bakeries that sell in plastic rather than to craft bakeries like Small State Provisions. I recently purchased Italian style sandwich rolls. They were definitely a step up from normal grocery store sandwich rolls that you would buy. I filled one with leftover roast turkey, Swiss and a few other toppings and panini-pressed it. It was obviously fresh and a good vessel for the sandwich. I can't say it was top tier though. 4 Stars

We came on a Sunday around 10:30am and they were almost out of some of their pastries. Definitely go there earlier. But that just shows how fresh everything is! Firstly, all of the pastries looked delicious! It was so hard to just pick one so we needed up picking 3. Cheesy hotdog bread, kbbq short rib bread, and a cranberry cream cheese pastry. They were all SOOO GOOD! The bread is so soft and the flavors were delicious. They have lots of fun seasonal drinks, caffeinated and non-caffeinated. They also have boba! I got an ube banana latte and my friend got their seasonal Coquito latte which was recommended. Both were delicious (and very strong). The service was immaculate. I didn't catch the cashier's name but she was younger with brown hair. The sweetest person ever! Definitely made the experience more enjoyable. What I didn't really enjoy, yet understand to a degree, is the pricing and the itemized fees on the receipt. They are a small business, so I understand the struggles and necessity. However they are charging an "Inflation Service Charge" of 4% on top of the subtotal. My receipt also indicated another "Service Charge" of 4%, presumably because I paid with a credit card. In the end, a coffee, a latte, an egg sandwich, and a danish, 7.35% tax, and a tip cost me over $40.
