Can't recommend Cozy Dental enough! The minute you walk in, the aesthetic is on point. We had some bad experiences (my partner and I) with dentist appointments in the past, being somewhat new to the area. But we were so pleasantly surprised by how caring and understanding Dr. Cici and her staff were towards us on our first and consecutive follow up visits. Not only is she very calming and patient, but the entire environment is bright and looks straight out of an interior design magazine (a detail I really appreciate, lol). Her dog Gizmo is adorable and greets me at the office. And my teeth / mouth always leave feeling fresh and not in pain. Had my bi-annual dental cleaning here and the place is gorgeous. Spa-like and full of plants. I was offered water and tea during my appointment. The dentist and her technician were both great and easy to talk to. I had originally taken stars off for scheduling issues - it's difficult to get follow up appointments within a reasonable timeframe (next one was 3+ months out) and there is a $200 cancellation fee for cancelling within 2 days. But the receptionist was able to move things around for me (even last minute!) to get me an appointment. Really appreciate the thoughtfulness. read more

I became a patient at CoZy Dental 6 months ago when they first opened. My family had to find a new dentist due to insurance issues. I was a little skeptical when making the appointment because the office was brand new, and I didn't know if the dentist had any experience. At the new patient visit, I was surprised (in a good way) by many things, including: - how clean and bright the office was - how kind, knowledgeable and personable Dr. Cici Zhou was - how fast, yet unrushed the entire appointment felt - how painless and effective the cleaning was - how well-coordinated all of the services were (exam, X-rays, cleaning, follow-up). Since that initial visit, both my wife and my teenage daughter have been similarly impressed with the care they received at CoZy Dental. My wife was particularly impressed by Dr. Cici's integrity and conservative approach to work she felt didn't need to be done (even though other dentists had previously pushed for expensive interventions we weren't sure needed to be done). It doesn't hurt that the office is also conveniently located in our neighborhood! I spent a lot of time looking for a new provider who would offer a comfortable experience. Dr. Cici Zhou's office did not disappoint, from a cute and cozy environment to incredibly friendly staff and even very easy scheduling, I was very pleased with my experience here. Dr. Zhou even completed the dental cleaning herself which I feel is pretty rare for a dentist to do. The online scheduling system is super convenient for scheduling and even rescheduling appointments and I was able to submit my insurance information conveniently online to expedite the check in process. I called this place to make an appointment. First, they claimed they're no longer taking Delta patients. Then, they called me back and said "welllll we'll take you as a patient because you asked, but only you" as if they have some exclusive wait list and offered me an appointment. Said they have some $100 per appointment "membership." I reached out the next day to confirm the appointment and they said "sorry the appointment is taken" and suddenly they're booked for months. What a joke. If you're discriminating on which patients you take or don't take, just say that. This is the problem with these boutique mom and pop offices that have a seemingly ethical business and fancy marketing. read more
