I have never been to a nail spa this luxurious! As I opened the door, I am immediately mesmerized by the giant chandelier hanging right in the middle of the entire space. The interior design of this nail salon is ultimate eye porn. I find myself constantly saying wow and completely incapsulated by the beauty. 5-stars for the design and space alone. Not only is this salon gorgeous, but they go above and beyond my expectations with their services. I opted for a pedicure pampering. I was brought to my pedicure seat which was also a massage chair. As my nail technician filled the feet soaking tub with warm water, the water changed colors continuously, so cool! While she made sure the water was at the perfect temperature for me, she asked me if I wanted anything to drink. Um, YES! Who doesn't love getting pampered with a drink in hand? As I sunk into my massage seat, sipping on my wine and a margarita, I received one of the best pampering for my feet I've ever had. I don't even know half of the things she massaged on my legs and feet, but everything felt wonderful and it made my skin shine and just feel so fresh! I came for a pedicure and I left with beautiful toes and legs that feel so rejuvenated! I cannot put into words how great my experience was, you just gotta go try it for yourself! I called at 10 till 6pm, they close at 7pm, they booked my appointment at 6pm I got there at 6:08, Zaynab greeted me and was very welcoming and friendly. Sam was my nail tech he did a great job! Thankfully he was very gentle because my hands are very sensitive being that I am older with arthritis. I was very pleased because he was very experienced & professional! I have had a lot of nail techs over the 25 years I have been getting my nails done and Sam is one of the top techs I've had and he is quick which is great for me because I am always in a hurry! He had me out of there in 1 hour flat and they stayed late for me which I appreciate! Annie was checking on me with her fun Santa hat on to make sure all was well! I highly recommend COZY Spa because it is top notch, I will definitely be going back there even though it is farther from my house than my other salon because it's worth the drive to get the best nail tech and a friendly environment. read more

Took my daughter to get her nails done.  I was charged $65 for a simple acrylic full set.  I was charged an extra $10 for the length of her nails and an extra $15 for a few nail designs.  They put the polish on super thick so she sat under the dryer for an hour and still wasn't dry.  They messed up her design putting the top coat on before her nail was dry.  To top it off, I got home and looked at my card statement only to find out that they took an additional $19 off my card on top of everything else I'd been charged for.  My receipt says one thing but my card statement says another.  Make sure you know the price upfront and I'd suggest paying cash so they can't add more to it once you're gone.  I'm very disappointed and will not be back for any service but will be returning tomorrow to get my $19 back. read more

I LOVE my nails!!!! I am very particular about my nails which led me to do my own for many years. Due to a very tight time line I opted to get my nails done at Cozy Nails and had a fantastic experience. Jenny was fantastic!!! She was warm and friendly and gave me exactly what I asked for. The salon it self was very nice,clean and very well run. When you get there you are checked in and seated, then your technician is called from an internal intercom.
