My first time at Cozy Nails - With this pandemic, wanted to do something special as a birthday present for myself. I can't believe I've lived within 4 min of this place, and never went here. They have been there for 5 years, as I asked. Hands-down, best massage chair of any nail salon. I treated myself to the Aloe Organic Pedicure which includes a 20+ minute massage, with mask, parafin wax, real aloe, hot stones, etc. Super reasonably priced. I was actually traveling 25 min to another nail salon because it's pricey around here & I'd meet a girlfriend half-way, but now I need to reconsider that, as this is my new go-to place. Everybody was friendly, and with covid/pandemic I felt safe except the one person (customer) who didn't have a mask but she was distant from everyone else. There was ample hand-sanitizer, and my friend joined me as well as she did mani-peddi and I think dipping powder. I can't say enough good things about the cleanliness, service, choice of different pedicure choices. And, I did not have an appointment. Neither did my friend. We didn't wait & they were fairly busy but again, everybody was super nice and helpful. We have been going to Cozy since 2018. The previous owner, Dewy, was absolutely wonderful! We loved him!! The new owner, Steve, is NOT customer friendly at all! He did my 16 year old daughter's nails today himself, and he was so rude and ugly to her. He began doing a sloppy job on her nails after he started her appointment 20 minutes late, and he made mistakes. His technique and quality are extremely poor even though he claims he's been doing this for 30 years. After my daughter requested him to start over when he cut her nails too short AND used the wrong color powder, he soaked her in acetone for 45 minutes and her hands started burning!!! He started handling her roughly and was very harsh with his tone of voice and facial expressions. I finally went over there to talk to him because she was so uncomfortable with how he was treating her. He actually had the nerve to tell me that we should be thanking him for the extra time he spent to correct HIS mistakes. His time? Customers are giving him their time and money in exchange for a service. If he wants to be the one being served, maybe he shouldn't be a service business owner!! NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!!! read more

This Saturday I went and the lady that did my nails did not do a good job at all. She was very nice and friendly however I got gel nails and they're already chipping and she left my nails looking very clumpy and on some spots you can tell there's not much polish. definitely won't be coming here again. read more

I've been getting pedicures at the same location by the same lady for over 8 years. Needless to say, when I found out that she had moved away and I would need to find a new place I was disappointed. Over the years, I've tried various locations from time to time with mixed reviews. Some pretty good and others not so much. What I've noticed from my experience is that men don't get the same treatment as women. Maybe it's because we aren't expected to be a repeat customer, our feet can require a little extra elbow grease or what but it's why I returned to the same place and person every time I needed my feet worked on. I decided to try Cozy Nail Spa because of the location(3 minutes from home) and they had pretty solid reviews. I strolled in right after they opened and was greeted warmly by a gentleman who was still getting things prepared for the day. I ordered the Heavenly Dream Pedicure with Sunkist Scent bc it's considered the "go to." Plus, it included a heel care(more on this later), paraffin wax, hot towels, mask, hot stone and lotion massage, sugar scrub and a warm neck wrap. I was seated immediately as Rachel was preparing my foot soak. The water was pretty cool but she quickly warmed it up when I requested. I went into it with an open mind and lowered expectations but Rachel did not disappoint. Rachel was gentle and meticulous while tending to my cuticles and a few small ingrown toenails. She even made a few touch ups after my pedicure was complete. She took her time and never appeared to be in a rush which is something I pay close attention too. When it came time for the heel care and callus removal I was surprised to see that Rachel did not have a rasp(cheese grater) but rather a coarse pumice bar. Now, this is when you make your money with me because my feet tend to be a little rough, so it requires some "tough love." I worried that Rachel's pleasant demeanor would abruptly change once she realized that pumice bar was going to be no match for my heels and callus. Lo and behold, Rachel as she had through every step of the pedicure took her time and really got after it. She wore those pumice bars down to the nub but I truly appreciated her effort. From that point on, everything else was icing on the cake. Both massages were phenomenal. Needless to say, I will be back to see Rachel because she exceeded all expectations and made my search for a new pedicurist a very short one. Highly recommended! read more

It is a little pricey compared to what I pay in Tyler, but the quality is A1 and they had sooooooooo many dip colors to choose from!!! I am absolutely in love with my color changing nails!! Kim was my nail tech and she was very friendly and easy to talk to. She's also very gentle and takes her time to give quality results. I'm giving this place 4 stars instead of 5 because of the steep prices; I would say the $37 is worth it for the color changing or glow in the dark colors, but regular dip colors were also $37 and I don't think that's worth it. read more

Went here yesterday for two pedicures for my mom & I, she initially wanted to get regular polish but I told her gel lasted longer. Definitely wouldn't have told her if the lady that was doing it didn't know what she was actually doing. She put multiple coats of the polish making it all lumpy and ugly when she could've simply said she didn't specialize in using gel and we could've asked for someone else. We get home and literally hours later 3 of her toes chip from her poor job. My mom went back in this morning to have them fix it and to get her money back and he tried to charge her for the takeoff and the poor job that the lady did when they should've just fuckin fixed it. Why do people come in and pay their hard earned money for a service that your nail technicians can't even provide? We've had multiple problems with them before and have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since it's so close to our area. Definitely won't be back & I hope they continue to lose business because they don't know how to handle anything professionally. The guy who did mine also cut my damn toe when using those sharp tools and didn't even apologize, he better hope I don't get an infection because I won't mind suing and putting them out of business. read more

I made a same day appointment. When we arrived, my friend and I were seated immediately. They offered us each something to drink when we sat down. It took awhile to get a manicurist over but that's expected. We did basic mani pedis. Word of caution: we were a little surprised to find they charged $17 more total than the price listed on the website. Also, I attached a photo of my nails. These were done here this past weekend. They did not paint all the way to the end of the nail on any finger. The toes are fine. I do not like this look as it looks like I need to redo them and it has been less than a week! I was looking for a nail salon to try out for a pedicure and found this place on Yelp. I came here based on the good reviews and had a wonderful experience. Walked in with my friend on a Saturday around 2pm and were told there would be a little wait. We didn't call or try to make an appointment so that was fine. Got in chairs not too long later, offered complimentary wine, and they did great pedicures for us. Lots of chairs and lots of employees. Everything is very clean and sparkling. The first time I made an appointment for a friend and I and the second time I didn't have one. We had to wait 20 minutes despite having an appointment and had to wait 5 minutes without one. The guy who did my pedicure the first time was good but the girl who did it the second time was horrendous and lazy. She had an attitude about everything. Their hot towels were like warm. This place appeared great based on reviews. Things were clean and aesthetically pleasing. The nail tech was friendly and everything was going well. However, she began to file my nails and filed my skin really harsh giving me this cut. It bled a lot so she put it in the soaking water that I put my other hand in. She apologized and said that it's a new file and didn't know how sharp it was. It stopped bleeding. She began to buff my nails and roughly buffed over that nail making the cut bleed again.... she said she forgot... then she put anti septic on it to clean it after the second time. Overall it looks nice but the nail job it's self seems careless considering my polish is globby on some nails along with the cut. read more

I love this nail salon! I've been about three times for a nexgen manicure and pedicure and have not been disappointed. The manicure lasts for at least 3 weeks and the colors options are awesome! The staff is professional and friendly and they do a really great job. They run specials occasionally which is a nice added perk and they have complimentary beverages, including wine and sometimes margaritas, for you to enjoy as well.
