Such a treasure to find this perfect little salon where I can get a mani- pedi feeling safe and completely pampered. The place is spotless and the team works beautifully to make sure everything is sanitized and safe for every client. They clean and manage constantly. I have been coming here for about a year. Every time I go I am welcomed and always get the best super deluxe reflexology massage. It costs a little extra but oh so worth it! I never get acrylic or gel nails, but I very much enjoy the massage that comes with a regular manicure. They even work out arthritic spots. The companionship and communication between these partners is pleasant to witness and be a part of. Sometimes they have music..sometimes they play funny videos...sometimes they allow us to enjoy the peace and quiet. It is a very special spot in a very convenient location. Horrible, I walked in without an appt and asked me to come back in 2 hours. You have 4 pedicure chairs but only 2 employees. Get more employees or you will lose business bc you def lost me as a customer. read more

I had zero problems here. I went because my normal salon had a wait, but I arrived here and was the only customer for the duration of the visit. Was kinda disappointed in the small selection of gel colors, but I left super happy with what I had chosen so no harm there. I was also pleased to see the attention to detail that was paid to each individual nail. My specialist took longer than most places I've been to, but inspected each nail closely to be sure they were rounded and smooth. Was super happy with this place, only real downfall is that they didn't have a lot of gel colors to choose from. read more

I went to Cozy Nails this past Sunday, it was my first time. They open at 11 on Sunday, which is really convenient for me...all the other places don't open til noon and my Sunday time is at a premium. The place was very clean and cute. Comfortable. They did my mani and pedi at the same time, which I appreciate for the time savings. They worked with me to decide on the right color (third try, I was being fickle that day). This place has the most relaxing and professional atmosphere. Jenny and Brian, the owners are so sweet, personable and professional. Called the day before and made and appt for my friend and I and we walked right in with no wait time at all. This was my first time here because the place I went before closed earlier now so the fact that this place closes at 8 is great. Was definitely a little anxious but I felt so welcomed and at ease immediately. Very hospitable offering us drinks. I did gel manicure and regular polish pedicure and pretty much the basic spa package. Love love loved it. It felt great and now I'm writing this review 1 week after I did them and they look fab. No chipping or anything. Plus when we were leaving we were told that if any premature cracking or chipping occurred we could come right back and they would fix it at no charge. Love this place and it is now my go to spot. You should totally try them out. Plus I showed them a pic of how I wanted my manicure and they pretty much replicated it perfectly. The best nail experience ever!! I have been a loyal customer of Jenny and Brian for 5 years and have had nothing but great experiences every time! It broke my heart to leave them, but I don't think they wanted to go to Arizona with me. They have gotten so busy that making an appointment is a must. This place is amazing!! Brian and Jenny are both so sweet and talented. This is a very serene personal experience you get with them. Their shop is immaculate always clean and ready for service.
