Initially I gave 4 or 5 stars. It's been a little over a month and I have to change my review to 1 star. I'm so upset with Mohammad now that I can't even call him. He ran a diagnostic test on my iPhone and found that one of my front camera lenses was broken (not found) AND that my battery's capacity is only at 65%. Did he tell me about this? No. I didn't find out until yesterday when I had to pay for a new battery. If Mohammad would've told me about the diagnosis my insurance would've replaced my iPhone with a newer one! But instead, he decided not to say anything. He just replaced my broken screen and sent me on my way; KNOWING that I was about to cancel my insurance. I'm so mad. Do you think they will fix it if I call?

Through a foolish chain of events I found myself with a cracked touch screen. I'm actually handy with these repairs, but I did not have ~3-4 days to wait for the replacement screen to arrive in this scenario. A battery is one thing, but a cracked screen with no haptic on my daily driver phone is a hard stop, so I figured I would give this place and try and see what the price and turnaround time would be... they had my phone ready in an hours time, and at a price that was more than fair for their time, expertise, and simply having the part ready and on-hand for installation. I hope to not find myself in this situation again anytime soon, but if I do CPR Cypress will certainly be my first stop! :) read more

This location was easy to find, in a very slow shopping center so parking was vast, and the service was professional. When I first received my phone back I noticed the battery charge indicator was not giving a reading and when I pointed it out to them they took the phone back in and discovered the connection was loose. Overall, the work that was performed was done well even with the little mistake that was made. To me, the best way to see how good a company performs is when there is a problem; how well did they fix the issue. The resolved it quickly, professionally, and without hesitation. read more

Sure they replaced the screen but they ruined my phone in the process. After they "repaired" it the phone would get soo hot and it could never get a signal they also stripped the screw at the bottom of the phone. Such a joke. BEWARE they don't know what they are doing. read more

Worst store ever. At first I went into the shop to change my battery about 2-3 weeks ago. I went in and i thought everything was good. They charged me 65, and everything was good. I then went back because the back fell off, and then they still repaired it pretty bad. I went to another store, because of the incompetence of the store. When they opened up the phone, they saw the battery was punctured, and was possibly used. Terrible owner, terrible store, avoid at all costs, I went to a store in Cerritos cheapest cell phone repair or something like that, the guy changed it in front of me unlike this store did it in the back. RIP OFF!!!! I want my $65 back. read more

I purchased a hotspot device from this store, trusting the staff to set me up with something that would actually work at my home address. Instead, they knowingly used a different address in their system just to qualify the sale -- even though they were fully aware the service would NOT work where I live. From day one, the internet barely worked. I went back multiple times and was repeatedly told the issue was my plan -- that I needed to upgrade for better speeds. I trusted their guidance and ended up paying more and more over the course of October, November, and December. I even upgraded to their highest plan, thinking it would finally fix the issue. It never did. They had me moving the device all over my apartment, troubleshooting, and basically making me believe the problem was on my end -- when in reality, they knew from the beginning that the service was not compatible with my location. When I finally contacted customer service, I was told that multiple customers had complained about the exact same situation at this store. That says everything. I returned to the store to resolve it, but the manager has avoided me for months. Calls were not returned. Messages were ignored. I was even given an email address that led nowhere. After spending around $300 on equipment and service that never worked, I was offered absolutely nothing -- no refund, no accountability, nothing. This is not just poor customer service -- this feels intentionally deceptive. Selling a product you know will not work at a customer's address, then pushing upgrades to take more money, is unacceptable. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this location double-check EVERYTHING and be extremely cautious. Based on my experience, I would not trust this store to give honest or accurate information. Very disappointing experience.

Only Joe from OC Computer bothered to provide a brief, yet informative response. Without seeing my computer, he said I probably needed a new keyboard (palm rest as he called it), and that would be about $350, parts and labor. I was still able to use my computer for most stuff, so I was in no huge hurry. To cover all my bases, I took it to the Apple store in Cerritos just to see what they'd say. They weren't sure, saying I likely needed a new keyboard (as Joe said). When I mentioned the word "palm rest" it was like a foreign language to the guy. To make sure, they said they would have to send my computer off for a week...what? Of course, I asked how much that would be and they said $800...IF that indeed was the problem. Oh yeah, since I didn't have an appointment (my fault) I had to wait about an hour just to get a seat at one of the tables where you actually have a person come talk to you. Then I waited another 20 minutes until someone talked to me. The guy was nice, but I just didn't have a good feeling. After that appointment, I drove directly to OC Computer which is by my house, talked to Joe and Angel, put down a deposit for a new keyboard/palm rest and they called me when the part came in. In the meantime, like I said, I was able to hold on to my computer and use it for some stuff. When I took my laptop in, two days later I had it back and working. I probably could have had it back sooner, but I told them I was in no hurry. Anyway, OC Computer is less than two miles from my house, so I should have gone there first, but that's on me. Next time, if needed, I will. So, while I'm sure the Apple store is good for a lot of things (especially if you have insurance), I would at least talk to Joe and/or Angel and maybe save yourself some time and money. FYI...I waited a couple of weeks to post this Yelp review just in case there were any hiccups. There haven't been any...so, knock on wood. Anyway, thanks Joe and Angel.

THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING TO THIS PLACE!!!!! i brought my phone to be fix by this people. reflashed my phone, it worked fine for one day but then started freezing up and then it shut down. brought it on a friday at 10am. same day around 2pm i called and techncian matthew informed me that he was working on it and will be ready in 2 hours. i asked him if it booted up, he stated yes. i told him, cool. take his time to fix it..... PLENTY OF TIME... waited for call, friday, saturday, sunday, monday...no call. finally decided to come monday. spoke with tanya, she looked at my phone with an anker battery in it. a brand new battery i got a week ago. she stated that it's not covered by the 6 months warranty they advertise at the bottom of the receipt. that it is a hardware issue now , that it is water damage. i told her the indicator is freaking white! what the hell, water damage! i told her that matthew stated it's ready. that he is just checking the stability of the reflash. tanya, went at the back and spoke with the tech. came out and said, they will try and fix it. i called at 3pm. spoke with the owner. stated my phone is now bricked! 4 days of waiting. a technician stating that he fixed it and now it's bricked! i picked up my phone and finally while i was there. got a confession from one of the technician. he said, perhaps matthew got busy and so he called me to buy some time and basically, passed the phone to the sat technician. now, my phone is dead. to add insult to injury. they switch my anker battery with another generic battery which does not hold charge. i feel sorry for the owner who has any idea about customer service. i give this place another 3 months before it close. read more

Found these guys on google was very skeptical due to all the bad reviews but could not find another place close that would fix my LG G3. I decided to take a leap of faith on CPR. I had a Cracked screen and the screen would no longer respond to touch, my phone was pretty much done at this point or so I thought. I called CPR the girl who answered was super friendly told her my situation. I dropped off my phone during my Lunch. My phone was ready for pick up by the time I got off work. The repair Job CPR did left my phone looking new and in working condition. I am really Happy with their work, I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family! I didn't have a good experience at this place. I just wanted to swap the screen from one phone to another, he quoted for $70 arguing that he was going to work on two phones. I asked how long will it take him? He said around 1 hour to justify the $70. I asked him for a discount he said no. His attitude was not of someone that wants to make his customer happy; but rather of "take it or leave it" I took it somewhere else and got charged $25 and they did it in 15 minutes. I don't mind paying but I don't like people that want to take advantage of me. read more

Great, professional, and friendly customer service!! CPR is the ONE and ONLY shop to get any repairs done right in Cypress. I had a bad iPhone battery, and their first time estimate was about 30 min, but they were done in like 10-15 min; you didn't feel any wait time at all. Good place to get my phone repaired. I had a htc evo 4G with a broken lcd and digitizer. They fixed it in only 1 hour. Their prices are a bit higher than the generic "techs" that suddenly pop up on craigslist but they actually fixed my problem instead of making it worse. I even qualified for a free screen protector, which was a huge bonus. The entire staff was welcoming and professional, and everything was completed on time. My phone works perfectly now and has a brand-new screen protector as well. Quick tip: liquid screen protectors are not worth it. I had one, my screen still shattered, and the company didn't truly stand behind their warranty. Definitely use a physical screen protector on top of your screen--even if you have a liquid one. I highly recommend this place for phone and electronic repairs. Just note that if you don't have insurance on your device, repairs can be a bit pricey.
