I'm not sure why you would call anyone else if you live in their service area...their prices are reasonable, their bedside manner is caring, and their work product is excellent. Having any types of pests can be embarrassing and overwhelming, and they get that, and put the same type of attention into the family that are supposed to live in your home as getting rid of the pests that don't. We had them working in our home in July 2024, and within an extremely hot afternoon, they had checked all of our cross spaces, attics spaces, nooks and corners, and even advised us where to trim trees and bushes to avoid future issues. i go in and out my back door a lot, to take out trash, to clean off the laundry dryer filter, it's a back door, i use it. Recently sometimes when i would go through the back door, i'd get stung by a wasp, three times, once on the face, once on my back and once on my shoulder (right through my shirt). i had never been stung by a wasp before, so i was like????? what's going on. i watched some do-it-yourself wasp elimination things on you tube, it looked too hard, you're supposed to kill the nest but i had no idea where the nest was. So i went on yelp to look for a good pest control guy. I found one with great reviews that i liked and called them. the price they told me was higher than what i thought it was going to be, not that i had any idea what the price range would be, but it was harsh for my comfort level, my budget. i felt desperate to stop getting stung and feeling under siege so i said ok, i made an appointment for the same day. but i went back on Yelp to see if there were other options that wouldn't cost so much. I called CR and left a voice mail, then i called another guy and it was lower priced than the first guy, so i made an appointment for later in the day. Then, Chris at CR called me back (it was within a half hour) and the price he offered was even lower then the second guy. But not only that, he was good to talk to about the problem and my concerns, very clear communication, and friendly and relaxed. I appreciated being able to talk to him about what method he would use, i was concerned about toxic insecticide. The do it yourself things i looked at on you tube were all made of peppermint oil and water (and dish detergent in some cases). I sometimes use peppermint oil as a remedy so i know it's very strong and very intense and would surely kill anything, but if used in very small amounts, it doesn't scare me or gross me out the way the commercial chemical poisons do, so i asked Chris about that. He was knowledgeable about using peppermint oil. He said if you use enough to kill bugs, it can be enough to be toxic to people too, which makes sense. We talked about a couple of other methods. I think he sensed that i am more comfortable with the peppermint oil kind of thing, or he just listened well to things i was saying all though i was open to other methods and wanting to learn about what was involved. he said he has the peppermint oil at his office, not on his truck so he would have to go back to his office to get it, and he said he would do that and call me in a couple of hours when he was on his way to my place. So that's what happened. We walked around to look for hives. As we walked past my back door, he saw the hive, a great big ugly hive right on the bars over the window in the backdoor. No wonder they were stinging me. whenever i went through that door, i was creating an earthquake for their home. i'm lucky they only stung me three times which was a lot less than the times i went through the door. So, after looking around the rest of the house and not finding other hives, Chris was ready to go to work. I went in the house to wait. very quickly he was done and i had a great sense of relief. i could smell the faint smell of peppermint oil and appreciated how easier on me psychologically it is than the smell of chemical poisons. As time went on, the smell got stronger and stronger. Chris showed me where he had sprayed and said i would probably want to hose it off at some point. After Chris left and i went in the house and was hanging out doing things, the smell of peppermint oil got stronger and stronger, to a point where it was almost irritating. i began googling it and was reassured, i couldn't find anything about any dangers. I was free to go hose it off the door but i chose not to because i want the smell to remain and let the bugs know it's not a welcoming place for them. i put ceiling fans on. it's been a couple of hours since the spraying now and i can't smell peppermint oil at all, but i went outside and could still smell it and i'm glad. Bugs stay way! the peppermint oil is not a bad smell, it's nice if you like peppermint. But it's INTENSE. So that was it, i am very happy. I know the other people i called could get rid of the nest too, but Chris charged me a lot less, he was professional, knowledgeable and communicated things with me that i wanted to know. He was quick and yet not rushed. If i ever have to eliminate more pests, i'll be happy to call CR. I recommend them wholeheartedly for the quality of work, the affordability, the intelligence, and the supportive customer service. If those things are important to you, this is a great choice. read more

We have been using Chris' pest control service for several months and are very pleased with his reliability and communication. He'll contact you the day prior to remind you he's coming. Or if weather doesn't allow for the visit he'll contact you about how he'll be coming on a different day. Great service. Christopher worked with me on a good price to come out and spray for ants, which were infiltrating our kitchen and master bathroom. Here's a revelation: if you have a skunk living under your house you are a friend in need, so a guy who will come to your house to evict Stinky is a friend indeed.
