Decided to try this place out in its new location since we would usually see them on wheels . Unfortunately it wasn't as great as people say it is . They had a march special that's we decided to try and it was a reasonable amount of food for the price . We just added eggs to it for the extra 4 bucks. I believe there were about 2 orders before us so we had somewhat of a wait time . Even them being as busy as they were ,our food wasn't hot , it was more like lukewarm . Even the sauce had seemed like it had sat out for a while before being served . The shrimp was overcooked so it was hard to peel. Ambiance - Gloomy, quiet which makes it awkward to eat. Service - bare minimum effort. They didn't suggest, let us know how much an order could feed or if we wanted headless and deveined shrimp it's extra. Food- they charge for drink refills. Inside is clean.. you order at the counter before sitting and there's a table with disposable gloves, lemons, napkins and utensils. Place was empty but probably due to everyone ordering their food through door dash/uber eats.. we saw several orders go out while we enjoyed the whole place to ourselves. My 10 year old ordered spice level medium and said it was just a little too spicy for his preference but he still managed to devour his whole bag. I got hot and it was the perfect spice for me. Plenty of sauce in the bag as you can see in my pictures. Some of the shrimp was overcooked but overall was yummy and we left satisfied. I am a sea food junkie! I Love me a good seafood boil, I don't like too spicy. So I tend to stick to medium and holy cow it was hotter than expected, very flavorful though. The cashier is sweet and the service was good. The restaurant is not too Loud, there is overhead music, but not to overwhelming where you can't think. Customer service was ok. The cashier girl seemed like she could of had a long day. This is my 3rd spot trying out seafood boil, and it would have to come in last place, flavor wise. Hands down, my fav seafood boil place here in Visalia. I heard it used to be a food truck. The flavor of the sauce is soooo goood! So good that I have only ventured into mild lol. It still has a tiny kick so don't be fooled. The handful of times I went in staff was always friendly and I believe on Mondays or Tuesdays they have a sale on the bag of shrimp. Inside it's clean and has a few tables. Definitely try it out . They always have other side dishes like fried rice and garlic noodles that I will plan to try next time read more

The lady who took our order wasn't very friendly and kind of impatient with us, even though we said it was our first time. The dining area is small and really loud from the echoing of people's conversations. I asked the lady for shell crackers and she told me they didn't have any, despite me seeing another customer return some to her. The food was good, but not worth the price. Was very upset with the customer service and quality of food we received to say the least. We ordered a platter with the xtra hot flavor and when we received our food it was not spicy at all. The shrimp & potatos had no flavor, was expecting a lot more from this place. Also ordered garlic fried rice it was way too salty . Threw most of the food away, such a waste of money especially with their prices. Ambience is horrible , so loud inside couldn't even have a conversation. read more

Me and my husband went about a week ago and we ordered the crab bag. It took about 35 minutes for it to be ready and when we tried it it wasn't the most seasoned or as tasteful as we thought it would be since we had read and seen good reviews on yelp. I will say though, the crab was really good and boiled to perfection. We ordered the second to spiciest sauce and it wasn't as spicy or as flavorful but it wasn't too bad, in a real way. I really likes this spot the food is delicious the customer service is great the only problem I have with is the fact they don't triple bag the seafood. Because me and my boyfriend got the Valentines special and I was holding it correctly I didn't realize the GREASE and the sauce got onto my new pj set. I just washed it and now I maybe have to double wash it and with hand because the smell is still on there and the grease stain as well I just got these new pj set also was very disturbed just because it's grease it's hard to get out of clothing... also me and my boyfriend did separate transactions so I'm not sure why the girl put my order on top of his in the SAME bag... yes we came in together but it was SEPARATE transactions made no sense also why did you guys not double bag it it's not enough to secure secure the seafood boil!! read more

Didn't have a good experience. Bought the family platter which was $109 and added 2 clusters of snow crab for $30 each and had to add eggs and mussels which wasn't in the platter. Then I asked for melted butter and they said they don't have butter. But they use butter to make the sauce?I'll be going to the boiling station from now on. I tried the truck in the Visalia mall parking lot and brought some home to my pregnant fiancée. She just had the sausage and egg on the side and it was super oily and the seafood tasted old unfortunately. The food was good however it lacked sauce and was served warm. There were no lemons available or any other condiments. The service was terrible even though the workers were very nice. They could not handle a big party and lots of call in orders at one time. For it being their 3rd restaurant they have a long way to go. The place is very small could not accommodate us at all. They also charge a fee for debit cards and do not have a soda fountain so maybe that's why they take even longer because they need to drinks for customers. We had more than 15 drinks in our party! Honestly I got the crab bag with shrimp and crab. Absolutely no seasoning on the crab or shrimp and I got it from door Dash so I paid $76 for a crab that barely had any meat. This place was not worth the money. We love going to the crawfish guys in fresno so we gave this place a shot. The crab and shrimp were over cooked so they were very rubbery and hard to peel. The garlic pasta was lacking. It was cold and flavorless. Staff was not too worried about our needs once we sat down and ordered. We will definitely not be back. read more

I was so excited to try it . Been wanting to order from them for a while and I was so disappointed. I got a boil and paid $25 extra for crab which is decent considering crab prices but there was only 3 pieces of crab leg inside and most of them were empty when I opened the shell. The one leg that did have meat was over cooked and stuck to the shell. I paid $25 and didn't even get one full piece of crab meat. The sauce hardly had any flavor to top it off . I'm so sad and disappointed. I wanted to like this place so I could have somewhere to buy boils at close by but I feel like I got jacked of my money for that crab :( The workers were friendly though I should add that . Service in my opinion would be 5 stars. Including how fast the put together my order. They were set up in the old sears parking lot on Mooney Blvd. made it very convenient and easy to take home without the hassle of parking and overcrowding. Their prices are reasonable, but some did lack in quality. Which is why my rating is so low. Unfortunately, they were out of sticky rice. It was so messy and greasy I had to dissect all the consumable stuff off the sauce. This could also have been because they only give it to you in a bag and perhaps I should have placed it on a tray at home, no expert here talking. The shrimp was also over cooked with heads and not deveined, which was very gross, including the eggs. Lastly on a positive note, the garlic sauce is delicious we tried both original and mild. Their mussels and corn were also very tasty. The effort on just trying to eat through mess resulted in us not taking a picture. read more
