This Cracker Barrel food and serviced was pretty amazing. We joined the wait online while we were driving about 10-15 minutes away. It was a Sunday morning so it estimated us at about a 30 minute wait for a group of 3 people. Once we got there we checked in, and it took about 10 minutes or so for our table to be ready so we walked around the store. They called our name and sat down at our table. We ordered our drinks and soon after we ordered our food. The food came out pretty quick and meanwhile they kept coming by to make sure we had enough coffee and gave us refills. They were very packed that morning and still had amazing service. By far, one of my best Cracker Barrel experiences.

Always good but always busy. They seem to be embracing more change adding alcohol to the menus and new food choices, but is that really why we come to Cracker Barrel? Just pass the biscuits and keep things fresh and good. This location gets a lot of interstate traffic and the parking lot is difficult to get in and out of. We were seated after a short wait. Service was slow but they were slammed on a Saturday morning. The new lighter breakfast specials seem to be a good value. My wife got the egg sandwich and I got the smokehouse breakfast. Longer than expected wait for food and my coffee cup stayed dry, but like I said they were packed and the wait staff were all working hard. When we finally got our food it was good as we expected from CB. A nice Saturday morning date with my sweetie.

20 minutes before we ever seen a waitress after placing the order 52 minutes to get food food was cold food was wrong. Carrots were completely Rall you could not bite into them. We had to ask for syrup for pancakes three times we had to ask for A1 steak sauce three times we had asked for our bread three times, probably the sorriest restaurant experience we have had in a long time the manager comped our $70 food order the manager also comped the $200 order that was sitting behind us. He then comp the $35 table to the left of us, and when we left, there was people at the Rakesh register, raising Cane about their food as well. What a crap night.

I was on a road trip to Alabama so if course we got hungry. I was craving a pancake and Cracker Barrel are the only ones that I will eat other than my own. We right in and were seated immediately. No waiting. That's a good thing. Our server was kool. We gave him a pretty big order and he nailed it . I had Uncle Hershel plate. It was perfect and so was my one pancake. Nice and crisp on the edges. It's the only place I know that make pancakes with crispy edges and the best syrup. For me there were no cons on this visit.

    Happy Birthday !

Quality of food at this Crackle Barrel was not what we have experienced at other Crackle Barrels. Service was good.

Expecting the crunch of a gizzard, I was disappointed to find the gizzards broken down. A small disappointment overshadowed by the lack of flavor in 4 of the 5 items we tried. I rarely leave food and left half a plate. Not sure if it was the gizzards or the roasted ribs (not smoked folks just do you know), but my wife and I have been physically ill since dinner 6 hours ago. I'm hoping this too shall pass . Bottom line, skip it.

OMG, Cartersville folk listen up!…read more Mike's place has the best sandwich in Cartersville! Walking to Mike's place the first thing that hits you is the smell of the roasting meats in their ovens. The sweet smell of roasting ham and the smell of garlic and spices on the roast beef kicked up my appetite. I ordered a sandwich called the Ferdi. I think it's the best sandwich I ever ate! Served on a soft hoagie roll and stacked with ham, roast beef, shredded cabbage, pickles, a creole mustard and debris. Debris ...You know those little juicy pieces of roast beef at the bottom of the roasting pan... That's "debris" the secrete ingredient in the Ferdi sandwhich that's sets it apart and raises the sandwhich flavor to "over the moon"! We were greeted enthusiastically by the nicest Southern gals. It's a quaint, small town "Meat 'N Three" place. The lot had pickups (great sign) and some local old fellers, about my age , who were wrapping up their afternoon lunch and coffee. All signs pointed to a good experience. The tea was fresh, strong, and hit the table as soon a my narrow butt hit the seat. The food was fast as well. Country fried steak, cole slaw, and mashed potatoes were fine. Graves-homemade. The green beans, greens, pintos (aka soup beans), toast, biscuit, and cobbler were top notch Southern delicacies. Several others were recommended, namely the home fried, fried mac 'n cheese, and fried corn. I mean, based on other reviews, the cheeseburger and chicken biscuit are next on our lists to try.
