Food was good and very well priced . I heard about the Pancakes on the Wpgc so I was like let me go try them . I thought they were nice and flavorful . I also had the chicken fried steak which was good a little small but good. The service was ok nothing to rave about. The place was full of lovely people that was good and I like the lil shop on the side where Iyou can buy merch. I wanna try the French toast next time so I'll be back. The mimosas was kinda small to be honest they need to come in bigger glasses for the price.

This Cracker Barrel is so gross... We haven't been to a Cracker Barrel in years, but we decided to check this place out for breakfast while we were in the area. Their menu is pretty extensive, offering all-day breakfast, chicken/turkey/beef/pork/seafood entrees, sandwiches, salads, and daily specials. We ordered: +the Cracker Barrel's Country Boy Breakfast - this came with 3 eggs, prepared your way, 2 breakfast sides, and a choice of sirloin steak tips, sugar-cured or country ham; we opted for the sirloin steak tips, which came out super well-done, dried out, with no flavor; not sure how the staff thought this was even appropriate to serve The scrambled eggs and bacon were fine, but the hash brown was super bland and served cold. In addition, we were hardly ever checked on, and there was also some weird leak from the ceiling, which got all over our food. They were happy to replace the dish, but not sure why this was not tended to. The tables and chairs were just not clean, with sticky surfaces and remnants of previous diners. Not sure how this place stays in business, as the place gets packed/super busy! Plenty of parking in their large lot. +overcooked/inappropriately prepared food items +leaking in the dining room +dirty surfaces/dining area

Premium Side of 2 pancakes for my platter

Stopped by cracker barrel for the first time in a long time. Great host, didnt have to wait at all and he was cleaning tables in his down time. Server was a lil discombobulated. We got our order in and food came out decently quickly for a busy Thursday am shift. Got a 3 egg platter that came with 2 sides and meat. I upgraded and got 2 pancakes and a side of their loaded tots. I wish there was some kind of sauce on the tots like ranch or sour cream or something. I did get a side of sugar free syrup which was served cold. The pork sausage I got was definitely a different texture than I was expecting and I actually thought it was a meat free option but didnt see server to ask. My eggs were overcooked and they were plated on the same plate as the sausage so maybe I just got the wrong plate. Kevin got a platter with a basket of biscuits and gravy. The gravy is sawmill so beware of the flour-forward flavor profile. His platter was country fried steak, cheesy potatoes, and 2 eggs. His favorite was definitely the cheesy potatoes. We got 2 strawberry mimosas and those were fruity and delicious! Highly recommend! Overall I was super excited for the biscuits and cornbread that I remember from the last times but I cant say I would recommend the biscuits given to us. Overall, we will definitely not be back after spending 65$, leaving full from mid food, and not really taken care of. Jake n kev

After a busy morning, my wife and I decided to stop at Cracker Barrel for a meal. While they're known for having the absolute best pancakes--with their crispy, golden edges and delicious house-made maple syrup--this time we opted for lunch. I had the country fried chicken, which came with four juicy, perfectly cooked pieces of buttermilk-fried chicken. The chicken was incredibly tender, and the seasoning was spot on--not too salty, just perfectly balanced. You could tell they put care into the preparation, possibly using a brine or a double dredge, which gave the chicken an irresistible crunch. For my sides, I chose the pinto beans with meat and gravy, which were rich and flavorful, and the country string beans that were simply out of this world. As someone who loves biscuits, I opted for those over cornbread, and they didn't disappoint. Soft, flaky, and melt-in-your-mouth good, the biscuits reminded me of the homemade drop biscuits my great aunt used to make in the South. My wife ordered the trout with string beans and broccoli. The fish was well-seasoned, and the cornbread she had on the side was just as delicious as the rest of the meal. For both of us, the lunch was just as satisfying as their renowned breakfast offerings. We also tried the plum mimosas, which were the perfect fall drink--light, refreshing, and just a touch of sweetness. While they do serve some alcohol, it's not a full bar, but the drink was a great addition to the meal. Overall, Cracker Barrel serves up some seriously good, comforting Southern food that hits all the right notes. Whether breakfast or lunch, the experience never disappoints. Oh the customer service is great , the store is always packed with people and the little trinkets they sale . From old school candy to novelty items like the is cool Harry Potter mug , scented candles etc they have a bit of everything, oh and you can buy there pancake and biscuit mix for home.

Stopped in while visiting my dad. Was greeted and sat down right away. Placed order for drinks and then placed order for food. Tried something new today. Steak, egg whites and cheese hashbrown casserole. Everything was cooked perfectly. Staff was very attentive and continued to check in to see if needed anything. Place was well maintained and clean. Store had a bunch of things to look at that will tempt you into buying.

We had dinner on a Saturday evening around 5:30pm. It was a little wait for service but, they continued communicating with us. Mrs. Sharon was our waitress and she was super. She communicated with us the entire time of our stay. Recommend Specials they were having. I'm not a catfish lover (bottom feeder) but, she recommended it and I tried it. It was fried correctly, very flavorful with a nice crust. I had sweet tea (bottomless) and the wife had half & half. Both were on point. The establishment was clean and everyone was polite and friendly. WE WILL Return!!! U gotta get the biscuits, you just gotta!!!!!

My friend and I was in the area and visited this location. Honestly, after reading the reviews I was reluctant to come but it was the closest location to where were staying. We didn't have to wait when we arrived. We were seated but had to ask the staff to wipe down the seats that weren't fully cleaned. The staff were very pleasant and professional during our visit. It was crowded for an early Saturday morning. I haven't been to a cracker barrel in years and was excited to eat. I eventually settled on the grandma sampler which was Two Pancakes, two eggs, turkey sausages with Fried Apples and 100% Pure Natural Syrup. I also ordered a side of grits and ate every last thing on my plate. The food was absolutely delicious. OMG, I forgot how amazing their syrup was and would've purchased some in their store but their power went out towards the end of us eating. It was unexpectant but the staff handled it very well and checked in with their customers. The customers continued eating and used their phones for light when needed. We had to use the old school credit card machines to pay because we didn't have exact cash. When we left, we noticed there was a power outage in the entire area because the traffic lights were out and highway patrol was directing traffic. I would definitely return to this location and enjoy some other menu items.

Who doesn't love Cracker Barrel?? The pecan pancakes!! Chicken sausage was a little spicy bit good. My daughters both are off the kids menu and enjoyed! Service was great, we never have a issue with that. I love walking through the store as we always find treasures! Christmas is out already!

Decent. Not special. Unlikely to make my regular rotation…read more I drove past this place going back to forth to work and on the outside it looked like a nice establishment. Today I finally visited and was a bit disappointed to see the underwhelming interior where it is strictly carry out and cheap metal guest chairs to wait on while the food is prepared. But it's really about the food right?! Meh. It was very hit and miss. I ordered the (4) sliders with grilled onions. They were slightly charred which was nice, and they were juicy, but they could have been cooked a little more (they were like medium to medium well and I prefer well done - I should note they didn't ask how I preferred my burgers cooked). I also ordered their jumbo fried wings and picked sweet and sassy sauce. The sauce was tasty and the wings had a nice texture, but beyond the sauce the wings had a plain flavor suggesting they didn't season the wings before frying and then coating them with sauce. Overall the food was solid but not awe inspiring. I was less impressed with their cakes. I ordered a strawberry slice and a carrot cake. The carrot cake was moist and wasn't bad at all. I've had much better, but it was edible and satisfied my sweet tooth for the day. The strawberry cake however was dry and grainy. Perhaps it was old. It was definitely a waste of $7.99! On the plus side the employee was friendly and nice, so there's that!

Decided to give this place a shot as a first timer. Had high hopes as the menu was very diverse…read moreand the pictures online looked great, but unfortunately the execution failed on many fronts. The cornbread was hard, like inedible hard. The steak and cheese featured soggy bread with a side of limp lukewarm fries, and the jerk chicken was a poor imitation of jerk flavor, as the best word I could use to describe it was lifeless. On the bright side, the employee was friendly and the food was ready on time, so at least there was that. Unfortunately, this was a total miss so my first time will also be my last time.

Love the food here…read more Hate the DJ. I'm a first time mom who is the primary caregiver and full time work from home employee. I don't GET to come out often anymore. But when I do, we go to places with nothing but respect for the places we go, knowing we have a really well behaved baby makes it easier to go places. We came here because we used to love the service, food and atmosphere. Even with a small baby, we'd already been here twice. No issues. Came again with my 2.5 month old baby on a Friday after a really long week in the house. We left the restaurant early enough that by the time we left it was still daylight. Arrived around 5:30-6pm. Ordered our food and as it arrived a DJ came in. As we were almost done (about 39 min later) a DJ came in and started blasting club music. I knew we would've be able to stay much longer because the chatter mixed with the DJ would be too much anyways so I requested the check while we prepared to leave. Because it started getting SO loud I asked the host to see if the DJ could turn down the music while we got the check, asking for only 3-5 minutes specifically so my husband could pack up the baby and we could leave, and get out of their hair. The DJ turned up the music so loud we had to remove my daughter from the establishment before the check was paid. The host came back over to me and like in a club had to get really close to my face to apologize for the DJ Turing the music up even louder. He said " I am SOO SORRY! I have no idea what the DJ is doing or why they turned up the music, I asked to have it turned down and they turned it up." (Had ordered a second glass of wine since my husband was driving, and was the only two glasses I'd had since pregnancy). Didn't even get to finish my second glass. Needless to say I bought her earmuffs that night. It was the single most inconsiderate moment we've had since she was born. While I know that babies can be inconvenient for folks, our baby wasn't making a peep and was actually quite happy, and never got fussy, but we thought we were going to a sit down restaurant that was family friendly with her. We rushed out as soon as we realized it wasn't, but literally couldn't even get out of there fast enough!! I asked for a few minutes and got a proverbial slap in the face. This is how our communities fail women and mothers. We can't just hide in our houses until the baby is grown up. We deserve to be in places, and enjoy life too. Turning music up that loud is totally fine. I genuinely don't care, I can handle leaving the restaurant and being respectful to those who want to party on a Friday. But let get 5 min so I can pack up and pay. Management failed that night because we used to love coming here and unfortunately the amount of disrespect in that one gesture was enough for me to never go back. Having a DJ at happy hour is fine. Just know THAT DJ lost you a customer.
