We keep coming back to All American Steakhouse in Waldorf for one reason: the steaks are absolutely delicious. The charred flavor we have come to enjoy for really sets them apart since the steaks are flavorful, cooked right, and consistently satisfying. The staff is always friendly and prompt, and even though the booths aren't the most comfortable, the service helps make up for it. On busy nights, the place can get loud, sometimes overly so, but that's also a sign of its popularity. If you're looking for a quieter experience, I recommend checking their events schedule in advance. Or, if you enjoy a high-energy crowd, it might be the perfect time to drop in. I was looking forward to going here. My sister really liked it. Maybe we just got a bad night w/ a bad server & a bad cook & manager. I should have know how the night was going to go when they asked us to help rearrange the table & chairs for our party of 7. We had 3 disabled people and they continuously had them get up and move. It was empty when we arrived & the food took forever to come out. At least the food we got. I ordered steak, au gratin potatoes and salad. The potatoes were dry and unseasoned, the steak was pretty good, no complaints the salad ok. Others at my table would get their entrees, no sides or no entrees all together. We'd have to ask other servers to find our server just for drink refills or to ask about the rest of our food. Then it began.....we were told we didn't want our rice anyway because it was burnt (we never were offered another side or given the rice) my husband was told his ribs were burnt n they were remaking them, then we were told the manager was bringing them out anyway, then we were told of the entire argument and things about the managers personal life that were none of our business but then we were reminded by our waiter that he would like a nice tip. (SMH) We would've liked drama free eating, the food we ordered brought out to us in a timely manner, drink refills AND our food brought to us period. After we all had eaten, heard the turmoils of the restaurant and never had a side dish delivered, my husband FINALLY got his ribs. Which we told them to bring a box and we left. We'll never return. Tonight (February 12, 2025) deserved 2 stars but our server and karaoke helped the rating. Our server, James deserves FIVE stars. He's the #1 reason we didn't leave and we told him he's wasting his talent there. James: hope you venture out and join the ranks at Capital Grille, McCormick & Schmidt, Ruth's Chris or even Red Stone, Public House, Yard House, Copper Canyon ... chile, spread your wings and start getting the recognition and tips you deserve! Moving on, the other reason was the karaoke. I know this ain't American Idol but they were horrible singers this evening! NOT COMPLAINING tho' because the confidence and entertainment made up for the lack of talent. Other than the house rolls ... the food was THE WORSE. Big kudos for the effort in presentation but unfortunately, there's no prettying up slop. The attached pics clearly sum up the frozen patty watery bland goop they claimed to be chopped steak. Hubby's sirloin looked like a hockey puck. It was not edible and somebody must ate the other half of his potato because what was that?!?! There's wayyy too much dressing on the salad. It was giving Caesar soup (with insufficient garlic and pepper). My husband disagreed but he's a typical "salad drencher". The margarita was PUTRID. This place has a tough parking lot to get into so make sure you can either walk a bit or you come before or after the busy times. Very tough to get an up close parking spot. They do have some lil arcade games inside for the kids. Lots of tvs. Very bar heavy. Very meat n potato vibes to the menu. This place will fill you up for sure. They didn't have a big enough table to accommodate all of us but we were able to sit in two booths beside each other. Came here for lunch and discovered they have a lunch special that basically gives you the entrée size of certain items for $12.99. We finally asked an employee to grab our waiter and two waiters decided to have a conversation about who should service our table for at least another minute or two. Once one decides to wait our table and take our drink and food order, we again had to ask if the drinks were coming after waiting for another 10 minutes.
