Servers were kind and checked on us at an appropriate frequency. Wait to be seated was about 30 minutes on a Saturday morning between 1000-1100, but wait following ordering was less than 20 minutes. French Toast was puffy and delicious!

this place was soooo fire. my only complaint is that they do not take names at the door so if there is a wait, you have to physically wait in line instead of a text notification or call out your name or something. we waited probably over an hour and it was a chilly morning in the shade. the food was so so good though! i got the pancake tacos and they were perfection. the french toast and honey garlic chicken was so unique. would recommend but be prepared to wait in a line.

Food was great everything was perfect and absolutely delicious! The servers were very nice, helpful, funny and hospitable. The place is cute and small.

Food was good which explains the line out the door. Would recommend trying to get a reservation!

Another brunch option in Yaletown. There was already a queue when I arrived. The waitress didn't come to talk to anyone. I waited quite a while only to be told (since I was alone) I could have just walked in to seat at the bar counter. Clearly poor organisation and overwhelmed staff. Food was good but not great. I tried the craffle smoked salmon benny. Felt a bit chewy to eat but still tasty. I really loved my passion fruit juice. The menu is quite extensive so I'd like to come back to tried more things but I'm quite terrified of the waiting time if I go with friends.

Quiet little cafe with lots of seating available inside ! It can get a little crowded though once larger groups come in, but they're quick to accommodate people and seat them best they can. Our waitress was very kind and gave us recommendations on what to order and things to do around the area. I got the crispy chicken and blue cheese savory crepe and my boyfriend got the salmon crepe. I thought his salmon crepe was way better tasting than mine to be honest, it was very fresh and light. Mine was good, but it definitely was heavy and didn't have nearly as much greens as the salmon crepe did. Next time I'm gonna have to try that one! The portion sizes are huge- I nearly didn't finish mine.

America could never, (some places can) but this tasted so good! Each bite was a tasty experience of flavor and temperature! The plate presentation to the interior decor and staff makes this place a great option for breakfast! The space is smaller than some but I can see on warm days there is outdoor seating.

ordered it just a simple drip coffee. Any charges $4.50 for one cup of drip coffee and believe it or not it was stale not very fresh. d

When we paid $22 for an omelette breakfast which came with ham bacon and fries we thought we'd get at least two pieces of toast just like every other place that offers breakfast. However when we find out it's only one piece of toast I just simply asked can I get another piece of toast. So they charged us $2 more for one piece of bread. I hope most of you agree that that almost every place that offers morning breakfast offers at least two pieces of toast like White Spott or Denny's I can go on and o n. Especially when the eggs and bacon and fries are $22. Then I ordered it just a simple drip coffee. Any charges $4.50 for one cup of drip coffee and believe it or not it was stale not very fresh. As a consumer I believe it's my obligation to share this and I definitely will not be ordering breakfast there when there's several other choices in the neighborhood

Weekend brunch cravings cured at craffles in downtown vancouver (Yaletown). The Nutella crepe was worth the +30-minutes wait (and yes, I also got eggs Benedict because #treatyourself ). The eggs Benny combination with the craffle base was superb. Ordered: French toast hot honey garlic chicken $20.90, Nutella fruits crepe $15.90, Avocado eggs Benny $18.90, iced latte $4.90, latte $4.90, orange juice $8.50. Tip: do not trust their google wait time estimates. When we went it said ~15 minutes......we ended up waiting in line for 50 minutes. And sadly they wouldn't provide anyone with an estimate. Service 3.5/5 (I'm not sure if they were understaffed or if they kept on forgetting about us, because we felt like we had to ask for the basic stuff. We had to ask for cutlery, napkins, and sauce). Food 5/5 Ambiance 4.5/5 Parking 4.5/5

A Unique Breakfast Spot Worth the Visit Craffles was easily one of the most unique breakfast spots I've been to, and the food did not disappoint. From the crepes to the omelette, the breakfast poutine, and the pancake tacos, everything was delicious and well executed. Each dish had its own creative twist, making the whole experience stand out from your typical breakfast spot. The space itself is a bit small, so it might not be the place for a long, leisurely meal, but honestly? It's worth it. The quality and creativity of the food make up for any lack of space. If you're looking for a breakfast that's a little different but still packed with flavor, Craffle is the spot. Definitely worth a visit!

Craffles has the brunch market cornered as demonstrated by the consistent lines to get in starting at 0900. It definitely is a top Vancouver brunch contender as it has a niche: the craffle. The craffle is a waffle using croissant batter, yes, it's delicious and certainly different and I've tried it three times. As with every other place in the area the place is small and overpriced but I find it to be worth the experience. Fresh juices are an added bonus. This past time I thought the service could've been more attentive, I had to ask for more coffee, a breakfast faux pas! I tried the fried chicken benedict on a craffle. The chicken was nice and crunchy and hollandaise flavorful while the eggs a perfect poached. Will I be back? Probably yes.

So I went back a 2nd time to try the avocado toast. I avoided the lady who I dealt with the first time because she was too aggressive and rude. On this visit, there was no vegan waffle available, so again, as a flexitarian, I decided to go with the alternative. This isn't great, but at least a complimentary coffee was given by the woman who took my order while I was waiting for my takeout. She was pleasant. Everything was okay until the girl I dealt with the last time aggressively called me to get my order. She just handed me the food and cutlery without offering a bag. The other lady saw this and gave me a bag, which was considerate. Although this seems cute and intimate - ideal for brunch, I simply can not justify coming back for even just take out due to the experiences that I have had. The food is good, but for what you pay for, I'm not sure it is worth fussing over as there are other places with comparable service and food.

With unique food options, outstanding service and European-like decor, Craffies is one of the most exciting brunch restaurants I have visited. The food options have exhilarating presentations, such as the Pancake Tacos being brought out as if they were tacos; furthermore, the food was delicious and filling. The service was excellent, quick and prompt to get the orders out. The decor was bright and inviting. Check it out when you want to try something new.

I then suggested that we come back to Kitsilano but try Kokomo instead since I had some plant based deals for Kokomo and they sell the same kind of stuff. So we came and used out both my plant based deals. One was a BOGO free deal on summer drinks, and the other was 25% of any Kokomo bowl. My daughter got a Hibiscus lemonade, I got a Spearmint lemonade and we shared a Kokomo acai bowl which had frozen acai, berries, banana, raw granola (house-made), mint and toasted coconut. The drinks weren't bad but I wasn't blown away by them either. They were refreshing and thirst quenching for the hot summer day that it was. Don't think I need to try Spearmint lemonade again though. This was our first time trying and Acai bowl, and we are totally hooked on them now! I wanna learn how to make this at home now. It was so refreshing. Is there anything more satisfying than eating something that's healthy and tastes good too?! I suppose you could also just call it a smoothie bowl. As much as we enjoyed this combination, I could see us having a similar type of bowl at home and substituting the acai with some other kind of pureed fruit. 5/5 for the Kokomo acai bowl! Highly recommend it!

Holy smokes, the Acai bowls here are massive. We were soooo full. If we ever come here again, we will just share one bowl with each other. Not sure that we will come here again though. The Acai bowls weren't bad but I've had better. I feel it could have been a bit sweeter. I was not impressed with my mom's Avocado Toast. I could see my mother struggling to cut her Avocado Toast so it seems the crust was quite hard. She ended up leaving a lot of the crust on her plate and just ate the middle of the bread. On the website I had seen Avocado Toast, sandwiches, wraps and Salmon Lox Bagel. I was quite dismayed to walk into this place and not see any of that stuff written on the menu. There was a small sign by the cashier that said to ask about Avocado Toast. I guess by the same token, I would have had to ask about Salmon Lox Bagel. Why make us ask about it? Why not just include it on the huge menu that was up on the wall? Might have made life easier when it came to ordering something for my mom who isn't into Acai bowls like us. It was nice to watch them make the crepes and prepare all the food. They have a few appetizers, savoury and sweet crepes, and quite a large cider selection. We both tried different ciders. I liked the scenic road razz. It was light and fruity. Tartare de boeuf- wagyu tartare, served with a beet puree and buckwheat crackers. It was tasty. I really liked the crunch on the buckwheat crackers. The tartare was seasoned well. Jambon blanc- savoury crepe with Parisian ham, cider onion jam, gruyere, and egg. Simple, but quality ingredients. It may look small, but it was quite filling. I enjoyed the buckwheat crepes as it added more flavour to the crepes. I do wish there was a bit more onions in this one. Overall, was very savoury and delicious. Saucisse- beef and pork sausage, bacon, red pepper relish, gruyere, and mustard aioli. This one was really filling. The sausage was quite large, flavourful, and not dry at all. The red pepper relish added some sweetness and brightness to the dish. The crepe went well with the mustard. Overall, it was a satisfying meal. It was nice to go to somewhere for brunch that was more unique than just the usual items for brunch. Service was great, especially since it was so busy. They were still attentive and quick. Prices are pretty good, considering portion and quality of ingredients. I'd recommend checking this place out. I know I'll be back to try their sweet crepes.

Way back in the day (96 to be specific) on my way to Africa, I did a stopover in London…read more I had managed to get a free pass on the brand new Eurostar train! I left London Waterloo International station (Eurostar later switched to St Pancras) at 6am while it was pitch dark & returned at night again in darkness! I mention this because I was not able to see the French country side (a real bummer) once Eurostar came out from under the Chunnel. So don't be a dumbo like me when next you're going on the Eurostar - travel during daylight hours! It was a one day pass so I ran around Paris like a wild crazy chicken being chased by a knife! Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame, beautiful cafés & streets et cetera the sights & sounds of Paris one never forgets! Trying to get directions in English from Frenchmen ... oh the joy! Not enough time at all in Paris - 8 hours flew by in a flash! One highlight was my introduction to crêpes via a food cart, just near the Eiffel Tower. Those buckwheat crêpes were damn expensive & as I walked away chomping down on them, I got to less than a 100 metres away before I turned around & went back for more - I kid you not!!! Bye bye to my remaining Francs (cash) but I was happy as can be my belly full! Best ever expensive crêpes!!! They had that certain - 'je ne sais quoi' taste! Paris crepes are the best!!! I ended up leaving Paris with nothing to show for ... no Gucci or LV t-shirt ... absolutely ziltch in clothing or souvenirs! Insert sad face here! But you guessed it, I've never ever forgotten those crêpes! Which leads me to the brand new - Ça Marche Crêperie @ Vancouver House. This is a concept crêperie & cider house by the owner of the magnifique - Au Comptoir (please see my review) on 4th Ave. Located on the north west side of the Granville Bridge at the base of Vancouver House = if you can see Vancouver House you'll find this Crêperie! This area is booming with lots of shiny newness - see the amazing architecture of Vancouver House where Ça Marche Crêperie is located just off the short Continental St. This is a small operation with limited seating, so perhaps settle for a 'grab N go' kinda vibe. I'm 100% here for the crêpes! The cider to be honest not so much. Never been a huge fan. The taste just hasn't won me over ... yet! However, that said I'm curious to try the conceptual concoctions that will be offered here! Hey maybe there's hope for me & I just might become a huge lover of cider yet!?! To the owners of this crêperie I plead & beg you not to hire little Johnny from the local high school to be in the kitchen making my crêpes!!! I swear if you go down this road you'll lose my support as my sense of taste will be shattered by crappie garbage crêpes! Look at what was once a local popular Crêperie downtown - they started hiring anyone with a heart beat! The crêpes got so bad even Aunt Jemima refused to pour her syrup on them!!! I can tell you it wasn't the pandemic that ruined it!!! I absolutely just love crêpes & I'm excited about this new crêperie! You can have crêpes with pretty much anything you want to add to them - so go ahead & experiment until you find your hearts content! Highly recommend getting a savoury buckwheat crêpe as a 'main dish' & then try a classic sweet crêpe for dessert - if you can handle it. Apparently the frites (fries) & dip are absolutely delightful - as told to me by someone who sat next to me at the bar. Oui monsieur ... hit me up one more time - here take all my Francs & my shirt! Merci!
