I really like this place and will be returning. First I ordered the chipotle chicken flatbread. Really good. Then because I was there on a Sunday they have .50¢ wings. Having been spoiled from upstate wings which are really good I wasn't expecting much and even asked to have a to go box. I was wrong. Ate the whole dozen. Perfect crisp to the wings and the hot sauce was perfect. If you want wings this is probably the best in the area. This and I haven't even touched the beer selection. I know enough to appreciate beers but if you ever have the pleasure of coming while Karyn is working she will hook you up. I drove by this cool looking restaurant this morning and figured tonight would be a great night to try it out. We thought we were making a good choice as the restaurant was so crowded (we had to wait 20 minutes for a table that could accommodate our party) and the bar was packed two deep. Unfortunately that set the tone for our Craft experience. After being seated for over 5 minutes, the waiter finally took our drink order and then slowly brought them out one at a time. 10 minutes later he explained how the menu worked. We placed our orders for items straight off the menu. It took what seemed like forever for our tapas plates to be brought out, again, one at a time. Unfortunately there were only 2 waiters and one busboy. The whole meal went on like this. Slow service would be an understatement. We were never offered refills on our drinks, on three occasions we had to ask for our plated to be cleared, it was so loud that I had to shout to the people that were seated next to me, and it seemed we had to flag our server down whenever we wanted anything. The restaurant was clean, loved the decor and ambience, playful menu, food was good (not great) and I'm so glad we went there tonight so I know never to return due to it being so loud and possibly some of the worst customer service I have had. read more

The tacos on the other hand were flavorless and I didnt get the tacos I ordered but there was no way to convey that because the service was absolutely terrible. This was our go to place until recently, the kitchen help must have changed because the food is now awful. Overcooked ahi tuna, a burnt burger plus a tasteless pizza at our last visit has turned us off. A week prior our meal was fair at best. I realized all restaurants are short staffed, but besides VERY slow service the waitress was incompetent. She brought us appetizers with no plates or silverware, even after requested 2x. We waited 20 minutes for our beer, never got a soda with our meal and we flagged down another waitress to get ketchup. Everyone around us was complaining about waiting over an hour for their food and several had their order come out of the kitchen wrong. read more

Food is disappointing and way overpriced. Got both pork and steak tacos- they were tasteless, grisly and sparse on the meat. The empanada filling was also unseasoned and the outside tasted like it had been fried with Chinese food so the full effect was "lame egg roll". It was also packaged poorly so the empanada was soggy. We happened to be shopping at woodbury for the day, and after a day of shopping we were quick parched and quite hungry. A friend from the area had once recommended craft 47, knowing we are fans of craft beer. The ambiance is quite nice, a lot of wood and well appointed. They had a decent offering of craft beers, we sampled several and found good ones. The waitress was very polite and overall catered to our needs. The menu was interesting, they offer a plethora of small plate bar food options, such as tacos, sliders and some mid-size options such as flat breads. We asked for and ultimately ordered what our waitress recommended as the most popular options, and unfortunately the majority of the food was subpar. The flatbread needed serious seasoning, or even just some salt. The same can be said of the meatball slider, which just simply lacked any real flavor. We had ordered truffle fries and those were tasty. So much so that we used the salty fries to add flavor to the items we ordered. One of saving grace was the desert, we had a berry tart that was scrumptious. Overall, I'm not sure what the other options are in the area, so I can't compare, but it's certainly not worth heading up here as a destination. But if you are local, it would imagine it's a good option to have a brew. read more

I wish yelp had 1/2 stars...I would give it 2.5, not that that's a great rating I was excited to go to tapas place in the Hudson Valley but was very disappointed with the restaurant We ordered some clams to start which was the highlight of the meal. We got two sliders, two tacos, a flatbread pizza, and two crab cakes. The sliders had a burnt taste to them, not good. The short rib taco had a nice flavor and was worth ordering. The shrimp mango taco was small and lacked flavor. I know it's tapas but $5 for a small flavorless shrimp taco was not worth it, plus it lacked flavor. The flatbread was undercooked and lacked flavor, it was not worth $9. I don't mind spending the money for good food but the food lacked flavor and creativity. Finally, we had the crab cakes. They had a good texture but they didn't have the correct taste profile. They were served in a chipotle sauce which didn't go well with crab cakes. The service was great and they had plenty of drink choices. We wanted to like this restaurant and I wish I could write a positive review. The good menu options lacked flavor and imagination. Portions were small (I know it's tapas) but make up for the small portions with flavor, which craft 47 didn't. I would not return to this restaurant and would not recommend it to friends. read more

As small businesses are dying we decided to give this place a try by the good reviews we seen. The food was amazing and I wish a review would separate from the service. The one star is for Karen.s who turned a bottomless mimosa to limited ?! We had 3 !! Because Karen was so behind. I had even finished it as she was refilling my friends and told me it was a waste because that's not how she refills !! Awful !! Came with a friend for a lunch snack. Ordered a few Singlecut beers, and flat breads from the menu. The menu selection was nice, a good variety of different items. The beer was good, cold and smooth, great flavor. My friend and I enjoyed the flatbreads very much, would order them again. The environment is nice, clean, cool music in the background. I used to come here a lot. Always loved the people who worked here and the food. But i dont know what happened to the staff but they are all extremely rude and inattentive. We were sitting 10 minutes before them asking about drink orders, ect. Then once given everything we had to go to them to ask for another drink. Also whoever the blonde waitress is.....she sucks. Called out to her several times and was over it we grabbed the check and left. I used to recommend this place....now I'm recommending the opposite. I'll reply here since Yelp doesn't give me the option. 1st off, it wasn't busy. There was us and two other tables for a majority of the time. If it was busy, I would have absolutely understood the subpar service. However when we have to call over to the waitress multiples times yet she is consistently going to the other two tables regularly, there is a problem. Secondly, seeing as you clearly saw this go down, there is a problem with management as well. You should have stepped in and made an effort rather than allow this type of service. Be a man and admit tonight was an issue. Thirdly, I'm well aware of the pandemic as I've been coming here multiple times since the pandemic began and never experienced this type of service. I recommended this place on a daily basis. However after tonight and seeing how management is, I will do the opposite. Fourth, if there was a plating issue, it should have never been sent out. Reviews were right! Service was terrible. Rude. Waiter grabbed a menu, since it was our first time there (and apparently figured we couldn't read either), and read the entire menu to us item by item and said they were known for each item! When asked if we could sample a beer they said. "No! That beer is too high". High in alcohol?...high in popularity?....high in cost? high in height????? Not sure. But not accommodating or helpful. Let me begin by saying that I have always been a huge fan of the small, intimate chain of restaurants owned by this business. My husband and I were fortunate enough to spend NYE circa 2019 at the Bullroom, which as was a lovely and thoroughly engaging experience. We happened upon the owners and coincidently were swept into an evening of amazing food, beguiling cocktails, and stimulating conversation. We then decided that New Year's Brunch should be at be spent at their sister restaurant, Craft47. This past week, on our second annual trip for brunch, we arrived at 12pm, anticipating bottomless mimosas as well as the tantalizing and satisfying meal we had anticipated. Having worked as a server and bartender for the better part of a decade, I cautiously approached the restaurant, knowing they had only just opened. When I saw that the chairs were still stacked on the tables I asked the waitress/bartender/owner (Karen) if we could possibly wait inside until she was ready to open... fully prepared to sit quietly at the bar until the kitchen was warmed up, the beer was ready to flow, and we all felt equally prepared to bring on the new year. I was informed to wait outside while she took the chairs down. My husband and I waited outside on the curb for approximately 10 minutes, during which time the chairs were brought down, and our only point of contact to the brunch we were so eagerly anticipating, disappeared into the back of the bar, without any intention to invite us back in. Not wanting to stare or be awkward, we continued to wait on the sidewalk in 35 degree weather, until at 12:15, at which point we decided that we were clearly not wanted as patrons and left the vicinity. We stayed as long because we had been very excited about having brunch at this wonderful establishment that we knew did amazing food and drink. Instead we were met with disdain and rudeness from a family and business that we thought was fun loving and welcoming. I have been very excited for the opening of The Pharmacy and looking forward to a date night out there but I can say now that after the frigid welcome and absolute disgust-ridden experience (we felt as if we were putting them out) we will not return to any business owned by this small conglomerate. read more

Have to say I'm very disappointed in our experience there Friday night. When we asked about some of the craft beers available, the owner behind the bar snapped at my husband "everything is on the board", which was not true. She was not friendly at all and made us feel like we were bothering her. We will think twice before going back. We actually sought this place out because we are craft beer drinkers and we thought this would be right up our alley. Sad to say the service left much to be desired all around. Reading other reviews, it seems that others have had similar issues. Perhaps the owner should take these reviews into consideration and do something about it. read more

Great atmosphere... Modern American Alehouse style. Servers were attentive and assisted navigating the extensive beer menu and we're quick to keeps our glasses full. I had the sliders, beef with bacon and cheddar. All well cooked and properly proportioned for a light meal but with room to fit a couple beers. Overall a great experience. read more

Over all the experience was "ok" We ordered a bunch of food which was great (truffle fries are amazing) but I ordered a burger cooked medium-rare when I got the burger the outside was cooked to which seemed great, but when I took a bite the inside was pure chopped meat still pink and mushy, so I was rather disappointed in that. Excellent food, but a little pricey. My wife got a burger and said it was the best one she has had in the area. What they call a balsamic dressing was really a balsamic reduction and it was incredible; really flavorful. They are big on craft beers and wine. Being the foodies we are, we decided to go to a place that we may find a diamond in the rough. We'll this isn't it. With inattentive service being its biggest problem and lackluster fare, there was no Wow factor that could ever get me to return. The poor execution behind the various tacos took away from the semi exciting flavors I anticipated and the cute presentation of the plate, by making them cumbersome to eat. They don't do flights. I had terrible service. We were sat by the bus boy, and it took 15 min for the waitress to show up. It was not busy at all. There was only 1 other table. This is one of my favorite spots to grab some drinks and small plates with friends or even date night. It's a very laid back atmosphere and you can even sit outside on a nice day.
