    Side of individual cheesestick

We have ordered, via Door Dash, from this location several times. Usually, it's not bad. We always pay for ranch sauce and never get it, but that's a minor issue. The time previous to this time, they sent us the complete wrong order with the exception of one item. Let me repeat - the entire order, save one item, was wrong - nothing close to what we ordered. I called the restaurant and told them. The boy that answered and identified himself as an assistant manager matched me attitude for attitude on the phone and ended up hanging up on me. I called the main office and actually got a call back that night. She was super nice, and offered to refund the order. And she did. We thought that we'd give them another try since she was so sweet. What a bad idea. We ordered all of our items lightly cooked. We ordered two individual pizzas and an individual cheesesticks. The pictures I've provided are what they consider 'lightly cooked'. Unfortunately this was our last order from there. It's wonderful to have the convenience of being able to get delivery from so many great vendors, but when they use it as an excuse to send you less than great quality food, you just have to cook your own or get in the car and go get it so you can get what you want.

Craft house pizza is a fern creek neighborhood pizza joint located off bardstown road. In the spot of an old pizza place called hometown pizza. I believe I read a story this week that said the owner took this location and a few off the other hometown Lousiville locations and switched to craft house. In my opinion it was a good switch. My family and I have ordered pickup from This establishment twice In the two weeks we've known it existed. Both times we went with a large cheese pizza and a large hot brown pizza. My wife and oldest daughter have sampled the salads and grilled chicken salads. Everything we have had here has been so good. The hot brown pizza may be one of my favorite new pizzas in the city. A pizza take on Kentuckys classic hot brown dish. it has a tasty sauce, good cheese and tasty bacon as well. Very good pie. The big 4 cheese is also very good. All 4 cheeses have a great and distinct flavor and compliment each other well. On our second go around the ricotta was a bit strong for my younger daughters but they still enjoyed it. The workers in both our visits have been great, fast and friendly. We use there online website to order pickup. They appear to have a nice rewards program That we will Continue to discover as we come here more often. Overall a very good addition to the fern creek area and Lousiville pizza scene. For fern creek it's always been hard for me not to go with bearnos that is essentially next door to this place . Now bearnos has some legit competition for our services. Good thing I love pizza and can give both places my business.

I literally just finished my food from Craft House Pizza and I will be honest- it was mid. The pizza was decent, cheese bread was decent, the cinnamon bread was good, and I liked the potato wedges but once we got to eat them they were cold, sadly. The only thing I really didn't care for was the ranch. Not sure what I didn't like about it- I think it was too vinegary? I think it's worth mentioning that we got takeout. The two ladies that we interacted with were very nice. The first time we walked in we were greeted and helped almost immediately and given our order. Once we got to the car we checked to make sure we had everything- we were missing our potato wedges and two sides of ranch. I went back in to get them and it took about five minutes of me standing in front of the takeout counter for someone to come up and it appeared to be the bartender. I explained to her that we were missing part of our order and she found it sitting on the counter. Like I said- everyone was nice and it was an honest mistake but I was a bit bummed our fries were cold. I'm not sure if I'll be back because I do have other pizza joints I prefer, but this one wasn't bad! I'd say if you're thinking of giving it a try, why not? It may not have been for me but it may be for you.

BIRTHDAY PARTY FOR FATHER IN LAW!

The staff is outstanding. They're worth every bit of a good tip. They worked hard with a party in the 20 to 30 range. It was one of the best waitresses I have had in a party this big. She handled it all by herself. There was a lot of food. We got appetizers, the meatballs, the loaded fries, and the cheese bread. The fries were disappointing. They tasted like someone was smoking a cigarette when they were being fixed. The meatballs were very delicious, and the cheesebread was great. I got the lasagna, and well, I wish I hadn't. It was not very good. My wife got the Buffalo personal with thick crust, and my oldest got a thin crust. Both had a great taste, but I thought the personal had a better, more rich favor. Either one would have been better than the lasagna. My oldest also got a salad. It was pretty good and made me wish I had gotten it. Overall, it wasn't bad. Not great, but good.

So the story behind this place is the guy that owns this in two other craft house pizzas used to have a partnership with hometown pizza and there was some kind of falling out so he change the name craft house pizza and the pizza taste the same to me as hometown which is excellent because I love hometown pizza. So this is going to get a 505 for me because I enjoy the pizza they didn't change the flavor or the ingredients or anything. I don't see a difference my wife didn't see a difference she just thought it was hometown pizza which is good because that pizza is great like I said. Now they have good craft beers they make here when we went here waitress was super nice I like the inside of the establishment they had nice TVs so overall Great spot

The whole step up area was just crowed. I love the giant mural they have on the wall with details, low lights, & just nicely displayed table setting. I ordered beef carpaccio and was very excited due to seeing how popular this dish is online and it was pretty tasty, kinda like a salad. For my entree I ordered braised short rib and it was like a roast style and very tender, paired with well seasoned collared greens, cheesy grits, and zucchini! Very filling, was stuffed!! I ordered the shrimp and grits, and without exaggeration, they were the best I've ever had. The shrimp were perfectly cooked, and the balance of textures throughout the dish was incredible. Every bite had the perfect amount of crunch, flavor, and toppings. Nothing felt overwhelming or out of place. It was one of those meals where you find yourself slowing down just to enjoy every bite. Even the water deserves a mention. It was clean, crisp, and refreshing. If it came straight from the tap, I would have never known. It's a small detail, but it speaks to the overall dining experience when even something as simple as water stands out. The service was great, and the atmosphere was lively and welcoming. It's easy to see why this restaurant has built such a strong reputation. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 comes down to accessibility. As a person with a disability, parking can make or break a dining experience. Unfortunately, there was no handicap parking available, and there were no nearby parking spots open when I arrived. I ultimately had to park in a hotel lot about a block away, which cost $25 for just two hours. Not only was the cost frustrating, but the additional distance was challenging given my mobility needs. The food was phenomenal and absolutely worth trying, but I do hope accessibility becomes part of the conversation for future guests. For those without mobility concerns, this may not be an issue, but for disabled patrons, it's something important to consider before visiting.

Tucked away on Frankfort Avenue, it's a little off the beaten path, and parking can be an adventure. There's a small lot by the restaurant with overflow parking further down the hill. Somehow we managed to snag the only open space right outside the front door, which felt like winning a very specific Louisville lottery. We arrived a few minutes before our reservation and the place was already buzzing. It was packed with locals, which is usually a good sign. While our table was being bussed, three different employees checked to make sure we were being helped. We let them know we were just a little early and waiting on our table, but it spoke volumes about the attentiveness of the staff. The atmosphere is exactly what you want from a neighbourhood pizza spot: relaxed, lively, and unpretentious. The soundtrack quietly floating through the speakers was a crate-digger's delight, full of songs that have been sampled throughout hip-hop history. Hearing Lynn Collins' Think (About It) while waiting for dinner felt particularly apt following the recent passing of Rob Base. The song's iconic break became the foundation of It Takes Two, one of hip-hop's most recognisable records, and it was a nice reminder of how deeply great music connects generations. To start, we ordered the Olives & Togarashi, a bowl of Castelvetrano olives coated in a wonderfully aromatic blend of spices with notes of fennel, sesame and citrus. My son tried his first olive and was genuinely shocked by the flavour. He'll come around eventually. For the main event, we ordered three large pizzas: the DOP Margherita, the Funghi and the Original Sting. The DOP Margherita showcases imported buffalo mozzarella from Campania alongside basil and San Marzano tomatoes. The Funghi is loaded with an incredible blend of mushrooms, taleggio, pecorino cream and mozzarella. The Original Sting combines soppressata, fresh mozzarella, basil, tomato and spicy local honey in a sweet-and-savoury combination that completely works. Now, let's talk about the crust. It is perfect. Pillowy and light, yet substantial enough to give you that satisfying chew. The wood-fired oven creates just the right amount of charred bubbling around the edges. Our server offered house-made ranch and other dipping sauces for the crust, but we politely declined. This pizza doesn't need any enhancers. The balance of flavours across all three pies was exceptional. I've eaten pizza all over the world, and Pizza Lupo belongs in that conversation. It really is that good. We had a plan: sample all three pizzas and leave just enough room to split the tiramisu. Thankfully, we stuck to it. The tiramisu was fresh, light and beautifully balanced. Not overly sweet, nicely moist, with just enough espresso flavour coming through. It was the perfect finish to an outstanding meal. The service was fast without feeling rushed, friendly without feeling scripted, and genuine throughout the evening. We left full, not bloated, and happy as spring lambs, already talking about what we'd order next time. We'll defo be back. Cheers, Sam
