Obtained some estimates…read more When I called Adams a while back, when we were experiencing our 95+ temps, asking for an estimate the office person stated " we will not be sending out any tech's in this heat for a couple of days". It didn't upset me, it made me respect the company for caring about their crews. A tech did make the set appointment and answered all my silly questions. They were also agreeable fulfilling my request to set the new unit a few feet over from the original spot. Once I received my estimate it included two air conditioner unit options I could choose from. Other companies didn't do this. They were also $260 less than other quotes. The tech's were polite, professional and got to work right away. When the day comes I need to replace my furnace I'll definitely be calling Adams heating and cooling!!!!

At my age I remembered his name because he is such a good person and in these times I am proud to say he is a very good Christian young man! He also had a very kind staff that was always helpful. Jason's work was exceptional, and as a retired dentist I had pretty high standards for what my wife and I expected and hoped for, and now we miss the super nice 95% efficient Heaters and AC's and we have wished we had them here but adding retirement to this unnecessary terrible inflation makes us miss our greatest president and we are very concerned for him and what is happening to him that is egregious and we pray for him and everyone we love and are about every day! To hire a boiler companies to come out and replace pipes is insanely expensive, and not really worth it if they are not working on the boiler itself. (I don't think the pipe cares who replaces it)! That part out of the way, after having major disasters in the past, and calling some local boiler companies (who I won't name), I tried Preferred plumbing last year and again this morn. They came out and fixed it before there was any damage. Unlike the boiler company who was scheduled out for weeks and let me stew in my own live steam. Matt, and Brett, and Cooper are the best! Great guys - they know what they're doing, and they don't waste your time. They're so personable, I probably wasted THEIR time talking to them too much! I'm so satisfied that I have decided to finally replace the waterline in my house sometime in the next few months, using Preferred Plumbing, because I completely trust them now.
