When you walk in you are treated with a smile. The staff are very nice (even through the pandemic). All the food there is good but my favorites are their cheese curds, buffalo wings and Philly cheesesteak. The prices are very reasonable and the portion sizes are enough for 2 people. I am hands down an appetizer type of girl I typically choose my restaurants based off of what kind of appetizers they serve and as soon as I saw this pretzel I knew I was gonna love it, the queso is spicy and has a good flavor the pretzel was soft and fresh, my boyfriend and I also split one of the chicken sandwiches that comes with the Nashville hot sauce and pickles (sorry can't remember the name) and I wasn't the biggest fan of that but the breading on the sandwich was super good.... I really wanted to like this place more and maybe I would have for drinks. I don't think I would come for dinner again though. Their food was mediocre and over priced. The burger was over cooked and the dipping sauces were all very runny. The cheese curds were good and the Chicago rolls were different but just not my cup of tea. The kids enjoyed the wings. The philly was skimpy on the meat. The salad was very expensive for all but one type not including meat and the one with meat was actually bacon so I'm not sure that counts, as bacon is more of a topping on a salad. I liked the blt but some of the bacon was spicy and some was not. I prefer it not spicy but it should be seasoned more consistent. The service was excellent, our waitress was very friendly, she brought timely refills and checked on us just enough to not be intrusive but get what was needed. I enjoyed sitting outside on the patio. I liked the decor. The Bathrooms were very clean. They had trivia going on which seemed like it may be fun. Maybe I'll give this place another chance for drinks if I'm in the area. The drink menu looked fun! I would probably rate this a 2.5 Star if that option was available. read more

I really want to see this place succeed. They have 30 delicious beers on tap as well as an assortment of creative cocktails. All beers are $3 on Wednesdays, which is a great deal. All the food I've had has been very good, although the "Nashville hot" sauce on the chicken sandwich was a little too hot for me (will order it on the side next time.) We have been to Craft'd 4 times now and I am very impressed with the food max service. Last Sunday we had the cheese curds as an app which were very tasty. I also love the Chicago Beef Roll appetizer, who would have thought wonton wrappers & Italian beef would go so well together? I had the peanut butter & pig burger with fries. Their fries are delicious and worth the extra calories. The burger was good in the restaurant, didn't hold over well as leftovers, but maybe that is the nature of a burger with peanut butter and candied bacon. My boyfriend had the smoked meatloaf, which he very much enjoyed. We are very happy with this place and can't wait to try their new cousin Chop'd! Also the drinks are delicious albeit pricey, that would be the only drawback to this place. Definitely recommend! read more

1st visit here was slightly disappointing. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with bacon and mayo and hand cut fries. The chicken was smothered in oregano and not at all edible. Our friends and family went for Father's Day. As fathers we received a 12oz strip steak and access to the whipped potato bar for free! I was a little worried about it but the steak was awesome and the potato bar was stocked and all you can eat. The prices look a little high but it's well worth it for amounts you get. Our server was Sarah and couldn't have been any better. She helped in our menu and drink selections. Our salads were out before she even left the table. It's helpful when the servers have tried the food and the drinks and can help steer you in a direction if your not sure. Chicken and waffles was awesome. Pretzel was HUGE! Kids chicken tender order was larger than most restaurants. I'm not a fan of strip steaks but this one was tender and cooked perfectly. Whipped potato bar had cheeses, bacon and sour cream. The food is good, but the staff needs to work a few kinks out. We sat on the patio on a Friday evening (7/13/18). We ordered both the giant pretzel and the cheese curds as appetizers. Both were very good. The pretzel is nothing short of GIANT! Everyone in our party enjoyed their meals. The issue was that random servers kept coming up to us, and other tables, with food and drinks asking if we had ordered it. We hadn't! It was almost as though there was no table number system in place for the wait staff. While everyone makes mistakes, this became annoying after the 7th or 8th (no kidding) time it happened. While we sat outside, we noticed how loud the music was coming from the speakers inside. It was REALLY loud. Too loud for people to have a conversation. Keep the soft-drinks and iced-teas full and check back often on other beverages. The good food and extensive craft beer menu are reason enough to visit "Craft'd". We have been here three times and will return, but please figure out the table system. read more
