Prime rib, crab linguine, ceasar salad, mussels Diablo

We had a lovely day of golfing and decided to try out the hotel restaurant. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It is pretty spacious, and we got a nice table by the window.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It took a bit to get our server at first but we ordered some refreshing drinks. My spritz sampler was very tasty, and my boyfriend's lychee martini was also sweet and refreshing. We got the Saturday prime rib special, crab linguine, mussels Diablo, and a ceasar salad. Everything was delicious with nice big portions. I only wish the prime rib had a better horse radish sauce (the sauce seemed more like sour cream) and the mussels Diablo were more spicy (couldn't taste any spice in this red sauce). Other than that we loved the food and drinks overall!

Had a company dinner here and it was perfect! Our server went above and beyond to accommodate our large party and everything went so smooth throughout the evening. The quality of the food was top notch and the menu offered a variety for everyone to enjoy.

Went to the world's tallest Christmas tree and Santa cruise and was hungry afterwards. My kiddo wanted spaghetti and the first place we went to was closed and we stumbled upon crafted. I was very confused when I pulled into the lot because I didn't a sign and I didn't realize it was inside a hotel. Walked in and didn't see Italia anywhere so was even more confused. I asked the girl at the front desk and she directed me to the place at the end of the hall. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place is really nice. The hotel and restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service was good. Our food was prompt. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There was a super cute cozy Christmas bar off the restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We popped inside to check it out before we ate.

We lucked out by going on a day with live music, and it made the experience so much better. Even though we didn't score a window seat overlooking the lake, sitting by the bar with the live music was still awesome. They do take reservations, which seems to be uncommon in the area. Even though we didn't have one, we still got a table for two right away. Can't say if it'll be that easy in the busy season of summer though, so keep that in mind. Overall, I would give the vibes and service a 5/5 and the food a 3/5. The caesar salad and bruschetta were tasty, but if you're a pasta lover like me, the spaghetti and meatballs and bolognese left something to be desired. Still think it's worth a visit, though.

Food was pretty good and came out faster than I have ever experienced. It seemed fresh so the quickness of how fast the food came out was really surprising. The service was super friendly and accommodating. The ambiance was upscale. The quality of the food is pretty good as well. The me u is definitely pricier but I think the service and quality is pretty well worth it.

This place is like a fine wine: it gets better with age. Every time we come here they up their game and they definitely earned 5 stars this time around. The mixed drinks and wine were on point, and they also offer many beer and spirits choices too. We all ordered the hand tossed pizzas and they were all so good. So excited they had a vegan cheese option and it was excellent! We also got the house crafted zeppole for an appetizer and they were incredible. If it's still on the menu when you come here (they change their menu often) I'd highly suggest it. It's fluffy, flaky dough balls lightly coated in Parmesan that you can dip in marinara. Awesome wait staff who were attentive and friendly. The atmosphere has a modern, very clean feel (even the bathrooms are super fancy). A little pricy but worth it. Would recommend for sure!

Went to crafted Italia during lake Geneva trip. The mushroom pizza and salmon was okay, tasted good but pricey. The tiramisu was amazing!! Service was good and they have live music on the weekends which was good as well.

We honestly came here by mistake not even realizing that this was a hotel restaurant. It is super close to Lake Geneva National Resort and Club where they were doing Ice Castles, so we ended up grabbing a bite here and shuttleing to the National Resort. The restaurant was beautiful and cozy. Very clean for a hotel restaurant. The menu was limited but they had happy hour specials and standard choices that can please anyone. The food, from the cheese curds to the burger and fries we had was good. It was well made, fresh, noting memorable but good and filling, nonetheless and shareable. The service was awesome. We were checked up on many times throughout our meal. Greeted by the manager twice. It was really a great experience from a service perspective. I would recommend for a quick, fun dinner!!

Ambiance: Ambiance and restaurant decor was one of the highlights of the night in my opinion. Lots of neat items and decor - interesting glasses, art, couches/chairs, leather menus, etc. Food: We had the Peruvian chicken wings and the wagyu beef tacos. I thought the Peruvian chicken wing dish was quite good - 9/10. The chicken was very flavorful and the salad was a decent size and tasted good. The wagyu tacos in my opinion was underwhelming for sure. It really tasted like pretty bland meat and the tortilla chips on the side were almost guaranteed straight from a bag (Aldi blue corn tortilla chips if I had to guess ). I wouldn't personally recommend the tacos. If I were to go again, I'd get the chicken wings again, and get the hangover salad instead of the tacos. Drinks: We had the coconut cocktail, the cucumber cocktail, and I had a beer from Nicaragua. All were tasty, albeit definitely lacking punch, i.e. I couldn't actually tell you with a fact if they contained alcohol. The Nicaraguan beer was super light and I liked it. There was a beer from Czechia but it was out of stock.

The location is great, it is right across the street from the beautiful Lake Geneva. There is a little bit of parking in the hotel parking lot that the restaurant is attached to. Otherwise you need to find street parking. Everyone has their own opinions of the best Chicago deep dish pizza. We have eaten at Gino's in Chicago and others. Gino's is our favorite. There is something about the sweetness of the sauce and the crust. Just scrumptious. Gino's East at Lake Geneva didn't disappoint. We ordered our pie and decided on an appetizer as the deep dish pizzas take nearly 45 minutes and we were hungry. We chose the artichoke dip and it was very good. Nice crunchy chips and the dip had pieces of artichoke and spinach, you could taste both. Our pizza finally came out of the oven and it met all of our expectations. Seems basic but many don't know that the deep dish pie's have the crust on the bottom, the fillings of your choice in the middle with the cheese and the sauce is on top. Like I mentioned Gino's sauce has a really nice sweetness to it, and the crust is crunchy and not to thick. It brought back so many memories of our times in Chicago, and reaffirmed why Gino's East is our favorite. The service was great and the views beautiful.
