Everyone is always so nice and friendly. I recognize the same staff, so you know people must like working there. The owner is always working the tables, and greeting people. Ever since Covid, service everywhere is awful. But here, it's the main reason I (and family) keep coming back. The pizza is great also. I've yet to have a bad experience, and I'd be shocked if I did. This is an awesome restaurant! We had a side by side pizza and it was delicious! The service was great and at least 4 different people stopped by our table to check on us and thank us for visiting (on Friday night during peak hours) I've not experienced service of this caliber in years! I would caution you about choosing to frequent this restaurant only based on the customer service of Alexis the employee who currently handles the restaurant's loyalty reward program. Unfortunately when I spoke with her today she was unwilling to give us reward credit for a single $40 purchase we had made in July that wasn't being linked to our account since we had to receive a new credit card (due to credit card fraud) even though I asked if I could bring the receipt in. And even though we had followed the process of adding our phone number to the receipt for our server to correct, since she also told me that that was the only way it was possible to get it fixed. When I mentioned that I had been able to receive credit for this situation when it occurred at another business using this same Toast loyalty program, she said that it was her policy not to do so. Apparently they don't need to keep repeat customers around when that is certainly a main reason that they would choose to offer this program! read more

I'm giving five stars based on the service we had this evening. For the past year and a half (since we moved to this area) we've searched for a place with excellent customer service and a good product. We will absolutely come back! Our bartenders were helpful, friendly, and attentive. The food was good (we just got appetizers). The atmosphere was upbeat and even though they were very busy, we weren't rushed. 100% this is what every bar/restaurant should strive for! First time trying them and the pizza was a pleasant surprise. I was simple and got a pepperoni pizza with a side of the hot honey. I will definitely be back to try out others. I like the many side options that are offered too if you don't want to commit to something on your pizza. read more

I'm bummed out. I went here for the first time tonight with my husband for a few beers and we got very rude service from a waitress as soon as we sat down. We asked for menus and the waitress was incredibly rude in response that it shocked us both and confused us both. The rest of the bar staff was nice however and the beer was good. But we were very off put by our rude service we received from the woman who approached our table. I don't think I'll be revisiting unfortunately. read more

The pizza dough held all the toppings while the crust was airy and chewy (perfect in my opinion). We also tried the meatballs with the Thai chili... they had some spice, but were quite yummy. We ordered Crafters via door dash for the first time. We loved it! So we decided to go in today for lunch and were not disappointed. Our server, Cassie, has some great suggestions. The beer cheese is so good! We mentioned needing catering and the owner came out, checked his schedule, gave some awesome tips for when we order. We will be using them for our small, intimate wedding in March! Their pizza is amazing. And the wings are awesome. My boyfriend and I have been going to Crafters (it was then BoomBozz) since we moved here and often multiple times a month. It's so good we haven't even ventured beyond this place. I have been getting their white pie every single time and have loved it every time. Tonight I didn't pay attention while reading the menu and didn't realize that they had tweaked it just a bit, and ordered the new version of their white pie. While it was delicious and my bf loved it, it just wasn't for me. When I brought it up to the manager, he was so kind and explained how I should order it next time to get what I love! He even had the pizza I wanted made and put the other one on the house. I have never had a bad experience here and truly love it every time we go! Just had a horrific experience at Crafters. Arrived to a table with dirty plates and then waited an eternity for our second app. My boneless wings were cooked beyond recognition. When we ordered a second bottle of wine, we were forced to go up to the bar ourselves to see what was taking so long. Then, they had our 19 year old waitress bring the bottle over. When we brought all of this the manager's attention, he indignantly told us we should have said something sooner. He complained that we had "stretched the meal out" and should not be complaining. He was confrontational, belligerent, and unconcerned. And tried to blame all of the problems on our waitress. I've been treated better at McDonald's. Terrible! Meanwhile he could not be bothered as he was flirting with the waitresses, while they were struggling to the best of their ability to keep up with the crowded restaurant. I cannot return until he no longer works there. We've had good experiences there in the past, but this is simply unacceptable! I can only hope that the owner fixes the problem. If he does not, I'm sure no one else will want to be treated as we were. read more

I will start with the facility- very clean, sports bar vibe and TVs placed for easy but not in your face viewing. Staff- welcoming and friendly. Service - surprisingly fast. Now to the best part - THE FOOD!!! High end bar food and pizza at fair prices. Everything was fresh, creative and delicious from the wings and house made chips to especially the pizza! There are many ways to make a pizza wrong and few paths to making it right - it was all right. Both the fried and baked crust were great and yes we tried both. Went to this place after a basketball game with 5 families. We really liked this place, stays open late with decent food We all had $10 discount cards that we had purchased through local high school. When the bill came due we were told that we could only use 1 discount for the whole table Even though we all had separate checks and probably spent close to $500. Asked to speak to the manager(owners wife) why we couldn't use the cards and it was apparent that she was having a bad night after discussion she refused to allow us to use the card. I asked to speak to the owner(her husband) he was not wanting to hear about my concern I told him we wouldn't be coming back at that point he said, "Why am I even talking to you just get the f**k out of here". I have worked in Sales my whole life and have had to handle some difficult situations but I have never thought to treat a customer this way. I also found out later that the manager(wife) was extremely rude to one of the children that was with us. Think twice before going here you could be next. read more
