His bank kept rejecting my payments and I ended up having to pay his wife's zelle account (??)  Long version: Romo took almost 2 months to complete my project of replacing the subpanel, adding a 20 amp circuit, and repairing any damaged drywall. He and his team cancelled/ no showed on my tenant more than 5 times and was super unresponsive when scheduling. My tenant had to live in a home with holes in the walls for almost a full month before it was finally repaired. The business operates very shadily. I have asked for a receipt for my payment numerous times, and he still has not provided one. I had to pay him in 3 separate transactions via zelle because his bank kept rejecting my payments. I'm not sure how this business has a 4.8 rating on Yelp, but will not be trusting those reviews from now on.

I especially appreciate that he texts before arriving with an estimated time of arrival, which gives me time to kennel my dog before he gets to my home. Over the years, Justin has replaced the ceiling fan in my bedroom, the bathroom fan, and most recently, the fan in my family room. The latest project was a bit more complicated because the first fan I purchased from Lowe's turned out to be damaged. The motor housing was dented, and it appeared the fan had previously been opened and repackaged. Although I was told at checkout that the box had not been opened, it clearly had been, so I returned it. I then ordered a replacement fan with a remote from Amazon. When I asked Justin which manufacturers he recommended, he suggested Kichler along with a few other quality brands.
