Hired this company to fix plumbing and replace water damage underneath the sink. Instead of removing the wood with mold they covered it and painted it. It is now in the walls. I told the repair guy. "I don't think that will work". When I called this week about now having mold in all the walls. They canceled all my handyman projects scheduled and said they do not do mold remediation. Now that I have mold in the walls possibly from their repair, They canceled all upcoming repairs. They do not want anything to do with the mold. I am having a professional evaluate what happened. So whether they try to have nothing to do with it, if it is evaluated it is from their repair. I will contact them for damages. read more

I can't say enough good things about Craftsmen Handyman Pros, and Mr. Azizi in particular. I needed a custom solution for a tricky microwave installation, and they absolutely delivered. Here's the challenge: my microwave needed to sit inside a kitchen cabinet space, but the existing shelf just wasn't deep enough to hold it. To make matters more complicated, the new extended shelf would have to support about 30 pounds of weight and project past the edge of the cabinet. This raised all sorts of concerns - would it tip over? Could it be safely secured without looking awkward or out of place? Mr. Azizi came in, understood the situation immediately, and proposed a smart, solid solution. They custom-fabricated and installed a deeper shelf that extends beyond the cabinet face and - most importantly - securely anchored it with screws in just the right places so there's absolutely no wobble or risk of tipping. The final result looks like it was part of the original cabinetry design! See the picture attached. The attention to detail was phenomenal. They even made sure the edges were smooth and color-matched to blend with the existing kitchen aesthetic. Functionally, it holds the microwave like a rock, and visually, it looks completely natural. I feel confident leaving a heavy appliance on it long-term. More than just skilled, Mr. Azizi was prompt, polite, and clearly took pride in his work. You don't always get that mix of professionalism and craftsmanship. If you have a non-standard project and want it done right the first time, I can't recommend them enough.
