First time eating here. Really enjoyed the overall atmosphere bartender was super nice. We tried the fried mushrooms which were so good. And we both tried burgers would definitely come back. Nice little local joint.

It's been a while since visiting Crafty Burg'r. I remember loving the Huntersville location. Maybe it's my mind playing tricks but nothing that I remembered was what was in front of me today (I checked their Instagram and believe my memory is accurate). The burger was cooked to the right temp and all came out as promised. The negative is that it had frozen Bubba burger vibes and accompanied by frozen Sysco fries. Overall the taste was fine but I'd rather save the junk food for something worth splurging on. This was not it. Service was great.

Cool little spot in a great area near Davidson college. Not too far off i40. It was nice and clean with a great vibe. We had lunch there on a Friday and it wasn't too busy at all with great service. I'd had a burger the day before so I opted for a chicken sandwich, but I'll be back try to a burger! The bacon jam burger looked exceptionally appealing. Unfortunately they were out of onion rings so I went the sweet potato fries. They were great, but I'm definitely going o rings and a burger next round. And I'm definitely going back. I went with the boom boom chicken and it was on point! It was huge (I couldn't reasonably finish it). The chicken was fried perfect, the buns toasted, and that boom boom sauce was a nice touch. They did have a bar and a nice local beer selection on tap. I couldn't partake during this lunch, but I look forward to visiting again when I can.

Loved this nice surprise! Stopped here put of the blue on an excursion in our jeep! What a great burger! I loved the different levels & areas of seating. I would come back & already shared with friends!

I really wanted brunch from B&F but they seem to no longer offer it on Saturday's so I decided to try this spot that I've never heard of. A quick review of the menu and I decided on the veggie/black bean burger with swiss, sautéed onions and mushrooms, lettuce and tomato. It was good but the bread was not toasted or grilled and threw the sandwich off a bit. The sweet potato fries were good, and the bread pudding was burned on the bottom but the portion that survived the burn was good.

Burgers are good but the fried chicken sandwiches are amazing. They come with two huge fillets. Also, entrées come with two sides. They even have bread pudding as a side option! Gouda stix is a must try!!

Love this place! Was a really happy find. Had some time waiting for my daughter to do a drama practice and thought I'd stop by. Great burgers. Great sides. It was really hard to decide on what to take - all the selections were amazing! I'll surely be back. Great atmosphere! Small and comfy and quaint. I'll be back!

The short version: the burgers were barely average but the sides and service were great. The positive of this place really focuses on the customer service and the amazing sides. We started with the Gouda cheese sticks, I know other reviews didn't find them amazing but we did. The melty goodness had a great batter and the ranch/BBQ dip was really a good pairing. With the burger we got the Mac and cheese, which seemed to have an extra something savory in it, and the bread pudding which was sweet but not too sweet. If I had to stop there this place would be a five but I must continue... The burger... the name sake of this joint was blah. The bun was dry and stayed dry since he meat was also dry. No grill flavor or juices with this burger so don't look for it. The sell was that it was a garlic burger, a Halloween these to keep the vampires away. I'm pretty sure even vampires wouldn't have noticed the garlic flavor either. The burger was just so dang boring it can't be what they are supposed to be good at. Try again Crafty Burger...

Service Starts our Great but Dies in the End This is the 2nd Crafty Burg'r in Cornelius and has been open a for about a month. I've been to the other location in Kenton Place a couple of times after they first opened but stopped going because of poor service as in being totally ignored, Decided to give this place a try tonight on my way to meeting with some friends to see if it had improved. At first I was thrilled with the service. Walked in and the hostess asked where I wanted to be seated. Seats were available immediately at the bar and it would only be couple of minutes for a table. She then asked if I would be willing to sit on the patio. Beautiful day with nice sunset so why not. My server was out in just a minute, gave me a set of menu's and took my drink order. She was back in under a minute and by that time, I was ready to order. My order was a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and for my two sides, I ordered Fried Onion Rings and Crafty Beans. With my meeting at 8, I was a little concerned about how long it was going to take to cook my meal but it was ready in record time. All in all, the meal was fair. The Buffalo Chicken had just the right amount of heat and the Chicken was nice and moist which was good. Took much dressing on the Sandwich made for a very messy meal. The Fried Onion rings are more like onion straws and I don't know what to make of the Crafty Beans. It's like BBQ Beans but made with what appears to be three different types of bean. Some heat but they really don't cut it. This where service died. The hostess walked past and I asked her if she could get our server to bring my check since I needed to leave shortly. 5 minutes later I'm getting ready to get and go in and hand the hostess $20 to cover the bill and leave. (Bill actually came our to somewhere around $12.56). About this time, the server walked out and handed my my check to which I looked at it and handed her back the check and my credit card. She went to the next table and apparently knew the patrons and after a brief discussion with them, took their order. After she took the order, I stopped her and took back my card and gave her the $20 and told her to keep it, I didn't have time to wait on change. She took the short term approach and was thrilled about the 50% + tip not realizing that the only reason she got it was not for good service but grossly inferior service. Ended up in the end, taking about 15 minutes plus to pay my check and I was late at the next meeting. Same poor service as the original

Looking for a great tasty burger place? This is the best one around!!' The burgers are really juicy and delicious. The prices are reasonable. The burgers are excellent portioned, as the burger is thick and big, not to mention the side dishes that had such delicious flavors and also available in a portion that is big enough to satisfy just about anyone:) The place is really homey and comfortable. It is always clean and very presentable. The waitress and the staff are very knowledgeable about the menu and attentive at their guests. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!

The food was awful. My fries were stale and the burger was overdone. This place was not very vegetarian/vegan friendly.

The restrooms were clean and well kept. The food was very good, with a wide variety of options. As well as the drinks, with lots of featured wines and cocktails. Definitely recommend if you are looking for good food and drinks. The only issue I had was that a man was constantly worrying about people not joining his music trivia, otherwise I had no complaints!

The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a great atmosphere and a welcoming vibe that makes it an enjoyable place to spend an evening. The location is convenient, and the space feels fresh, modern, and inviting. The service was also a highlight of the experience. Our server was friendly, attentive, and helped make the meal enjoyable from start to finish. The restaurant is known for its casual yet upscale ambiance, which definitely came through during our visit.  Where the experience fell a bit short for me was the food. Everything was prepared well and perfectly edible, but nothing really stood out or felt especially memorable. It wasn't bad by any means--just not quite at the same level as the atmosphere and service. I went for the lobster tail ravioli, and it was just a bit too chewy for my taste. I was hoping for a dish that would make me eager to come back, but that didn't happen on this visit. I could, however, come back. I would give it a second chance and would like to try drinks from the bar.  Overall, Torrence and Knox is a great spot for the ambiance, service, and overall dining experience. If you're looking for a comfortable place to meet friends, enjoy drinks, or have a relaxed night out, it's definitely worth a visit. I'd return for the atmosphere alone and would be interested to try more of the menu in the future.
