Came for lunch on my birthday customer service from our waitress Keitura was great very patient with my shennigans... My lemon drop was the bomb and the food was delicious. I'll definitely be returning. Try them out!!! ....

Clean establishment. Servers are generous and kind. Our visit to the Crafty Cab couldn't have went any better. I had the 1/2 dozen steamed oysters with butter garlic and mild seasoning. My sides were hush puppies and fried Okra. My wife had the chicken tender basket with onion rings. Drinks were on point. Would highly recommend this place.

$60..look at the picture. I frequent this establishment and have NEVER experienced this! Then the manger got on the phone VERY disrespectful. I guest he can talk mess since he got my $60 for this crap. This location is scamming customer. I should have listen to the customer before me...she brought her food back!!! If you get take out from here... check it before leaving! Crafty Crab ONeil Ct. Columbia SC is a compl rip off. ticket#139

Such great food! Really thrilled with how well the staff takes care of me with my food allergy! Great service, and fair prices for what you get

Service was good and they were very busy.....but my wife and I agree, it was probably the worst seafood we have ever tried tied eat. "Stale" comes to mind. Very oily and garlicky. Not sure why, but it may have been to cover up old seafood. We could only eat a few bites (best thing to us was the side order of onion rings we both ordered, and they were not that great, the breading was thick and kinda reminded me of what came out of a frozen bag before they deep fried it). 4 stars for service, but the food brought it down to 2 stars. We did leave a decent tip for the waitress, it wasn't her fault.

I love seafood, especially crab! I'm not sure why but a year or two ago a bunch of these crab boil places opened up all at once, and they seemingly all have the same naming structure: (adjective that ends with a "y") + Crab. So many that I honestly have a hard time remembering which one is where. With that being said, these restaurants really need to be special in order to stand out. I thought Crafty Crab was fairly mediocre. I ordered the crab leg special, which came with 1 cluster of crab legs, potatoes, corn on the cob, sausage, and some shrimp. Crab legs and shrimp just didn't taste fresh. Their Crafty Cajun sauce was also fairly bland and lacking in flavor. Corn on the cob was also pretty soggy. The food wasn't necessarily terrible, but just painfully average. Service was great. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. What I hated about the restaurant was their decision to blare music as if we were in some dance club. It's hard to socialize with the table over the thumping bass from the speakers. Another weird thing I noticed is the pictures of all the "dine and dash" patrons that are plastered (which adds to the overall cluttered atmosphere) along the pillars in the front. And when taking our orders, the waitress was adamant about making sure we were aware of what was included in our order. It's clear they get a lot of non-compliant customers, but it feels...a little offensive and condescending to be treated like I'm going to be the next one to dine and dash. Overall, there's just too many seafood places in Columbia. Just based on quality of food, I would go elsewhere for my seafood fix.

I have been sitting here for 10 minutes and no one has even come to take our drink orders yet, but people are continually walking past us.

The decor is your typical seafood boil decor. I loved the fish hanging from the ceilings. Our server was Jody and she alone deserves 5 stars. She was so amazing and took great care of us. If we come back I will request her each time. The Food: we had a big group so everyone ordered a variety of things. I opted for a few things off the appetizer menu. I ordered the Fried Scallops which came with 6 scallops, the Hushpuppies which came with 10 hushpuppies and a cinnamon butter dip, and lastly I ordered the the Fried Shrimp which came with 10 shrimps and cocktail sauce. Everything was pretty good. The scallops were my least favorite, I was not a fan of the chewiness, but dipped in some tartar sauce they were not that bad. I also did not like the small portion of scallops for the price. The hushpuppies were amazing! They had a delicious taste and also had chunks of corn in it which I loved. The corn wasn't too chunky and blended perfectly with the breading. The cinnamon butter dip that came with it added a nice sweet touch but I honestly preferred them by itself. The shrimp were nice and chunky and battered to perfection. I would say the shrimp did lack flavor on the breading, but I ordered a side of Cajun sauce and mixed it with the tartar sauce and that really elevated the shrimp. Everyone else really enjoyed their food. Some people ordered seafood bags and were very pleased with their portions and taste. We even had a birthday cake that Jody was so gracious to store for us until it was time to eat it. Very glad I got a chance to try out Yummi Crab, we will definitely be back when we are craving seafood or Jody's great customer service.

This was a really great combination! The linguine was prepared perfectly. It was filled with mushrooms, spinach, diced tomatoes, parmesan and basil. On top was the salmon. The salmon was tender with a buttery texture. It was so yummy!!! My husband ordered the Pineapple Glazed Shrimp. He had been wanting this for a while but that all changed when he opened it when we got home. There was no creamy risotto! He was disappointed that they had forgotten the risotto. Nevertheless, he did enjoy the shrimp. Maybe next time we are on that side of town he will get his chance:) Service was good. It took awhile for our food to come out, but that was fine. The restaurant wasn't full at all, it was nice and quiet. The ambiance was nice, and the restaurant was clean.

The cocktails were amazing! Hugs to the bartender because the drinks were so great. The imperial dip with the tortilla chips was served very hot and was very delicious. It has a crisped top and is truly cooked very well. The corn and crab chowder was tasty. The kids' chicken and fries were also pretty good and served hot and fresh. The loaded mashed potatoes, sirloin, and brussels sprouts were all so delicious and perfectly prepared. What put Bonefish back on my radar was their lunch special, which is a beverage, a soup or salad, and an entree from their select menu. I ordered the fish and fries, and the fish was cod, fried well, and really delicious. All for $14.99. They also have a good social hour and many other specials.

Everyone around me is frustrated because the have to wait on their food but the young lady told them it was going to be a long wait at the very beginning. It may help if they identified the LONG WAIT in minutes. I ordered fish for a family who was caring for a loved one and didn't have time or energy to cook. They loved the family meal. I decided to try it for myself. I was not disappointed. I love supporting small businesses and recognize the challenges therefore I recommend patience. If you don't have it, you'll probably feel better going somewhere else but the food is great. Its a really small space. It took probably over a year to complete this review, it was lost in draft mode. I hope they are still open.
