Hidden Ramen shop CRANKING out super professional Ramen !! I love this place , the ramen is delicious. Small little shop literally in a bike shop but they have big flavor. I tried the beef shoyu which had tender beef short rib with fresh veggies and perfectly cooked egg and the special of the day coconut curry with shrimp. Both were amazing. Broth was flavorful. Matcha green tea was delicious too. Friendly fast service , had a few stools to sit inside and a couple tables outside , nice for a quick noodle stop or take out spot. Will be back to try other items for sure.

Hey! He's eating my ice cream!!!

Unique and Delicious. Just texted my husband that I'm picking up dinner from here, and he's thrilled! Matcha ice cream for dessert is the icing on the cake.

I was expecting tofu but there was meat . I would have liked a complimentary vegetable like spinach not corn . I am convinced I need to micromanage the selection to my liking . It should be more of an experience . What this place has is the best ambient music in all of Morris county . Music is weak in NJ so I give it a 4 stars for that ! Next time will focus on appetizers . They really go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of, and that level of service stands out. The sushi itself was incredibly fresh, you can immediately taste the quality. Everything looked vibrant and well-prepared, and the flavors were clean and balanced. Nothing tasted like it had been sitting around and it was clearly made with utmost care. What really made the experience memorable for me was the attention to detail, they even gave me extra ginger exactly how I like it without me having to ask twice. It's small things like that that show they actually listen and care about their customers. Overall, this is the kind of place you keep coming back to and not just for the food, but for the people. Great energy, great service, and genuinely fresh, delicious sushi. Highly recommend. They're very mindful of allergies and dietary restrictions and take it seriously, which makes a huge difference if you have specific needs.

But I wanted to wait until I had the chance to dine in and really soak in the full experience before reviewing. let me tell you, it did not disappoint. The food is consistently delicious, and they often feature special menu items that change things up. As a foodie, I love stepping outside my comfort zone, and I've discovered some amazing new favorites here. This visit was no exception. The atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect from a cozy spot tucked into a strip mall, but the service? A+. The staff is warm, attentive, and really goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed and appreciated. If you're in the area and haven't been yet....go. Whether it's dine-in or takeout, Yusan is easily one of the best spots around.

Very off the beaten path and super non-descript storefront with a disproportionately large parking area. The robot server gimmick is kinda cute but be sure to tidy up after yourself. We ordered from a touchscreen kiosk and had the food delivered in plastic containers by a robot. My daughter and I had the black garlic ramen, my wife the spicy miso, and my son the miso with the udon option (75 cents add-on to replace the ramen noodles). We also had pork gyoza and pork steam buns. The food was pretty good. It wasn't the level of some of the NYC or California ramen places that we've been to (e.g. Ippudo, or even the Edgewater Mitsuwa food court ramen--which are amazingly good). However, it was decent especially for the price and we enjoyed it. What struck us as very odd was that we were the only customers in the entire restaurant. Why was a well-reviewed, fairly good place like this not without a single other customer during prime dinner time (6 to 630pm on a Sunday night)? Complete mystery--hoping it's an anomaly as we need good places like this to stay open.
