I love this place for their Iced raspberry white mocha. I prefer the Corona location the one off Ontario when I'm in that area, if you can go to that one. The vibe is better, friendly, and better consistent drinks. Service isn't always great and my drink don't always taste consistent at this location. The heavy set Caucasian lady with the pony makes a bad drink and always has an unpleasant look and attitude. If I see her working I just leave. The only guy I ever see and the lady with the red bob, she's lovely and they make a great drink every time. read more

I didn't get the two gentlemen's names, but they were kind enough to let me in and make me a drink. True heroes in my book. The shop looks clean and modern. Ahhh the local coffee shop right? Ya got the little meetings of the minds. The couple discussing stuff that no one else know except for them. The guy working hard, or at least looking like it, on his lap top and phone. The little cubby of books that are offered to read. All of this and a little more. The ambiance is ahhmazing. Maybe because of the fact they have a huge poster on the wall of my all time favorite singer Ms. JANIS JOPLIN. That made me smile on this chilly Friday morning. They guy that helped me take my order was super sweet. And helpful with what I wanted. I was starving when I walked in and needed to warm up. He was great. They didn't ask my name which was kind of a breath of fresh air. Ya don't know how many times those "other" coffee shops have messed up my 4 letter name. I won't even go there..... my order was simple and easy. The wait wasn't very long. But besides the one guy helping no one else really was too helpful. The other staff was too busy with their chatter. I get it. But they kind of needed to pay more attention. Hence why there wasn't a 5 star rating. Great service and many options to choose from. I got a recommendation from the baristas and surprisingly it wasn't a sugary latte. It was a specialty americano which was so good. I like my coffee strong. My daughter got a Matcha Latte which she loved too. It's close to the 15 so you can make a quick stop if you are going somewhere. The coffee shop is big with plenty of room to sit and enjoy your drink. They also have a "take one, leave one" book section which I think is so thoughtful. read more

Coffee wise, I really enjoy the boldness their drinks provide. They are definitely lower on the sweetness level so if you prefer that then this would be a good place for you. If you prefer your lattes a little more sweet then I would just be intentional about adding extra sweetener (whatever your preference may be). Although they have great coffee, I also really enjoy getting their bagels! My standard order is a light toasted sesame with cheese, bacon, egg, avocado, and thick spread for around $8. My only concern is that even though I always put "thick" spread, it usually still varies how much they put on (pictures below- two different times I went, both ordered thick spread but got a varying difference of spread size). They do not charge you extra for it though so it's not that big of a deal! They also sometimes run out of different bagels and toppings throughout the day but the employees are so good about giving you a call to accommodate for the toppings they are out of which I really appreciate. There are not a lot of places in the valley to get good bagel sandwiches so I think Crave's "build a bagel" is a decent option if it is in your budget. For a business who's ultimate priority is coffee, they can still put out some good bagel sandwiches! I definitely recommend giving it a try. read more

Awesome, I prefer purchasing at smaller businesses. I asked if the chai was pre sweetened. The young lady abruptly, shortly and rudely said no. Hmmmmmm. I guess she did not realize my question was leading to a purchase. At 10:08 am today they were not that busy. I don't know if she was having a bad day, felt superior over a lowly gig delivery person( that is retired and does this for fun) or just had her panties in a wad..... First of all the young girl working behind the counter couldn't have been more rude with a bitter face as if it was such a bother that my daughter and took her out of her chatty time from her co worker. These are THE WORST Dirty Chi Latte we have ever had. The were saturated with in thick syrup but the taste was absolutely Gross!! I could have gone back and returned them but unfortunately I was on a tight schedule that day. I will say this my first clue should have been how empty the coffee shop was. Rockin' solid place. Tons of different flavor options for coffees, with a full menu. I particularly like the build your own breakfast sandwich options. They have various bagels to choose from and a lot of different add-ons. Comfortable seating and lots of parking available. I ordered a dirty chai with almond milk for a coworker + a brown sugar latte for myself. The latte was alright, but I could not get past the artificial taste of whatever syrup/flavoring they used. Unfortunately, my coworker could not enjoy the chai, as they used regular milk instead of the requested almond (stomach bubbles... oh no!). I'm not sure if they make them in-house, or what the deal is with them but there's just something unique about them (they feel so soft almost similar to NY bagels??) They could definitely get another star if only they had more black coffee options. Pour over and such. The brewed coffee I had there was not brewed very well. Since I prefer black coffee I only come once in a while for a latte. I would be around more often otherwise. read more

Super cozy and warm atmosphere, fast service. Very kind staff. Food was great, I got a really simple bagel & egg but I wish I got more. I was nervous the toppings on the bagel were going to add up and cost a lot but I did appreciate the "make your own bagel" style!!
