So happy stopped here before my commute home! There build your own bagel was delicious and all the ingredients taste fresh... I LOVED the chili jalapeño bagel. The staff was friendly and willing to change my order midway through making it (I'm telling you the build your own options are GREAT!). It's a cute quaint space that you can read a book in or share a lunch with a friend. If I was from Temecula I'd be going often! read more

I needed caffeine so bad and I literally showed up right at 2PM and they turned their "Open" sign off. I didn't get the two gentlemen's names, but they were kind enough to let me in and make me a drink. True heroes in my book. The shop looks clean and modern. I would definitely give this place a try again when I make it during normal business hours to try other things. Overall customer service was great ! Thanks dudes !! read more

Ordered a caramel latte it tasted gross. Seemed like it had way too much syrup. I asked them to make me a new one and the lady gave me pushback. She wanted to know exactly what was wrong with it. I told her it was too sweet and it didnt taste good. She said ok what do you want me to do? Do you want me to add more milk? I said make me a new one. She said her manager doesn't allow comps. I said ok good bye and I threw the coffee in the trash where it belonged. read more

Coffee was delicious! Tried the Funky Monkey and for all the peanut butter lovers, it's a must try! Also,ordered a iced vanilla latte (you'd think basic) but I absolutely loved it! I will totally recommend you this place. I usually always accommodating to any location I am because either if I am not working in the field, I am in my car, in my office, or great places like this. If you're a student, a business person, or just want to come here to relax, this is the place to take your coffee. They are very courteous and even have books for you to read. I love this place for their Iced raspberry white mocha. I prefer the Corona location the one off Ontario when I'm in that area, if you can go to that one. The vibe is better, friendly, and better consistent drinks. Service isn't always great and my drink don't always taste consistent at this location. The heavy set Caucasian lady with the pony makes a bad drink and always has an unpleasant look and attitude. If I see her working I just leave. The only guy I ever see and the lady with the red bob, she's lovely and they make a great drink every time. read more

Ahhh the local coffee shop right? Ya got the little meetings of the minds. The couple discussing stuff that no one else know except for them. The guy working hard, or at least looking like it, on his lap top and phone. The little cubby of books that are offered to read. All of this and a little more. The ambiance is ahhmazing. Maybe because of the fact they have a huge poster on the wall of my all time favorite singer Ms. JANIS JOPLIN. That made me smile on this chilly Friday morning. They guy that helped me take my order was super sweet. And helpful with what I wanted. I was starving when I walked in and needed to warm up. He was great. They didn't ask my name which was kind of a breath of fresh air. Ya don't know how many times those "other" coffee shops have messed up my 4 letter name. I won't even go there..... my order was simple and easy. The wait wasn't very long. But besides the one guy helping no one else really was too helpful. The other staff was too busy with their chatter. I get it. But they kind of needed to pay more attention. Hence why there wasn't a 5 star rating. Great service and many options to choose from. I got a recommendation from the baristas and surprisingly it wasn't a sugary latte. It was a specialty americano which was so good. I like my coffee strong. My daughter got a Matcha Latte which she loved too. It's close to the 15 so you can make a quick stop if you are going somewhere. The coffee shop is big with plenty of room to sit and enjoy your drink. They also have a "take one, leave one" book section which I think is so thoughtful. read more

after trying many coffee shops in the temecula valley, this spot is quickly becoming a favorite. the employees are always so friendly and welcoming. i let them know i was a first timer and they gladly explained to me all they have to offer. the food was amazing. i got a customizable bagel and it was delicious. i also got a iced vanilla latte and it was probably the best latte ive had in awhile. it's such a cute little hole in the wall coffee shop, but i highly recommend you giving it a chance if you are ever wanting to try something new ! read more

I ordered an iced vanilla latte, just an easy judgment for any new coffee shop. It wasn't revolutionary or anything, just mid and the beans tasted a tiny bit burnt. The matcha is awful, very sweet and the color is all wrong. My pastry was decent, but overall a pricey experience for the quality. Besides that, the staff wasn't very friendly toward me. Build a bagel. Really great bagel. Fresh. It tastes homemade. The only thing is I wish there were sauces or spreads to go on the sandwich. I paid $7 something for this. About the same as Bruggers bagels but they have sauce and avocado on theirs for the same price. I'd like to try the coffee next time :) read more

Coffee wise, I really enjoy the boldness their drinks provide. They are definitely lower on the sweetness level so if you prefer that then this would be a good place for you. If you prefer your lattes a little more sweet then I would just be intentional about adding extra sweetener (whatever your preference may be). Although they have great coffee, I also really enjoy getting their bagels! My standard order is a light toasted sesame with cheese, bacon, egg, avocado, and thick spread for around $8. My only concern is that even though I always put "thick" spread, it usually still varies how much they put on (pictures below- two different times I went, both ordered thick spread but got a varying difference of spread size). They do not charge you extra for it though so it's not that big of a deal! They also sometimes run out of different bagels and toppings throughout the day but the employees are so good about giving you a call to accommodate for the toppings they are out of which I really appreciate. There are not a lot of places in the valley to get good bagel sandwiches so I think Crave's "build a bagel" is a decent option if it is in your budget. For a business who's ultimate priority is coffee, they can still put out some good bagel sandwiches! I definitely recommend giving it a try. read more

My son's favorite mango smoothie is found in Temecula, CRAVE. This hangout makes him feel welcome and obviously comfortable and relaxed. My favorite is the blended Irish cream latte with oat milk at 50% sweetness. Crave baristas know their work, plus not only are they pros but they're also kind ... and did I mention gorgeous? Rockin' solid place. Tons of different flavor options for coffees, with a full menu. I particularly like the build your own breakfast sandwich options. They have various bagels to choose from and a lot of different add-ons. Comfortable seating and lots of parking available. Temecula doesn't have a ton of great to-go coffee & breakfast options, so I'm happy to have Crave in the area. read more

I ordered two Ice Dirty, Chai Latte. First of all the young girl working behind the counter couldn't have been more rude with a bitter face as if it was such a bother that my daughter and took her out of her chatty time from her co worker. These are THE WORST Dirty Chi Latte we have ever had. The were saturated with in thick syrup but the taste was absolutely Gross!! I could have gone back and returned them but unfortunately I was on a tight schedule that day. I will say this my first clue should have been how empty the coffee shop was. I WILL NEVER GO BACK NOR DO I RECOMMEND THIS COFFEE SHOP! We ended up throwing or drinks in the trash!! read more

I came in to pick up a 3rd party order. Didn't have time to make my coffee this am I was jonesing for a hot cup of joe. Luckily I got an order for Crave. Awesome, I prefer purchasing at smaller businesses. I asked if the chai was pre sweetened. The young lady abruptly, shortly and rudely said no. Hmmmmmm. I guess she did not realize my question was leading to a purchase. At 10:08 am today they were not that busy. I don't know if she was having a bad day, felt superior over a lowly gig delivery person( that is retired and does this for fun) or just had her panties in a wad..... I guess I can just purchase elsewhere. Sorry you lost a customer. read more

I was in the area for a meeting and popped into this coffee shop, mostly because of its convenient location (big, easy parking lot, right off the freeway) and because it isn't a Starbucks. I ordered a dirty chai with almond milk for a coworker + a brown sugar latte for myself. The latte was alright, but I could not get past the artificial taste of whatever syrup/flavoring they used. Unfortunately, my coworker could not enjoy the chai, as they used regular milk instead of the requested almond (stomach bubbles... oh no!). Great espresso bevs and the bagels are amazing! I'm not sure if they make them in-house, or what the deal is with them but there's just something unique about them (they feel so soft almost similar to NY bagels??) They could definitely get another star if only they had more black coffee options. Pour over and such. The brewed coffee I had there was not brewed very well. Since I prefer black coffee I only come once in a while for a latte. I would be around more often otherwise. read more

Super cozy and warm atmosphere, fast service. Very kind staff. Food was great, I got a really simple bagel & egg but I wish I got more. I was nervous the toppings on the bagel were going to add up and cost a lot but I did appreciate the "make your own bagel" style!! Drink is more watery than I'd like but it's so sweet so I can't complain. :) Love this place, I'd take a boyfriend here for sure. 10/10 read more

I didn't quite trust the ciabatta roll to have improved but noticed they had added Dutch Crunch rolls to their variety of breads so I chose that. Not at all shocked after the sandwiches started going downhill, it tasted completely gross. That wasn't a Dutch Crunch roll. It was soft, mushy bread and tasted like salt and pepper. The best thing about my order were the bagged kettle chips and they're from Lays. I'll never eat here again. Waste of $16. Go to The Dutch Sandwich Shop if you want a REALLY good sandwich.

I finally had the chance to try Crave Coffee and Tea, and it did not disappoint. The rustic, cozy atmosphere was perfect, and the cool air inside provided a refreshing break from the heat. The barista was friendly and helpful, offering a few suggestions when I asked for drink recommendations. I ended up going with the iced dirty chai, which lived up to the hype--perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness and a rich chai flavor. Plus, I loved the tiny cubed ice! I completed an Instacart order with full communication and professionalism for this coffee shop. Multiple items were out of stock, which was beyond my control, but I made every effort to notify the customer and suggest alternatives. Despite this, the customer (Crave Coffee) reduced their tip and left a misleading review. Good coffee, unfortunately not open after 5pm in Temecula. It's a shame particularly on Fridays & Sat. We are at the business center to catch a movie or a meal between 7pm &8pm but Crave is closed, so no Crave for us. Lots of foot traffic, so seems like a missed opportunity. Hoping that changes as other Crave locations appear to be open until 8pm. read more

Both were decent, but neither really stood out to me. The latte had a nice cinnamon flavor, while the refresher was light and refreshing with a bit of a kick. There are plenty of tables, so finding somewhere to sit wasn't an issue. Most of the outlets were already occupied, though, so I'd keep that in mind if you're specifically coming here to work or study. Despite the size of the space and number of people, it was surprisingly quiet during my visit, which made it a comfortable place to get some work done. Overall, I liked the atmosphere and amount of space, but the drinks were more average for me. I'd come back to try something else, especially if the smoke issue isn't typical.
