Conveniently located right off the 15 Fwy at Rancho California and Ynez Roads with lots of parking (no drive-thru). We dropped in for a caffeine fix before a movie at the AMC and were really impressed. The 'Matcha Green Tea Latte' was perfectly balanced (not too sweet) and the 'Eye Opener' definitely lived up to its name! There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, the place is clean and organized. The service was top-notch; shoutout to 'Tayler' who was super friendly and helped us with the menu. We had a great experience and will definitely be back to try more of their treats.

This coffee spot is very cute and a nice spot for gathering with friends or just doing work on your own. There is free wifi and some tables outdoors as well. Service was very friendly and quick. I ordered an iced matcha latte and it was unfortunately a little too sweet for me. I might come back to try their coffee drinks another time though.

I stepped into a bit of nostalgia and fell in love. Flopping down in an overstuffed chair, chill music playing, working on my laptop, and sipping on my drink. A bit of a change up, I ordered a lemonade since I was already well caffeinated lol. It was so REFRESHING and DELICIOUS. I was sad I couldn't just keep working there all day. Next time I'm in the area, I'm stopping by for a coffee. I gotta know is the coffee as good as the lemonade.

This place is so cutie! The staff are friendly and helpful, the food and pastries were delicious, and so far I've only tried the PSL, which was tasty! Perfect amount of warm autumn spices. I love that their plants have names, and they have cool classic rock art on the walls. Can't wait for my next visit.

I love Crave!! So much better then Starbucks. Way more personable, incredible coffee flavors and the taste of there cold coffees to there roasted hot coffees is a game changer compared to Starbucks. The atmosphere is so cozy. The service is always incredible! This place has such a vibe that makes you want to stay and relax and have a cup of greatness.

First time here! Clean and relaxing ambiance. I got the cheese jalapeño bagel with egg bacon and cheese and a hot vanilla latte. I waited less than 8 mins for my order. Love it here!

The good: I tried a banana steamer and white chocolate peppermint latte in 12 ounces. Service was prompt and drinks were made quickly. There's both indoor and outdoor seating. There's plenty of parking. The outdoor space is pleasant with some open areas for kids to run around. The bad: It was super cold inside. The drinks were too hot. I waited a long time for them to cool down enough to drink. The coffee could've used more peppermint flavor. The pastry compartment didn't look appetizing because everything was wrapped in Saran Wrap as though it was either from the day before or it was transferred there from elsewhere. The interesting: They have a few other locations. They sell gift cards online. They offer catering.

I love discovering unique coffee shops when I travel, and this one definitely had potential. It was very clean and cute, and the Chai Tea Latte was absolutely amazing--one of the best I've had. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the customer service. I stood in the lobby waiting to be acknowledged by one of the two staff members, but neither greeted me, asked if I'd been helped, or even offered a "we'll be right with you." Nothing. Two other customers were already waiting for their orders, and even after they were served, I still received no acknowledgment. I was just about to walk out when I was finally noticed. Mind you, the shop wasn't busy, so there was no clear reason for the delay. What really bothered me was watching the next customer--who happened to be of a different ethnicity than me--walk in and be greeted immediately. I don't want to assume intentions, but the difference in treatment was clear. I felt unseen. And for that reason, I won't be returning. 5 stars for the Chai Tea...1 star for the service!

We want to try something new while we are in this area , and found this comfy place, the crew is very nice to help us since we usually are confused about what to order..... actually our coffee tastes good, one is toffeenut white mocha another is Irish coffee latte , all are different from the usual Starbucks coffee and we sit at a corner with some books , very nice afternoon break

This is a lovely coffee shop with a nice selection of beverages. I do not drink coffee, but there were a few teas to choose from. My husband and my grandpa enjoyed their lattes. Ambiance is quaint and eclectic. It was decorated for Christmas when we stopped in a few weeks ago. Service was also good. I'd come back again.

Everything you want in a coffee shop. You can customize your flavor and the seating is great. Can't beat the relaxed welcoming vibes and the customer service is top notch. They don't hesitate to give you the inside scoop. This is a must try.. Just make sure they warm your pastry a little longer so the middle isn't cold. Overall really a 4.6 But they got the round up. Happy eating!!!

Love the feeling of walking into independent coffee shops! The staff was all so kind and knowledgeable! I was pretty basic this visit and ordered a vanilla latte but it was made perfectly. I was there on a Sunday morning and it was not very busy. They were able to take my order and get me out of there within 5 minutes. I did not try any food but I liked the idea of building a bagel. I'll be back.

Easily one of my new favorite coffee spots in Temecula! Tried it for the first time yesterday, and had to come back today to get the same drink and try another drink for my husband. They made me an iced Irish cream + brown sugar and it was *chefs kiss*. My husband likes rival so I had them make his rival favorite: a "Hannah Banana" which rival no longer makes. He loved it! I'm definitely going to make this a regular spot to visit. It has Bean Coffee vibes (in the original location) where it feels cozy inside, lots of seating, good music in the background, and grassy areas all over outside for my 3 kids to play and run. I came here on a regular weekday to try it out because I've driven past the sign a couple times. I ordered just a classic vanilla iced latte and my sister orders a matcha iced latte, both with oat milk because we have a pretty bad dairy intolerance. The staff was very nice that's why I have the one star. I always appreciate attentive and kind service. The drinks are the main issue. My drink tasted like actual water. I was very confused. The first sip was awful. There was no coffee flavor at all. No sweetness , nothing just absolutely nothing. My sisters matcha was all clumped up at the bottom and clumps of sweetener was just sitting at the bottom. Not too mention she had an issue immediately after a couple sips because it tasted and looked like regular cow milk. She almost threw it up. Just not good. I don't think I would even give it another try. read more

Coffee is delicious. Atmosphere was cute! Food was good, I bought a breakfast croissant sandwich. My only issue was the sandwiches are "build-your own" and each add-on was about a $1 or more. But an egg was $4.50! My Sandwich and coffee totaled out to $15 which is pretty crazy to me. Don't get me wrong, it was delicious! Just not for that price. I would suggest they add on standard sandwiches to their menu that are more affordable. read more

Came in and ordered a matcha she said it was lightly sweetened so I added honey. The drink was insanely over sweetened unfortunately and wanted to do some else instead. So didn't drink the matcha and asked if I could do something else instead and she wanted to charge for an additional drink. I work in service industry and when food isn't eaten and sent back it's comp'ed. Not sure if that's not their policy here or if the barista was offended by me. I wasn't trying to get 2 free drinks just wanted one I would enjoy. Left with a bad taste in my mouth.. read more

I've been coming here for a few months for some amazing iced lattes. I love how many flavors there are, though I usually stick to an iced vanilla latte with oat milk and it taste amazing every time. The drinks are consistently made good. Definitely worth the try if you're in the area. read more

Visited crave for the first time today so I wasn't sure what to get, but the girl at the register taking my order was super helpful & recommended a few different flavors for me. I got the white mocha ice coffee and it is so good! Just a cute little coffee shop with friendly staff and very good coffee. I'm so happy to see that we have other coffee options other than Starbucks!! Definitely would recommend anyone to try Crave coffee! read more

We love trying different coffee shops. We have tried almost every single in Temecula and this is our go-to. It isn't fancy. The interior vibe might not be as great as some of the others but the drinks make up for it. We love their vanilla lattes, iced and hot. Wish we could get larger sizes! read more

I've tried coconut lattes at multiple cafes in Temecula and can confidently say this was my FAVORITE one. A flavored latte with regular milk is $5.15, which I would say is a super competitive price. My mom and I visited the other day for the first time, and the two baristas working at that time were so attentive and helpful, offering a sample of syrup and providing the sugar content of various milks (my mom is pre diabetic). Really nice vibe inside, overall great experience. read more

We've been here twice now since being in the Temecula area & it's a fantastic alternative to the Starbucks around! My first drink was a iced rose latte which tasted like it had a little too much syrup (even for a rose latte lover such as myself) in it to enjoy the notes of the espresso. However this could totally just be a preference, so we went back today & the quick fix was just asking for light syrup in my caramel latte! You can definitely taste the quality of all their ingredients & will be back again! read more

I ordered a latte it was not good. The whole milk should provide a bit of creaminess but it was watery the espresso was very bitter I couldn't even drink it. The muffin I ordered was ok tastes like something you get a Sam's club. I would pass on this place. Their riverside location used to be good so I thought this place would be the same. read more

I've ordered lattes and mochas, hot and iced, here several times now. They're great! This is the best coffee I can find in Temecula on GrubHub. They also called me one time after I placed an order on GrubHub and they did not have the right milk; I appreciated that they called to see what I would like instead. Great coffee (and I am a bit of a coffee connoisseur/snob); this is high-quality and worlds better than Starbucks. It's one of the better local coffee spots in Temecula and I highly recommend it! read more

This is s great coffee shop and it is nestled in a beautiful shopping center thats not a "strip mall". We enjoyed a breakfast bagel & coffee & sat out front in the shade. They have build your bagel menu, coffees, smoothies, teas, etc. A must visit !! read more

Super nice little coffee shop. Found it by relative accident while passing through town. It was my first time there and service was excellent. Place has a great environment to kick back and do some homework, staff is friendly and helpful, and the coffee was great. I had a large iced lavender vainilla latte, and it was delicious! I went with the Vanilla Bean Sea Salt Scone, and it was delicious. They warmed it up for me, and for being gluten-free, it was surprisingly soft, moist, and full of flavor. If you have celiac disease like I do, I would consider this more gluten-friendly than celiac-safe. The gluten-free scones were displayed next to the vegan scones. They weren't touching and were spaced apart, but there is still a possibility of cross-contamination. The staff wore gloves when handling the pastries and seemed to take the proper precautions. They were very upfront about their food handling practices, answered all of my questions, and provided excellent customer service. The café itself was very clean, beautifully designed, and had a welcoming atmosphere. I originally wanted to order the Fruity Pebbles Matcha, which was a limited-time spring drink. Unfortunately, they couldn't make it with oat milk because the Fruity Pebbles mixture was already premade with whole milk. Instead, I ordered the Brown Butter Toffee Latte with oat milk. I got the 12 oz because I wasn't sure I'd finish it, but honestly, I should have ordered the larger size. It was that good. The flavor was rich without being overly sweet, which I really appreciated since I don't usually enjoy overly sugary drinks. My brother ordered the Peach Bellini and added a splash of lemonade. He let me try it, and it was incredibly refreshing. The peach flavor came through nicely without being overpowering, and the balance between the peach puree, black tea, and lemonade was just right. He also ordered a brioche tart topped with raspberries, blackberries, and vanilla custard, which he said was fluffy, flavorful, and delicious. I would definitely come back when I'm in the area for another Brown Butter Toffee Latte and gluten-free scone. Just a little disclaimer from someone who's still pretty new to navigating celiac disease: I'm still learning what works best for me and what risks I'm personally comfortable taking. While I understand there is always a possibility of cross-contamination in a shared facility, I also know that living with celiac and multiple food allergies can feel very limiting at times. For me, seeing a business be transparent, answer questions honestly, and take reasonable precautions helps me make an informed decision. Everyone's comfort level and sensitivity is different, so if you have celiac disease, please use your own judgment and do what feels safest for you.

As soon as I walked inside, the host Dakota was super cordial and got me seated at their outdoor patio beneath sun shades, next to the vineyard and I had a perfect unobstructed view of the jazz performer on stage. After seating, I ordered a glass of their signature Cabernet Sauvignon and the Fromagé plate, which was presented shortly afterwards. The fromagé plate had a variety of cheeses, seedless red grapes, dried apricots, fig preserve spread and additionally a plate of bread... perfect for sharing or not. The saxophone player played contemporary music which was all entertaining as I noshed and sipped vino. Their signature Cabernet Sauvignon was quiet lovely; aroma and depth of flavors was perfect with the fromagé ...love!! After the lunch, a stroll around the grounds to see more vineyards, felt the breeze on a hot day was nice. Inside the gift shop there was so much to peruse through, but some of the stuff will definitely get a giggle out of you. There's an art gallery connected to the main building. I wouldn't call it an art gallery but many walls were dedicated to showcasing local artists work depicting the Temecula Valley lifestyle. In the same room is the wine tasting bar and most of the people inside the art gallery seemed to be more interested in wine tasting than the art lol This was my second time visiting, both times, I had a great first impression and last impression from the ambiance, food and service. Service from the staff members were all courteous, helpful and just wonderful, All was amazing, Cheers!!Recommend

I finally had the chance to try Crave Coffee and Tea, and it did not disappoint. The rustic, cozy atmosphere was perfect, and the cool air inside provided a refreshing break from the heat. The barista was friendly and helpful, offering a few suggestions when I asked for drink recommendations. I ended up going with the iced dirty chai, which lived up to the hype--perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness and a rich chai flavor. Plus, I loved the tiny cubed ice! Overall, I had a great experience at Crave and will definitely stop by again whenever I'm in the area. read more

I completed an Instacart order with full communication and professionalism for this coffee shop. Multiple items were out of stock, which was beyond my control, but I made every effort to notify the customer and suggest alternatives. Despite this, the customer (Crave Coffee) reduced their tip and left a misleading review. I take pride in my work and believe reviews should reflect service quality, not store inventory issues outside a shopper's control. read more

Good coffee, unfortunately not open after 5pm in Temecula. It's a shame particularly on Fridays & Sat. We are at the business center to catch a movie or a meal between 7pm &8pm but Crave is closed, so no Crave for us. Lots of foot traffic, so seems like a missed opportunity. Hoping that changes as other Crave locations appear to be open until 8pm. read more
