The fruit cake came with 4, after tax it was around $50 for the four which was a bit pricey. But I wanted to try so I figured it was worth it. My favorite flavors were the Mango Coconut and the pistachio pomegranate. They had a delicious crunch and flavor. Each of the pastries were crunchy and satisfying to bite into. I also got a few macaroons to try. I got the pistachio and birthday cake. The birthday cake was fine but didn't taste like cake to me, but the pistachio had a delicious strong pistachio flavor. And of course moving on to the beer... the primary motivator to come here. I got the Kölsch beer here called Field Trip. I do love a good Kölsch as they are nice, light bodied beers. And they are especially nice in the summertime. Flavor features in this beer is maltiness, breadiness, a bit of hoppiness and a dry finish. Another beer that Steve and I tried was the INWPA which was a Pale Ale. It was also a nice light bodied beer which again hit the spot despite it being a different drinking session. Flavor characteristics in this beer is citrus, a yeastiness, hoppiness and a biscuity trait. Good beers and sandwiches and we are aiming for a return whenever we are in Spokane again.
