They always have a great selection of donuts--fresh, fluffy, and delicious. We've been a couple of times and consistently had a good experience with the quality of the treats. The owner can come across as a bit socially awkward--not unfriendly, just more neutral than welcoming. It's nothing off-putting, just something we've noticed. That said, it definitely doesn't take away from the experience, and we keep coming back for the excellent donuts! read more

One of my guilty pleasures is apple fritters. I'm almost always disappointed and just don't buy them anymore. If we do want one , our go to place for *never* disappointing doughnuts and fritters are the Top Pot ones here (Seattle). We saw this little Donuts To Go place on North Division In Spokane and love to support small & local when we can. BEST apple fritters - ever! Big, clumpy, golden brown, crispy with apples you can actually taste. Super nice guy and great service. There are several little tables if you want to eat there. TRY them! We arrived for the Apple Pie and the filled peanut butter donuts but both were sold out. Instead of saying they couldn't help us they created 1 of each for us so we could try them. We were so grateful and both were so good. We also got the lemon filled and a traditional with chocolate. The traditional was so tall and fluffy and just delicious. We also love the orange buttermilk. They have a great texture and we appreciate they aren't overly sweet, just nicely balanced. My family was just in Spokane visiting my daughter at Gonzaga for the weekend. I love bakeries, fresh donuts, and pastries and looked for a place to go. I'm a big Top Pot fan and wanted to find something similar to what I find in Seattle. DONUTS TO GO was AWESOME! They have a great selection, and I picked up a dozen with a great variety. The BEST donuts of my LIFE! All the hype about Fluffy's is true...on our first outing we had a glazed, chocolate glazed and an old-fashioned donut. All were excellent. Soft, fluffy, crunchy where it needed to be...absolutely perfect! I'm thankful we don't live too close or we'd be there daily...highly recommend Fluffy's. read more

My wife saw the owners daily Facebook post and shared with me and we were hooked. Thank goodness my daughter attends Gonzaga University #GoZAGS! We visit every time we are in Spokane now. The ambiance is clean, friendly and the owner and I f you are lucky enough his son is there to greet you. The donuts are awesome, pricing a very reasonable. Visit their Facebook page and you will want to find this gem of a donut hole LOL . Seriously when in Spokane you gotta go grab their daily special. First time trying these guys. Great selection and it was nice to not get charged extra for twists, apple pie donut, etc. in our dozen. Pretty sure it was the husband and wife owners that served us. Super friendly and very good! They even gave my gf and I a donut hole each to try while we picked our donuts. These are my favorite donuts in Spokane! Fluffy, sweet, and interesting flavors if you're craving variety and of course all the classic standby's. You can always find the Apple fritter, maple bar, glazed or chocolate donut you seek. But why not try a Blueberry Jelly or a Cherry Fritter? I was happily surprised by a huckleberry raised donut I do not recommend Casual Friday. read more

Moved to Spokane recently and found this place for donuts. They are located on the opposite side of town. But WORTH the drive. I stop beau to get donuts for myself and coworkers. They owner is super friendly and very helpful every time I am there. They didn't have any maple bacon bars. He went out of his way and made one right there for me. Now this is what I call customer service!!! Will be my place to go for donuts no matter how far across town they are. read more

10/10 customer service and 12/10 taste!! Holy moly these donuts melted in our mouths. We got a maple donut filled with buttercream, a maple bar with bacon and an old fashioned donut. These are the best gd donuts I've ever had. Seriously. Imagine the best and fluffiest pillow you've ever laid your head on. A cloud sent down from the sky. Now imagine that in donut form, with the bestest flavor. I've never had a donut better than Krispy Kreme and I know you're probably thinking "that's low standards" but hear me out. I love the fluffy moist aspect of Krispy Kreme and have never had a donut like that aside from them. This store doubles that taste, maybe even triples it. They're moist, not crumbly, not thick doughy and fatty, but amazing wonderful donuts sent from the gods above. Not to mention the guy working up front was in the best spirits and quickly got through the long line in front of me. For as long as I live here, you best believe I won't be visiting any other donut stores. AMAZING. read more

I shared my disappointment at the counter, and the solution was to add a few pre-cut fondant pieces on the spot. I reached out to management afterward, hoping for some understanding or resolution, and was told: "I do not find that we made any missteps in providing a custom, hand crafted cake which aligns with the theme." and "hope you enjoyed the cake over all, as it was very well done". However I completely disagree. So I'm genuinely asking... are my expectations too high for a $170 custom cake? Because this felt like a pretty big miss.
