I purchased a phone mount and the traffic lens for my MINI. They arrived and work just fine. That's not why I'm writing this review, though. I bought those products 7 years ago. After 7 years of regular use, a plastic piece on the phone mount broke. I emailed them about their lifetime warranty last week and no questions asked they put a replacement in the mail that day. Unlike cheap accessaries we often find online market place, their product is sturdy and designed specific for the C43. CUSTOMER SERVICE They know what they sell in and out. I once contacted them about an issue I was having. They emailed me right back with solutions. Excellent customer service. I ordered a replacement antenna for my car from Cravenspeed and thus far everything is has been great. The replacement, called "Stubby" is a little shorter than the stock antenna, but deinitely sturdier. It was the cheapest and highest rated replacent antenna I could find. Ordering from them is easy - you can login using your Amazon account which is cool and saves time of entering all your info and once placed I got it in a week - it shipped USPS first class. When it arrived, the packaging was simple along with the instructions (which is posted on the page you order it in), Installing it was easy too. Though I haven't had to contact them for support they literally say on the order confirmation email "If you need ANYTHING, give us a chance to make it happen." So that's reassuring. I was recently issued a warning for running no front license plate on my 2007 BMW Z4 M Coupe, I purchased a Platypus mount because I have owned a couple Stubby antennas and never been disappointed by their simplicity and quality. Unfortunately only the base model of my car was listed on the site and the front bumper is shorter than the M model which I wasn't aware of; admittedly I was a bit frustrated when I first attempted installation. I e-mailed CravenSpeed's CS and they promptly sent me an extended stud with a return label for the first. The new stud fit perfectly, and I couldn't have asked for more from them. The antenna on the roof of my 2008 Chrysler 300 was finally destroyed by my local car wash. The guys at CS are amazing and they stand by their products. I purchased one of their very first short shifters for the R53 way back in like 2007ish, might have been 2006. Well I still own that r53. Just recently there was a little rubber grommet that sits on a finishing plate just underneath the metal decorative plate. That little rubber grommet disintegrated causing the spring and the plate to bounce around under the decorative plate. I called CS and sent them a photo. Without hesitation they sent me a replacement rubber grommet and spring. So incredibly awesome! And now it's fixed again for another 13 years of motoring!! read more

Wow - this company has excellent customer service! I ordered a phone holder specifically for my Mini Cooper. I received it promptly 2-day shipping which I paid for and installed it in my Mini. Unfortunately I received one of their parts that they no longer use and it broke after two days. I emailed Thom at CravenSpeed and heard back immediately from him that a replacement part was already on its way to me with his apologies that I had received one of the old parts. He assured me the new part would also be covered with a lifetime warranty.
