You can see the hot light on the right side. They said they would aim them correctly.

I bought their led lights which cost $225.00 installed. I asked if they adjust the lights the sales guys said yes. I took this as it well be done with a hand shake and paid the $225.00. When I took the car out that night neither headlights were aimed correctly. When I opened the hood to look at the light installed I was shocked to see neither light was clipped in and were only held in by the dust covers. I took pictures of this work and the un aimed lights. I should the manager these pictures which acknowledged the lights weren't aimed. I showed him the clips weren't locked in and asked for my money back. I went on line and founded the same lights for $89.99 a set. Of course they wanted to make it right but after finding a better LED light GTR 2nd generation LED light with a better denser pattern and only $239.00 with a lifetime warranty too. Wouldn't do business with this place again. They don't give the service they say they're going to do.

Just had the HID lights installed on my 2006 Jeep Liberty 4x4 on Saturday. I am a repeat customer this is the 3rd vehicle they have installed light on for me. They did let me know that for the turn signal lights that there was water in the lighted area and they could remove the moisture or replace the units. I went with their recommendation and had them order the replacements $80.00 for both or it would have been $50.00 to suck the moisture out. Just made sense to replace. I highly recommend them for any lighting issues you may have. Nothing but praise from me!!! Thinking about having additional lights installed.....

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! These people are con artists and will leave you worst off than you were. I had to drive from my home in Vancouver to Foster, where they're located, 3 times. Brought it in for them to fix my headlights. A few days later, they started flickering, so I brought it back. They switched out the bulbs and put in new ones. Within another week, they went out again. So I brought it back a third time. The guy I talked to said it wasn't the lights themselves, it was the ballast, which was not included in my warranty, as they had not originally touched the ballasts. They were quoting me almost $400 to have the ballasts replaced. I didn't have them fix it because I wanted to see if I could have it done somewhere else. I left frustrated, and without my headlights working. I went to get a second opinion at Dick Hannah Acura. Not only did HID Systems cost me a bunch of money out of Pocket for an issue they caused, but on their paperwork, they wrote that they put in OEM bulbs, and they're not even OEM!!!! They roasted my igniters in both of my headlight housings with their knock off bulbs. I wasted so much time, gas, and especially money dealing with these imbeciles. And they continue to not apologize or take Blame for the predicament they left me in.

Over the past 7 years I've had the pleasure of doing business with the guys at HID systems, I've been nothing but impressed with their work and grateful for their contribution to me seeing better on the roads. Because of that, I've trusted them with multiple family & friends cars and have never been disappointed. For that, I would recommend anybody who's looking for quality work in ensuring you can see out on the road. You're in good hands with the guys at HID Systems.

I originally called the shop where I bought my aftermarket LEDs about 10 years ago, but they quoted me $300 to replace them. That felt pretty steep, especially since a big chunk of that was just labor. From the research I'd done, I knew the technology had come a long way and that swapping them out shouldn't be much more complicated than changing a standard bulb these days. Luckily, I stopped by the AutoZone on 82nd in Happy Valley. Bryon, the Parts Manager, was awesome. He walked me through my options and even assured me I'd get the same or better performance than my old LEDs. What I really appreciated was that he insisted on installing them for me right there. It turns out Bryon used to be a Service Advisor at Oregon City Subaru, so he definitely knew his way around my Impreza. While I probably could have figured it out eventually, Bryon saved me a ton of time and hassle by handling the install himself. If you're in the area and need someone who knows their stuff, definitely go see Bryon.

Hybrid's have a battery in the trunk, but almost intentional to make DIY extra tough getting the bracket off in a tiny, dark space. Will try myself to put the second bolt in later. I would have not been able to get the difficult bolt out without returning home 4 miles away had he not been there and it was obviously new to him as well. But, they do install when others won't and most other installs are probably a breeze. Also, this is a bigger store with more inventory and more workers.

But I had no idea how much money can be saved by scavenging for auto parts here. First of all, I should let you know I have absolutely zero knowledge about car maintenance and repair. What I do know is that car parts, especially from the dealership, are astronomically priced. "You want to charge me how much for this piece of plastic trim that goes around the windshield? You've got to be kidding me!" I recently bought an older subaru for driving my dirty and wet pug back and forth from the river. I wanted to fix a few things that either didn't work, or were cosmetically impaired. Specifically, I was looking for the lid to the sunglass holder in the roof, some plastic flashing for the windshield, speaker covers for the doors in the backseat, and the electric switches for the window control on the driver's door in the same make/model/year Subaru I'd just purchased. It was a tall order, but would you believe me if I told you I found everything I needed for less than $35? Talk about one-stop shopping! It's so difficult to determine how many stars to award this experience. Yes, I found everything I needed for a bargain. However, this has to be one of the most intimidating, uncomfortable, overwhelming places I've ever been. There is a long line to enter the facility as everyone checks in with staff electronically, has a photo taken, and signs a waiver. There are rows and rows of old, rusty cars sitting up on blocks, as far as you can see, and I'm sure the insurance liability is a nightmare. I can only imagine how many injuries occur in this place each year. While vehicles are organized in lots by make and model, it takes a lot of exploration to find exactly what you're looking for. Many of the cars are picked over, having been stripped of the most popular parts and accessories. Not everyone is as lucky as I was my first time out. There's really no customer service to speak of. There is apparently an inventory, and the staff at the front desk are able to look up specific makes and models, but none of the cars I was directed to were where they said they'd be. So I found aimlessly strolling through the rows and rows of cars to be the best way to find what I was looking for. If you're up for an adventure, looking to save a few dollars, and don't mind spending a few hours with some folks who are definitely a little rough around the edges, Pick-n-Pull is just the place you want to be.

Bottom Line: Advanced Auto Parts does NOT have a real-time inventory system and they intentionally say they have a product in the store when they really have NO clue. NONE. Before you ever buy online it is best to call a store and ask them to confirm it is in stock otherwise you will waste hours and hours of your day and come away empty handed and then have to deal with refund BS.
