Update my original review again. Downgrading the review to 1 star from 4 stars. This guy has no integrity and not doing things professionally. Avoid him! I must admit I was wrong about this guy again. He talked me into paying him before going up the roof to exam. Then he is gone. Here is the full story. 1. he said he has done the work 2. I check and find there is dirt around the house. The dirt is from what he washed off the gutter. 3. I call him and he came back to fix it. He came back only because I have not paid him yet! 4. I paid him. Later, when I go up the roof. I discovered that he left a bunch of leaves on the roof. A thick layer of dirt in the gutter. And he washed part of the dirt off to the underground drain. The dirt will block the underground drain pipe. Before I wrote this update, I sent SMS and email with the photo of the problems. No response. Update my original review. Upgrading from 2 stars to 4 stars Sean followed up with me afterwards. I am satisfied with the way he handled the situation. I hired him to do the gutter cleaning. Original review This business did not follow up with quote. I got a call after asking for quote on Nov 4th. Everything looked good at that time. We negotiated a $100 gutter cleaning over the phone for my house. We did not decide on the time of the service on the call. He did sent me SMS message and email. I followed up with SMS message and email later that day. Sean (he used this name in message) or Shawn (the name on Yelp) never called back or reply my SMS message. Shawn came to my rescue to clean the windows in our solarium before a big family gathering. I am amazed by the transformation of my beautiful sunroom. I can actually clearly see the outside rather than having a cloudy view of my beautiful backyard. He single-handedly took on this project and got the job done to his high standards. His professionalism and dedication really showed through. The windows AND the frames all look fabulous. He was super responsive during the query phase and made it easy to book time. If there was a way to give Shawn and Cravin-Clean Windows and Gutter a zero star, I would do it. I work for a Facility Maintenance company and had the unfortunate experience of having Shawn clean the windows of one of my clients. While Shawn was on site, doing the work he dropped a squeegee on a customer's laptop and broke it. The customer contacted a lawyer, and is demanding repayment-rightfully so. When we tried to contact Shawn to take financial responsibility, he stopped answering our calls, and stopped responding to our requests that he pay for the customer's laptop. He refuses to take financial responsibility for something that he broke. It is ridiculous. DO NOT USE THIS GUY!! He has no integrity, is incredibly unprofessional. When you make a mistake you own it-take responsibility for it and move on. Shawn has done none of this. read more

They were here on time, the estimate they gave me was fair, and easy to understand. I had concerns about the clay tile roofing being damaged by work they would be doing, and Mike patiently explained to me the procedure for working safely on this type of roof without causing damage. He also told me the benefits of the techniques, and how it makes them the best! Not only in San Jose but the entire bay area. Its easy see his decade plus of experience on the job has made him a highly skilled expert. I was shocked to see the windows and gutters look so amazing! After they finished I was sent a short video that showed before and after pics that was really cool. I had no doubt that I got what I paid for and even a bit extra. I order this window cleaning company because we had a huge party from last weekend and someone threw up on the glasses. It was pretty gross. I called Cravin and they literally cleaned the entire window so clean. My boss totally didn't know about the accident this Monday when arrived. He is a responsible go-getter! I got an instant reply to my message about the work he does, he came promptly to evaluate what we needed and gave us the quote. When we accepted, he set a time to do the work and when he was delayed by less than half an hour we were contacted so he could inform us. When he arrived it was right to work! We hired Shawn for gutter cleaning. He told us that he would do it very carefully and took about 1.5-2 hours. However, it only took him about 30-40 minutes. He left a messy after the gutter cleaning. We found dirt on the walls and ground. It took us about 1.5 hours to clean the walls and ground. During cleaning, we found one broken tile on the lawn and one broken tile near the garbage bin. When we did roof inspection about one week later, we were told that there are debris in the gutter that needs to be cleaned. read more

I needed windows cleaning and Shawn showed up to do the work. Shawn was very receptive when I highlighted areas that needed minor touches as he went about his business. You can tell he cares about the quality of his work since he did it with passion. He was also singing while working which was cool. The next day and when the sun was setting, I noticed areas that needed minor touch ups. I used cravin clean for a gutter cleaning job and have to say was very impressed by the Shawn throughout the entire process - from the getting the quote, scheduling the job and the most important part - the quality of the job. The entire process was smooth and would definitely work with him again. I requested a quote on yelp, Shawn was the first to respond and the quote he gave was competitive. He was the only one to call me and explain the process. I scheduled the job a few days later and again he was quick to respond to my messages. He came in on the scheduled day quickly started the job, went the extra mile hosed off the debris from the gutters after cleaning then and even nailed one of the gutters that had come loose.
