It wasn't amazing, everything just tasted like it was being heated up again. I had high expectations, since seeing lots of great reviews. Would I go back? No I wouldn't, this place is pricy. I would rather go to boiling crawfish. ALSO we were never told we would be CHARGED 15% on our bill for a party of five. 4 adults and a toddler. Two separate checks and both charged 15% each. ABOUT $8 per check. Now that's a little extreme for me. That being said our bill came up to $58 for 1/2 lb combo $39, steamed rice $1.49 and sweet potato fries $5.99 + 15%!!! Omg!!! So freaking good!!! I got the 1/2 lb combo with House Special sauce (Spicy version). This place is VERY VERY good! I was a little suspicious because the building is not run down by any means but they are in the process of fixing their door. It looked like the glass was broken. The food was on point! As far as service goes, they were very attentive and polite. I let the gentleman know I had never been there before so he took the time and walked me through the menu . There were two girls that came in who treated the staff member (who was a complete sweet heart btw) like sh*t. First they didn't seem like they could afford their meal by the discussion they were having over the prices, were very demanding, and demeaning to their waiter. I was so disgusted! These people have no regard for other's feelings. Words of advice: if you can't afford to eat out DON'T, treat others how you would like to be treated, be kind we have all gone through struggles during COVID especially these small businesses. Been to four places so far that serve by the pound and you pick your favorite seafood and sauce, and this place is now #1 in my book for Washington. Being from socal, there are tons of places like this (my favorite being Claws from Cerritos, Ca, still #1 overall. But, let's focus on Washington.) We ordered 2lbs of shrimp, 1x lobster tail, and 3x corn with their House sauce, mild. I give it a 8/10. Definitely recommend, but admittedly, out of probably 20 or so pieces of shrimp, they were mostly difficult to peel, a few of which were some old shrimp. (As you most likely already know, old mushy shrimp is pretty gross. Fortunately, no more than 4 pcs were that way, although mathematically that is approximately 20% of the batch...) The lobster tail was great, as was the corn. The sauce was fantastic, but I gotta warn you, the mild level is also pretty spicy. It's possible they made a mistake and gave use the next spicy level up, but mild was a bit more than my wife could handle. Looking forward to coming back. Hopefully we'll get slightly more "peelable" and less old shrimp. The staff was nice and cool to chat with. read more

This new place is my new place! Food was sooo bomb. I got the 1/2 combo which came with a lot of food And I also added a pound of bluecrab (the first place I know of that sells them) The flavor was there and unique. The spice wasn't as spicy so I'll get extra spicy next time. Also I would just say the shrimp was a bit dry which made it hard to peel. My favorite hands down is the crawfish. Customer service is horrible! We ordered 170$ worth of food. When we arrive to pick up our order we were given one bag. It seemed a little small for how much we ordered so I asked the cashier to double check if this was our order. She seemed annoyed looked in the bag checked the name on the receipt and told me yes that's what you ordered. So I left I got home to find out that 70% of our food was missing. Over the last year we have been there roughly 1-3 times a month and the last few times wasn't as good. The shrimp wasn't all fresh but some was still good so we didn't complain and kept going because it has been hit or miss but this last time we went it was awful. The shrimp was all mushy and not edible at all, I called and they wanted me to bring it back, I live 25 mins away and I'm in the middle of dinner because the rest of the food was fine and I even told them that it was just 1 bag of shrimp that was bad. They wouldn't issue a refund unless I brought it back. It's fine, idc about the money but I think it's ridiculous that they won't even try to make it up and acted like it was my fault. We won't be returning and neither will my friends because they wasn't impressed with the way the lady on the phone took care of the situation. I can understand business is difficult but you guys really need to understand that when you push out bad or old seafood people can get sick and I hope they will figure it out soon. But the food, I'm used to deveined shrimp lemony, drippy sauce in my boils, this was thick and looked dry after a few bites. The egg was good in the boil.
