I have been to Craving Gyros two times total, and both the times I have had good food and service. On my first visit, I had their Gyros sandwich and fries, and in my recent visit, I had their gyro burger and jalapeños cheddar poppers. Upon entering the restaurant, I checked out their menu on the wall above the ordering counter. I was craving a burger but was also in the mood to have a gyro. My eyes fell upon their gyros burger ($6.99). It came on a toasted brioche bun with a beef patty, gyro meat, lettuce, tomato, carmelized onions, and tzatziki sauce. This was the perfect item I could have ordered on this visit. I love a good gyros burger. I have had it a few times before elsewhere. I also ordered cheesy garlic bread, jalapeños cheddar poppers, and a fountain drink. The food came out shortly after ordering. My burger looked so good that I could hardly wait to dig in. The cheesy garlic bread was placed together, looking like a sandwich instead of cut-up flat pieces of bread. It was good in taste. The jalapeño cheddar poppers were hot and fresh. My very first bite of the gyros burger was full of flavor. I tasted everything that was in the burger. The gyro meat and the beef patty were flavorful and cooked properly. The tzatziki sauce added a nice touch to the flavor of the burger. The brioche bun was soft and toasted just the right way. Overall, I had a good experience again, just like I did on my first visit. The service was good, the prices were reasonable, the restaurant was clean and inviting. The restaurant is located at a busy intersection. Their parking is adjacent to the building that houses the restaurant and one or two other shops. Check out Craving Gyros if you haven't before. It is definitely worth a visit and more. Ordered Craving Gyros through a food delivery service due to the positive reviews. However, we thought the food was just okay. We ordered a couple burgers and those were very good. Definitely a must get from here. However the gyros were very greasy and too salty. The tzatziki sauce was also salty and spicy(?) which threw me off since I was hoping it would have tempered the overly salty gyro meat. We also got a bunch of appetizers. Best were the cheese curds. However the plain fries and curly fries were terrible. Chewy and dry. Not sure how fries can be both chewy and dry, but they were really just bad. Fried mushrooms were decent but the ranch was inedible. Luckily I was home and I could use my own ranch (which is nothing fancy, but 100x's better). Maybe it's an off night, but between the good and the bad, this is probably a 2.5 star experience for us - rounded up to 3. read more

Some of the best gyros we have had in a long long time. We carried out from this place. And it happens to be a mile away from our home. The food was really good and we have been back multiple times. There is always someone to help you. The restaurant happens to be very big. From the outside you think it's a little corner but once inside you realize it's two restaurants or spaces so there is plenty of room. Well I am confused if I didnt know what to order here bcz being a vegetarian, I didnt see much options for me. I ordered a veggie pita but there wasnt any protein source just plain lettuce tomatoes and jalapeños with taziki sauce. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill at craving gyros. I've had two poor experiences lately. The most recent was last week. I placed an online order the other night and got to the restaurant for pickup right as the app told me my order was ready. I told the lady at the counter that I was there for a pickup and was greeted with panic stares as she looked at a tablet only to tell me that she forgot to put the order in. The man working the grill came over and looked annoyed with her and asked if I was okay waiting another 15-20 min for my order. I wasn't, but we were hungry and figured that we were there already, so we waited. The order was out in just about 15 min, so that was good. The lady working the front seemed to be intoxicated and very erratic. She had messed up several orders based on customers reactions as they came to get their food. The man working the grill didn't wear gloves when touching food ready to eat (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc.) and never washed his hands after touching the tablet or pens, etc. One customer's order was ready while I waited and the lady at the front, handling money, credit cards, the phone and tablet grabbed the cooked fries (with bare unwashed hands) from the top of the sleeve (touching all the fries) and dropped them in the bag. Both of these things were thoroughly unsanitary and gross. I won't be going back as a result of this and the fact that the food was only ok this time around. I had chicken kabobs with rice and potatoes. The chicken was ok, the rice was bland and the potatoes tasted old. I believe they increased prices as well. These things are all signs of a problem that I hope they resolve. I used to like this place. read more

Very friendly staff, lots of menu options including a lent menu. Food was amazing! I got the gyro sandwich one day and had the shrimp and chips the next. The food has been consistently very good even though it is slightly different from when the owners that I liked were there.
