Went here once & got an horchata shake! It was really sweet for my taste but hey, it's literally ice cream. Only took off a star because I came with a friend, we ordered at the same time, but I got my drink about 15 minutes after hers was ready. Other than that, it's a great spot & I love the options! I order the lemonade because they advertised it with the chamoy rim and tajin. When I received the cup it didn't have it on the cup and I asked the individual why it didn't have it. They responded with "we just made a fresh batch of chamoy so it's to hot to put on the cup" and then walked away from me. Had a *craving* for ice cream this weekend and decided to turn to Yelp to find a new ice cream spot. The parking is a bit awkward here but I was able to find one of the last parking spaces near the side of the small strip mall. Cravings has a good menu (lots of different flavors) and options for milkshakes, bubble waffle cones, taco waffles & waffle bites. The customer service was okay BUT my order took forever and they messed up my order by giving me (and most likely charging me) for the bubble waffle cone when I asked for two cups. It was also odd to see so many employees walking in and outside of the place while one woman worked. Another downside are the prices. WITH the discount you get from checking in on Yelp, I paid $14 for two double scoop cups (one with brownies). Since they put our ice cream in the cone, there was barely any of the second flavor I ordered. Definitely overpaid for this ice cream. As far as the flavors go, they tasted good. But again, I feel like I barely had any of the birthday cake flavor because it was melting beneath the cookie monster ice cream. Sigh.
