They serve large portions good for a few people or make small meals to take to work. Prices for some dishes are higher than others in comparison to places like Cooking Girl. Since I DoorDash and live near two of their locations, the food is always delivered hot and packaged well in takeout plastic containers for the main entree. A much more professional response would have been, "I'm sorry about that. We'll replace it." That would have been the end of the matter.
