This place is horrible. We were placed to sit outside which is fine. I went to sit in my chair and the chair is so flimsy and I fell backwards. All was caught on camera. I only had the manager come to me when I ask for one instead of providing me with their presents once I fell. They did offer to call me an ambulance but I didnt feel that I needed one at the time. But now I feel sore from falling that Im going to the ER after this. No one even came to see if I was ok. The best part is that it was all caught on camera. As I was eating my crawfish I found this huge piece of hair. I was so disgusted. My husband called the heights location by accident. He said he would take care of the situation if no manager was there. We called the actual location and they didn't have a manager on duty nor did they care about it. So my husband called the heights manager back and, he collected all of our information, but we never received a follow up. On top of this disgusting hair. The crawfish were very small and grayish black. They were very old and salty. I also got crawfish bread and it was basic and salty. I was reluctant to eat here considering some of the other reviews. The first time I ate here it was delicious. I almost thought I had found something comparable to crawfish and noodles (a Michelins star restaurant that specializes in viet-cajun). It's expensive but they are consistently outstanding. That being said I will it be heading back to crawfish cafe. So many people hype this establishment up on social media and it's just hype. We wanted to try a new place this evening, we went home hungry. We order crawfish egg rolls for an appetizer, they tasted like grease. I ordered blackened shrimp tacos which also came with Cajun fried rice- the shrimp were not blackened, the pico on top tasted bad, and the Cajun fried rice tasted like soy sauce with sausage. My husband ordered gumbo which never arrived, so 15 minutes after my food arrived we called our waiter over cancelled my husbands food, sent mine back (I had taken two bites of my taco and two bites of my rice) because it was horrible and we asked for our check. Service was terrible to boot. We won't be back. Just FYI we LOVE crawfish but we didn't try any because it was $9.99lb which is way too expensive for crawfish right now! read more

Wow! Amazing food and flavors from a crawfish restaurant. I Especially like the signature mix. The portions as well for our entree was a good amount and I had to share with my girlfriend. I measure every Cajun restaurant by the quality of its gumbo. I got there at 11:30 in the morning and was told they were out. Disappointed. Bad planning. Got red beans and rice instead and they were quite good, very well seasoned. I also ordered the Cajun calamari. It was good but mine was cold. The service was not great. I had to ask for silverware and they brought me the to go cutlery. Also they brought me the bowl of red beans when I ordered the cup. The wait staff was training so I will give them some grace. She's incredibly friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and super knowledgeable about the menu (she even helped us pick the perfect spice level -- lifesaver!). Today I went to Crawfish Cafe and ordered Crab Cluster, boiled crawfish and boiled shrimp. The crawfish and shrimp were delicious but for $28 I feel I was robbed. This was too small for a small Styrofoam plate. The crab cluster was ,$28, not the entire order. We have been to the crawfish Café three times since it opened a month ago. The first time was chaos because they had just opened, but the food was good and they had margaritas, beer and wine. The second time was on a Friday around dinner time and you couldn't get even even get in the door it was so crowded. I did inquire if they had beer and wine and the manager said no that the order never came in and most likely it was delivered to the wrong place... so we left disappointed since we like to have a beer or some wine with dinner. The third time we went was March 3rd, I was so excited! We were waited on promptly, sat immediately , had a nice server Named (Cameron?) and he continued to check on us throughout the meal..,always with a smile. I ordered a pound of crawfish and a cluster of crab claws. My husband ordered fried oysters and shrimp and delicious French fries!! The only problem when the waiter came by we asked what kind of adult drinks they had... the alcoholic type. They had no beer, no margaritas, no white wine .... they did have red wine And we were very disappointed.We do like to have a drink with our dinner, again I asked the manager, and she said that the delivery of alcohol had gone to another one of their businesses and we were very disappointed ...so c'est la vie Overall the food was excellent. The crawfish were quite tasty , a good size and seasoning was tasty... The crab claws were delicious... cooked to perfection... on the other hand...My husband had fried shrimp and oysters. He said the fried oysters were delicious but he did not care for the Cajun spicy on the shrimp. We did talk with the manager about food timing. My husband's food came out 10 minutes before mine so there was a timing problem with the kitchen. Food wise I would give it a four star, service wise, I would give it a 3 1/2 star and I hope they continue to improve. It's a great addition to Pearland... clean good parking,, Good food. My recommendation is that you go early if you want to get a good seat and not have to wait. I also would suggest thy initiate call ahead seating which they do not have right now. Today was my last time eating from this place. We ordered 5lbs of crawfish, 2lbs of crab and some other seafood items. The boiled seafood was very salty, so salty that it was not edible. There was no Cajun spices, just the taste of pure salt. Due to us living a good ways from the restaurant we threw the items in the trash. The restaurant text us for a review a couple of hours later, and we gave our honest review. They requested for us to drive back to pearland with the food in order for them to remake it. I'm sure my order wasn't the only order that took a bath in salt today. Somebody else definitely complained.
