This is my first time here and I noticed that the place was busy on Sunday so my expectoration were pretty high. I came in with my family and we were seated pretty quickly. Note that it's 14.99 for adults all day on Sundays. I did notice that the place was not the cleanest with sticky floors and seats. The food was ok at the best. I had various things such as orange chicken, noodles and the seafood. Nothing particularly stood out and some of the food seemed to be left out for a while. I think the food should be rotated frequently so it doesn't become a Heath hazard. I had mixed feelings about the service. It was pretty fast service but one server was just up right rude and gave us the check to pay when we weren't even done eating yet. However, there was a really nice server too but she didn't come around too often to check up on us. This place left a bad taste in my mouth but hopefully it was just the day that I came in. The price: 5 Stars! The food: 3.5 or 4 Stars! The odd employees that stand around and watch you eat: SERIOUSLY? I was a little hesitant to eat at a buffet during COVID, but I was surprised to see all of the new procedures they put in place. Anyone that complains about using disposable dinnerware during a pandemic really needs to check themselves. I'd MUCH rather eat on paper than to possibly get a poorly washed dish and die.... They also supplied gloves for touching handles. (Although I didn't see everyone using them.) MOST of the food was good. Decent at least. The crawfish was definitely the best. Perfectly seasoned, juicy, and always hot. I think we got up 3 times for a full plate of just crawfish. The crab legs, which is why most ppl come here, we're barely edible. Sooooo small that there was no point in struggling to open legs without a cracker. Just use your fork to eat that top part and throw it away. The sushi was all warm, which is a NO-NO for raw fish. And the Sweet & Sour, Orange, and General Tso chicken all had that weird stringy texture we know from those hole in the wall joints. We pretty much stuck to crawfish, baked seafood, soup, and fries. With as much as we ate, it was still a good deal. About $16/person on a Friday night. The only thing that REALLY bothered me was that the employees will sit there and watch you eat. I'm familiar with the culture and I know that waste is somewhat offensive, but geez. It's a buffet!!!!! E we reserve the right to try stuff and not like it. We were both uncomfortable the whole meal. 6/8/2024-My family and I visited the restaurant. We spent $100, and the food was good. However, when it was time to leave we had no tip because we had no cash on us. The lady with short hair attending the right side of the restaurant was very upset and started to show rudeness to us and my grandaughter. First, the price should include drinks and a child should not be charged the same amount as an adult for a drink. Children's prices should be standard based off of age - period. Second, this restaurant has signs discouraging waste which is great, but in my experience on a Friday evening around 6:30 pm, I tried the salt and peeper chicken, it was completely cold, I tried salt and pepper shrimp, also cold and lacked seasoning , my brother in law tried general Tao's chicken and reported it to be cold, crab Rangoon was not fresh. Let me start by saying I'm not a big fan of Chinese buffet restaurants. The food at Crazy Buffet is an example of why I feel that way. It's a fairly large restaurant in Orlando that caters mostly to the locals, away from all the tourist attractions. Seating is divided into smaller spaces, suitable for groups. Although it was relatively clean, it looks like the decor could use some updating and minor repairs. The food. Hmmm. They had the usual buffet stations which included sushi, salads, soups, seafood, a few dim sum items, and hot foods. They also had cooked-to-order stir-fry and ramen stations where you choose your ingredients and they cook it for you. The dishes were neither creative nor original, although it was the first time I've seen (fried) frog's legs in a buffet. I found most of the food to be overcooked and salty. I was drinking lots of liquids and I don't think it was from the 40C temperature in Orlando! MSG? Cooked veggies were soggy instead of crispy. Fried or roasted meats were dry. My companions said the ramen broth was tasteless. They liked the freshly shucked oysters but they only opened a few at a time and then walked away. If I had to choose a favourite dish, it would be the fried crabs, even though most of it was overcooked. There was one thing I haven't seen at a buffet restaurant before, anywhere, each chef-attended station (sushi, stir-fry, ramen, oysters) had a tip jar. Read the reviews on Yelp, don't ignore them like we did thinking it'd be OK! They tell the true tale. Let me take you through my visit part by part. 1. Entrance. This place is rediculously large. There's basically an atrium entrance that's completely tacky as hell. Huge chandelier up top and a pond with stairs over. Sound nice? Well, there are huge typed signs hung everywhere: don't climb. The stairs over the pond have trees on them so you don't cross over it. There are half dozen tacky arcade fans and claw machines and candy dispensers all with gigantic warnings not to bug management about them as they're play at your own risk. Makes the place so tacky. Seriously this entrance atrium is bigger than the seating area. 2. There's a large sushi area that initially looks good, but sushi was sadly all limp, tasted the same, and just wasn't the right temperature. The cold ones weren't quite cold enough and the tempura ones weren't hot. I'd planned to eat a lot, but after one plate I stopped. 3. Food. Tons of variety, but again, major temperature issues. I was there at 5pm, food was coming out, but just not hot. The sweet and sour chicken was partly ice cold in the middle, simply chilly in others. Very few other dishes passed the test of even being warm. 4. Hibachi was good, finally hot food. 5. Didn't try the Pho. I couldn't figure out what to do as the signs said to give fresh food to a cook and fill soup behind me. Well, behind me was all kinds of soup, but not really Pho broth. I guess I could've dumped it in Wonton broth, but I didn't bother to. 6. Bathrooms. They were OK, but there were just buckets and hoses hanging out under the sink in the men's room. I guess they just spray the bathroom down at night. The water spots all over the tops of the mirrors 8 feet up that never got wiped down led me to believe this to be the case. 7. Price. They have a large koy pond in the front of the restaurant, however, one of them had conveniently died right in the front, and had yet to be taken care of. Imagine having your kid telling you "look, one of them is dead." Cons outweighed the Pros, the actual taste of the buffet missed the mark for me at this location. They had plenty of food, but it was either cold or did not taste very good. little to no seasoning, more so it had just been prepared and put out for however long. The bathrooms were not cleaned, and there was water everywhere, one of my biggest eww moments is when bathroom water is everywhere I'm a huge germaphobe in bathrooms. The pricing was also steeps, KIDS DO NOT EAT FREE, they literally have a wall, with heights on it, if your child is a certain height they pay a certain price, imagine having an abnormally tall 3-4 year old like myself, he was literally an inch away from having to pay the price of an adult, despite him not eating nearly as much as an actual adult. I mean, the food wasn't bad. I saw reviews that stated that the food was average, which is what I expected and got upon arrival. The waitress stayed on top of taking out plates but not really on checking up on us for feedback of our experience. The sushi, soup, and the lo mein when fresh and saucy made our night. So I looked up on the awesome Yelp app for the closest Chinese buffet to my house and the crazy buffet was in the top five. So I went and my first impression was pretty awesome alot of choices from main courses , sides and deserts, plus the sushi selection was on point. Oh and they have a pretty nice hibachi grill. Now here what ruined my visit was the noodle soup selection was nice but instead of putting the ingredients in a broth it was just water and you had to use the soup the had from the wonton to the egg drop it was not good and it just didn't work for me pluse it was kinda pricey but if your really hungry the it's a great location if you don't have that much money I'd go somewhere else but that's just me read more

My first time: I was slightly disappointed to use paper plates and plastic cutlery but understood that because of COVID, this was probably easier. We were a party of 10 with kids. We paid almost 300 dollars including tip. Food was mediocre. No selection on sushi, which is what I usually look for in an Asian buffet right away. Plus, sushi were always out when I would look. Very large selection of food with delicious soups! I really like the seafood soup, sweet n sour soup, egg drop soup, etc. They have a sushi bar with a wide selection of sushi including fried and non-fried options. They have seaweed salad, salmon, and other types of sashimi. The pond with the pretty trees is nice and relaxing. read more
