It is one price, all-you-can-eat, but I didn't think the price was that bad considering all the options we could choose from. We ordered a few starters to begin with: mushrooms, pork belly, ceviche, and crispy salmon bites. I loved the mushrooms! They were absolutely delicious. The crispy salmon bites were a bit weird but yummy. I wasn't a fan of the other two items. The pork belly was dried out and tough to eat. The ceviche was flavorless and the fish inside was chewy. For dinner we ordered the golden sushi experience. What a cool way to present sushi! It's totally worth it for the whole overall vibe and truly was an experience. I enjoyed almost every piece of sushi I ate. Some of them had weird sauces and jams on top, which was different from any sushi I've eaten and yummy to try as a new concoction. I've been coming here for over 5 years, and it's only gotten better with time. The fish is always fresh and freshly made. And the menu is one of the most unique and innovative sushi menus in all of Orlando. The AYCE option is very much worth the price, especially when it includes appetizers and dessert. In the last five years, there's been times where the service was on the slower side but in the last year they've really turned it around. This really is one of Orlando's hidden gems! Keep in mind, this is a Brazilian sushi restaurant. Don't go to an Italian restaurant if you don't like pasta and don't go to a Brazilian sushi restaurant if you don't like fried sushi or cream cheese if that's a deal breaker for you. Though the location was out of the ordinary, they make the most of it. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the value of the meal was worth the price. I also appreciated the fact that I could adjust the menu items and not have cream cheese since it looks like just about every single item included some amount. As a sushi lover I was really excited to try this new location. It is in a small plaza, more or less a tourist area so parking is not difficult. The overall decor and space is comfortable, not huge because of the location but it can fit a good amount of people. However, the sushi is left to be desired. I am not a huge fan of fried rolls, it makes the sushi heavy and takes away from the fish. Most of the rolls were fried with Doritos chips. If you like your sushi more on the crunchier and heavy side this would be a good spot for to visit. The wait staff was friendly but they did not seem organized at all. We were here in October when they were having a weekday deal around $30/person. There was so much variety of food including some Brazilian sushi specialties like djo. It's salmon wrapped around a filling, no rice. I don't like sushi with cream cheese but I tried the djo with cream cheese and passion fruit and it was really good. A lot of their sushi has cream cheese so we mainly stayed with sashimi and carpaccio. The octopus carpaccio was my least favorite. They have you order from the menu in courses but you can order additional from prior courses. The cuts on the raw fish were not consistent as our meal progressed. There were only two sushi chefs working at the counter but only five tables had customers. I follow them on fb and they seem to have staffing issues. It was a good meal for sure and great value at the price we paid. Not sure if I would pay closer to $40/person but only because we don't eat that much. Everything came out super quickly, salmon is my favorite and it's in a lot of their dishes so I was super pleased. We tried the spring rolls, which were REALLY good, the steamed gyoza, which was also really good, the shrimp tempura, nigiri (salmon, white fish and tuna), a few of their hot rolls, a few of their salmon-wrapped rolls and some regular sushi rolls. I came to this place to hang out with a friend on a Tuesday afternoon. We came about 45min after it opened and it was mostly empty except for a few other groups. My friend and I got the all you can eat option for $36 + tax per person and ended up staying there for 4 hours ordering nearly everything off the menu and loving every bit of it. The service was fantastic the whole night and our waiter and other staff consistently checked up on us to make sure we were good. We also never had to wait too long for food. The dessert of fried banana roll with Nutella was also delicious! The restaurant serves Brazilian sushi and their sushi consists of mostly salmon and cream cheese combinations. So this is definitely the place for people who love that combo. As a heads up, the bathroom is sometimes locked and you need to ask one of the staff for the key to open it. Also, my friend and I got there early and were able to quickly get a table and served quickly, but the place does get very busy at around 8pm. That being said, the staff is very attentive and does a great job of handling things when it's busy. No water refills, the food never came, the server didn't even know what we were missing, and just kept asking us what we were missing when we got barely a 10% of what we ordered. We visited Orlando and decided to check this place out yesterday before heading back to NY. This is the first AYCE sushi spot I've been to ever where the staff is super friendly. There was one employee that stood out, didn't catch his name but he was great. He made the experience a memorable one. I don't usually leave reviews, usually when I do it's when I'm pushed to because of a horrendous experience, but in rare occasions like this one I love to applaud restaurants and their lovely staff. The only downside is most of the sushi items have cream cheese, however they did taste good and they were very unique. I love the fact that you can order single pieces instead of an entire roll, so you can get to sample everything and see what it is you like.
