I ordered the third largest combo. It came with a choice of two crab clusters or a cluster and a lobster tail with two additional pound of seafood choices. Overall, I enjoyed the seafood, but I thought the seafood was a bit mushy like they left it in the water too long? The quality of the shrimp was the best, but I found that the crab and the crawfish was more on the mushy side. We enjoyed the wings and the cocktail wasn't bad. The butter sauce was really savory and tasted like it had ranch powder in it. I do enjoy Captain Lou and Capri more. This would probably be my third choice. The prices are cheaper-- but the quality of seafood makes for the price... so keep that in mind .. Our server was really sweet she put my straw in my drink while I had on dirty gloves. I told her my sauce wasn't spicy and she actually brought me an extra sauce (without me asking for one) I thought that was really sweet. read more

Had a dinner at Crazy Crab, group of 11 adults, and everyone loved it! We will definitely come back soon! It was my first time there but i had heard of its good food. There was plenty of parking; the restaurant is located in a plaza with stores and from the outside doesn't look like much. The inside and decor is a surprise; many tables, walls painted to theme, large stocked bar. Service was good; one waitress for our large table but she was attentive. The food was amazing! We all ordered different combos, there were so many options. We started with apps, some dumplings, crab Rangoon, shumai and hush puppies. I got combo E with the combo spices, medium heat. It had a lobster claw, shrimp, mussels and crab. Also had potatoes (i didn't eat) and corn (loved!). The drinks were great too; had frozen mango margarita, plus we had shots to celebrate a birthday. I absolutely love this place the seafood here is so delicious, my favorite is the dungeon crab! The Asian chicken wigs are the best also the house fried rice is amazing, very good very flavorful! The alcohol drinks not good though. Service is great they are fast and very friendly. My family decided to visit Crazy Crab for Cajun Style Seafood. We had a positive experience at a similar restaurant in San Diego, CA, so we were excited to find that one has opened close to home in RI. From the looks of the strip mall, we expected to find a hole-in-the-wall but was pleasantly surprised to find a modern and tasteful casual dining area and sports bar. I'd say it's pretty fancy for a place where you are expected to wear a plastic bib and eat seafood with your bare hands! Check out the photos. My daughter and I ordered Combo D, which includes one cluster of snow crab, 1/2 lb. clams, and 1/2 lb. headless shrimp, 2 pieces of corn, and 2 pieces of baked potato. The medium Crazy Crab sauce was delicious! We dipped the fried fish and oysters we also ordered in it. The portion of combo D was perfect for 2 people and very reasonably priced at $30. The fried oysters and fried shrimp did not disappoint, but I would ask for some lemons next time. The first I visited, I ordered the Po Boy sandwich, which is only available during lunchtime, for takeout. My husband loved it! Crazy Crab is a fun and lively atmosphere that's perfect for large groups and individuals who like to watch sports at the bar. The service is great, the environment is clean, and there's a ton of parking available in the lot. The prices are also very reasonable compared to similar Cajun seafood restaurants. Highly recommend. I came here for a birthday celebration with my friend, and it did not disappoint! We came during the week for lunch and enjoyed the all you can eat special. The service was super friendly, and the food was delicious! The restaurant did smell a little bit like cleaning products, but it could've been just because we came right when they opened. It was an offputting smell. However, everything was gone with the wind when we looked at the menu and saw all of the awesome options that we could get. Order a family combo for a nice dinner with my parents! The server was prompt and gave us the rundown of how the food was going to come out on dish, and we use our hands with gloves to eat the delicious spread. Snow crab legs, lobster tails, mussels, clams, shrimp, little neck clams, and good old corn and potatoes with Cajun spice! We order medium but we definitely should've ordered spicy, because we wanted to feel the burn more! The food is always amazing here but the service is never good and honestly my experience makes me not want to go back. Got there at 830, asked for the all you can eat place our orders, ten minutes later our waitress comes back and tells us the kitchen is closing and we need to place a second bag order (don't accept all you can eat and then rush the customer?) I felt extremely uncomfortable and rushed, we didnt get the full 90 minutes my boyfriend didnt finish his second bag bc he didn't want to inhale it. And she charged us for it. Which I would get any other time but not when you rush us from the beginning. We split the Combo B (with 1 cluster of snow crab, 1/2 lb shrimp and 1/2 lb crawfish) and added extra shrimp and steam broccoli. We did the garlic butter sauce at medium spice and it was amazing. Despite being the sole patrons, we found ourselves neglected as our server seemed engrossed in her phone at the bar. However, when she eventually attended to us, she was super friendly. Turning our attention to the food, I ordered the snow crab legs and hush puppies. The hush puppies stood out with their well-balanced seasoning and evident fresh from the fryer crispiness, leaving a pleasing impression. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the snow crab legs. They arrived with an unexpected issue - their shells were oddly soft, making the cracking process far more challenging than anticipated. Even after mustering the effort to crack them open, the reward was underwhelming; there was hardly any meat inside. To add to the letdown, the flavor profile was kind of bland. One couldn't find a fault with the service we received just now if they tried. The younger of The Niblings has been rooting for this place for over a month. Food though now this wasn't a recent visit it was more than two months ago I missed it in my notes to review. So here it is hints to lichen soak your crab that's coming in frozen not fresh get the salt out. soak it first I shouldn't hv to say what I'm saying. Clams were chewy over cooked and the crab definitely had been in hot hold to long they were white that's lack of water or freezer burn! Corn was definitely frozen as well won't be back!
