The staff is outstanding, attentive friendly and spot on!!! The bar is a smoking bar but we sat outside so that was ok for us as no one was smoking outside.... The food was served quickly, BUT my brisket burger had no flavor and the sauce was thin and like a sweet vinegar. I was humiliated and I also lost quite a bit of cash, because the waitresses do not give you any change. They just keep whatever bills you give them, instead of waiting for you to give them a tip. When I inquired about the price of one drink, and the tipping policies, I think I pissed the manager and/or some waitresses off. In a matter of minutes, I was told by the manager and/or bouncer to leave because I was "too intoxicated". Too intoxicated after two drinks? I was not even allowed to charge my phone in order to get a "Lyft" ride home. After the bouncer found me outside trying to get a ride home, he insisted on calling the police if I did not immediately leave the premises. At this point, I broke down in tears, when a very nice couple found out about my dilemma and offered me a ride home. Very unprofessional staff. read more

Bartenders remember your name, keep drinks constantly flowing, and engage in conversation throughout the evening. This is definitely a local home town grown family bar, but one of the absolute best places in Branson to visit! I would probably give this place a 4, but Billie, the bartender, pushed my rating up to a 5! She was super friendly and attentive. She came out to our table and asked if she could make us a certain drink a couple of times. Food was good. I had the ribs and they were top notch. The downside was our server who not only told us how tired she was, but proceeded to act like she was tired. She messed up our order after not writing anything down, and pretty much didn't come back to see if we needed anything after our food was delivered. Had a very very good pulled pork smoked BBQ sandwich had sweet BBQ sauce On the side was sweet but not overly, my wife had the coleslaw and I had the BBQ beans they were good as well , you are greeted when you come in and with a shot of one of the drinks they make when you first sit down . Great smoked pork but strange experience with a blue haired waitress and a lead waitress questing me about something that was already discussed 30 minutes earlier. The lead then said you just ordered one more round of drinks then you can go. I told her we ordered food they we were just waiting on. Very odd that they would turn away business?
