Wow I cannot believe how bad the service was at this location! I went in and asked for several different items on the menu and repeatedly they were out of almost every item on their menu!! This was at 7pm you would have thought that they would've planned for better service. They were completely out of every primary entrée. They were out of ribs. They were out of steak. They were out of shrimp so I was not too happy. I maintain control. I did not say one bad thing, except that I was disappointed that they didn't have this stuff and the manager came over and accused all of us of saying vulgar language. None of us did. Like we go to church we want to represent God in Jesus, the way he wants us to. I pray that this manager will understand what's going on and the waitress can change her attitude as well. I do feel sorry for anyone else that had to be waited on by that manager or that waitress the rest of the evening. I will never go to Applebee's again. I encourage everybody I know to stop going to Applebee's. This was a single worst service I've ever had. I have never been treated in this manner. This was absolutely without a doubt 100% terrible service. I encourage everyone I know to avoid this restaurant. The company does not care about the customer. They would not even talk to me in a decent way they would not come ask what the situation was. They did not give me an opportunity to speak quietly with him so this is absolutely 100% terrible. Not all was bad. Artichoke dip was good. Shrimp good. Boneless wings were beyond horrible. Buffalo wings had a lot of cayenne powder dumped on top of them. Garlic Parmesan wings were served with a lot of raw minced garlic on them. Our waitress was very friendly. The problem was her defending a dish that did in no way look right. The restaurant was fine. Food ... 10/10 Service ... 10/10 Cleanliness ... 10/10 Praise the lord, a restaurant open past 7 pm in the off season!!! We walked in at 7:15 on a Saturday evening, and we had less than a 5 minute wait. The service was excellent, and we anted for nothing. The Bees has some of their classic deals back and I could not be more happy. $6 large margaritas and $25/29 Dinner for two are back, and that prevented the hill from breaking the bank. The food was very good. Exactly how the food is supposed to taste. The fiesta lime chicken was fresh, and subbing the sides was super easy. The 4 Cheese Mac was exceptional! read more

We made a reservation for a party of 15 at 7. We ended up arriving at 6:05 and they we more than willing to get us in early. The place didn't have more than 6 tables the whole night. We sat down and ordered our appetizers at 6:30 and our drinks right after. We ordered our entries at 6:50. Our drinks took 45 minutes to come out, the frozen drink was melted and the bartender remade it for us and comped it. Our waiter had no help and was doing the best he could. 2 of the 4 apps came out around 7:40 and 3 of the 15 entries as well. The 6 stakes we had ordered were overcooked, basically rubber. The mac and cheese was cold and the fries were all soggy, as if sitting under a warmer forever. The rest of the food came out in shifts as well as the two apps we ordered an hour before. At 8:15 everyone had their food, half the party was already done. We told the waiter he had done an amazing job but we would like to speak to a manager. The manager took around 15 minutes to finally come out. He told us he had been busy in the kitchen. The manager never told us his name but he was the one working on Sunday July 13, 2025. He would not comp anything to start but eventually comped only the apps. We told him that was unacceptable due to the amount of time it took to get our food and quality of the food. We left after getting bullied into paying the whole bill. The service here was unacceptable and the quality was a disaster. Safe yourself the hassle and eat local. read more

My son was playing in a weekend baseball tournament and went between games. That didn't work out well. The Negatives: There was no wait when we arrived. The host went and cleaned our table. The result was underwhelming. There was still bits of food all along the crevice between the base and back cushion. A plastic container was left on the top of the booth. The floors had debris. Our food took FOREVER to get out. We told our waiter that we were on a tight timeline and it did not have an effect. They appeared to be understaffed. The Positives: the food was very good. Everything was cooked perfectly and flavorful. Our waiter was very helpful and conversational. He was extremely busy but did a great job of checking on us multiple times. My wife's Blue Hawaiian was one of the best she's ever had. All in all, it's a chain restaurant in a resort town. The food was worth the stop, but the rest of the experience was underwhelming. read more

We, a group of 3, came in around 6pm. There were maybe 6 other tables occupied, so not busy by any means. We were sat immediately but did not have a server come up to us for 15 minutes. In that time no one asked us what we would like to drink or even just to tell us they would be with us soon. After 15 minutes our server, Staci, came up to us and told us she would be with us soon. After another 5 minutes she came back to get our drink order but forgot her pen and had to leave again! Once Staci returned to take our orders she used a napkin because she had also forgotten a paper. We were all ready to order our food, due to having plenty of time looking at the menus while waiting. We were going to order the 50¢ mozzarella sticks but were informed it is 50¢ per stick, which seems like such a silly sale. We ordered and were brought our drinks a few minutes later. We waited another about 20 minutes for our food, which really isn't too long of a wait. However once the food arrived it was cold and the ketchup on our table and the surrounding tables were all empty. We would have asked our waitress for another bottle but at no point until the very end of our meal did she come anywhere even close to us. On top of cold food and no ketchup, my husbands burger had tomato on it when he had asked for no lettuce or tomato. When one person in our group was finished eating Staci returned to take the plate. We all asked for refills of our drinks because no one had come near us for us to be able to ask for a refill before that point. By the time we got our refills all 3 of us were done and Staci took the other two plates. We then waited for the check because it was not brought to us once she took the first plate as it would have been at any other establishment I have ever been to. My gf and I are in the food service industry and always rolled our eyes at these. We are usually very understanding and patient with places also knowing all too well that this being peak season and everyplace is hurting with being short staffed.. but tonight I could not hold back. We ordered for pick up. A neighborhood double cheese burger, add bacon and no bun with a side Caesar salad.. and a whiskey bacon burger sub crispy chicken and fries.. I know, we had some substitutes, but the employee repeated the order to me on the phone perfectly.. we picked up our order and headed home.. when we got home we were very disappointed . my Gf's neighborhood burger had no bacon, the burger set up was a cup of lettuce.. no garlic mayo or pickles.. her Caesar salad was simply lettuce and a side of dressing, luckily we had some cheese in the fridge she could add to the salad to make it sufficient.. and the portion was for a child. My sandwich was fine but they completely forgot the fries..I got the ketchup for fries but no fries.. we were completely unimpressed and will not be returnig.. $34 plus a $10 tip.. do better Applebee's, Do better read more

If I could rate this a zero I would, the service was absolutely horrendous. The server was so so rude, was giving us attitude. One person found a hair in her salad, my food was horrible over cooked, the worst restaurant experience I've had in a very long time. Our waitress Crystal kept us very happy when we visited! I had the blackened chicken pasta, sometimes this can get a bit dry but it was perfect moist and seasoned well. We also had riblets with sauce on side and because couldn't make a selection had two sauces delivered to table upon suggestion of Crystal. Great call! It was Veteran's Day and I noticed every Veteran was welcomed, thanked for their service and treated to a free meal. That was very cool! We came here at 12:00 AM or midnight after mini golf and this was the only thing available. When we walked in, the music was blasting and it is hard to hear anyone. We were seated and we got menus and I got the burger off the 2 for 20 which was good. The thing I'm trying to point out is the LOUD MUSIC. my mom said the LOUD MUSIC is so bad that you can't talk to the person next to you without yelling. The food was good tho. I don't know what it is like eating lunch or something here but the LOUD MUSIC is not good and the people should tone down the LOUD MUSIC. The appetizers were good however due to service we didn't get past appetizers and left to go elsewhere. It took over 5 minutes to get seated even though they were dead. Ordered drinks and appetizers and brought out with no plates. Waited to ask for plates and only brought 2 with 4 people. "Company Policy" I came in for happy hour at 10 to only find out they wouldn't accept my Missouri Licensed ID. This is extremely frustrating considering: 1. I am from Branson. 2. I have more than one form of identification with me. The manager claims it is against company policy to accept state issued IDs in the paper form. I just can't believe they would deny a local with multiple forms of identification for an alcohol sale. Not to mention the steak and shrimp I was going to order as well. And possibly a dessert.
