Our party ordered The Big Philly Bomb was top notch, and if it's a bit too big for your taste you can always trim a bit off the ends like a smash burger shawarma lol. Staff was great. The food? Not so much. I was visiting from Chicago and I tried the pork nachos. They tasted like NOTHING to my son and I. Cheddar cheese tasted flat! I couldn't find the black beans and meat was virtually none existent. So I flagged the waiter and they brought me the cheeseburger nacho instead. While I waited the Mac burger came out. Again, Mac and cheese layer and the burger patty tasted like no seasoning was added. My son loves Mac and cheese and he even said it tasted like Kraft. We then got the cheeseburger nachos hoping something would be good... Strike 3. The cheeseburger piece were so small you would think they were brown rice with how pellet size they were. The cheese sauce is absolutely worse than taco bell even. Honestly, just save your money and go to taco bell. The best part of all the dishes? The pickles that came on top of the cheeseburger nachos. Also, all their signature sauces were bad. Donkey was plain(taste like mayo), ranch tasted like garlic aoli(what the donkey was trying to be), spicy ketchup? Don't make me laugh. Bbq sauce? A colleague and I stopped by Guy Fieri's in Branson to grab a bite to eat and unwind for the evening. The restaurant is somewhat tucked away behind Bass Pro Shops along the shopping strip, but it's definitely worth seeking out. We decided to sit at the bar, and Jazz immediately took great care of us. She quickly got us a couple of cold beers, handed us menus, and made us feel welcome from the start. Friendly, attentive service always makes a difference, and Jazz did an excellent job throughout our visit. I wasn't overly hungry, so I ordered the Cheesy Burger, while my colleague went with the Bacon Mac & Cheese Burger. When our food arrived, we both realized we may have underestimated the portion sizes. These burgers were huge! They were packed with flavor, cooked well, and loaded with toppings. Even with healthy appetites, we could only finish about half of our meals and ended up taking the rest with us for later. As we were enjoying our food, we noticed an eerie fog bank slowly rolling across the lake. It created a unique and almost surreal backdrop that made the evening even more memorable. Between the beautiful scenery, perfect weather, excellent service, and delicious food, it turned into one of those unexpected dining experiences that sticks with you. Our waitress Janet was great! We asked to sit on the patio and really enjoyed the view as a storm rolled through. I ordered Philly cheeses teak egg rolls which I didn't enjoy due to the large onion pieces but if that's your thing im sure you would love them. My husband enjoyed his bacon mac-n-cheese burger. Super-friendly host and waitress, a fun atmosphere, and menu items that strike the right balance between creative and kitschy. If you're a Guy Fieri fan, you'll probably enjoy the experience. We've visited quite a few restaurants featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives over the years, but this was our first time at one of Guy's own restaurants. I can't say for certain, but it doesn't seem like there's anything under 1,000 calories on the menu. If you're watching your waistline or trying to avoid ordering a side of angioplasty, this may not be your place. My five-year-old loved the mac and cheese topped with Goldfish crackers, but after a few bites he abandoned it and started helping himself to my wings. His verdict was that he was "too full of Flavortown." A little more balance in the dish might have made it a bigger hit for him. Speaking of the wings, the buffalo version was good... better than your average sports-bar wings. The wasabi blue cheese dressing was unique and paired nicely with them. The heat level was fairly mild, though, so if you're looking for more of a kick, you may want to explore some of the other sauce options. My wife enjoyed her burger, particularly because the donkey sauce gave it a distinctive flavor. She appreciated that it wasn't just another smashburger, which seems to be all you can find these days. The beer selection was decent, although several taps were empty during our visit. Fortunately, I still found something that suited my taste. Portion sizes were enormous. Despite not having eaten since lunch nearly eight hours earlier, all three of us left plenty of food on our plates-- except for the wings, which disappeared quickly. My family went to Guy's restaurant over the weekend and boy was it delicious! My advise? Don't eat breakfast the day you choose to go! We made that mistake and weren't able to finish most of our entrees but they were all delicious. We tried the old skool steak sandwich, bourbon brown sugar wings, bacon mac and cheese burger, blackened salmon, and the Baja bowl. We also got the Nashville hot chicken nachos to share before the meal and if you get anything at this places try the nachos!! They're delicious! Everything was really well seasoned and delicious. It was fun and unique, though I personally prefer a thicker burger patty rather than a thinner one. Still, it was creative and tasty, and the overall food quality was excellent. The restaurant had a fun, energetic vibe and the service was friendly and attentive, which made for a really enjoyable dining experience. One slightly odd moment at the end: our server handed us a card encouraging a review, which is totally fine, but it also included a religious message ("Jesus saves"). I thought I had learned my lesson after having had terrible experiences and food at every other Guy Fieri establishment I've ever tried (Laughlin, Foxwoods, Cherokee, Pigeon Forge, Myrtle Beach....and even his original two: Tex Wasabi's and Johnny Garlic's) I sat at the bar at his place in Branson and not unsurprisingly was met by a rude (and I'm guessing a bit psychotic) bartender who mumbled to herself. She ignored me for a while and eventually took my order after a group of young dudes sat down and had their order taken 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. I ordered a Tanqueray and Tonic and a Cheesy Pretzel Bite plate. I mean how hard could that be? Right? Well, apparently very difficult because there was barely any alcohol in the drink and the tonic was flat. I had her pour a replacement. The pretzel bites came out on a very hot, sizzling little cast iron pan, but funny thing is the pretzels were barely hot and the cheese barely melted. $17.00 for 7 mediocre little pretzel nuggets with some cheese on top. And just like the other of his establishments, they apparently save money by not hiring a cleaning staff. Never again, Guy.....I gave you enough chances. read more

On the surface, to receive a dedicated menu with a GF side and a Celiac side was quite impressive. But when you read the fine print, to have items on the celiac side of the menu that are cooked in shared fryers seems pointless. Just don't put them on the menu. We arrived to a mostly empty restaurant n still had to wait to be seated. After over 45 minutes of being at the restaurant when our food came we asked our waitress to pack it to go as we had reservations for MJ at 8pm (we arrived at the restaurant approximately 630pm). The waitress, who was lovely, got the manager who insisted on comping our meal and had everything boxed up for us to go. We ended up eating our sandwiches the next day and even tho they were a "day old" the food was wonderful. I just wish we were able to eat it hot at the restaurant. My husband and I were visiting Branson on our anniversary, and stopped here. A lady on the cruise we were recently on suggested it. Walking in the hostess was very friendly and attentive. The place is huge and very spacious. They even had windows that you could see in the kitchen, which appeared to be as big as half the restaurant. Once we were seated, our super friendly server was there to take our drink order and she gave a quick run down of the menu. We both decided to go with the burgers. I had the Philly Bomb Burger. The presentation was definitely enough to make your mouth water. It did not disappoint the burger was good. Although it was good it would have been great if it would have had some sauce on it (if it was some, I didn't taste it see it) like Heinz 57 and a tad bit of salt. The fries were good, I especially like that it was more than one type of fry in my basket. My husband said the same thing about his burger as well. The cheesy goofy vibe of Guy is everywhere - and so is his face LOL Luckily the food shows up and gives the place something to stand other than just a famous name. And as far as tourist restaurants go, it was VERY fairly priced. These days a footlong at Subway is $16, I'll pay for an entire chicken sandwich plate made fresh by a chef for $16 any day. Not to mention an incredible steak sandwich with garlic sauce! We also got the street corn queso to share, and it was divine.
