Officially my favorite place for hotwings! I would always drive all the way to Glendale for good wings but ever since I discovered crazy hot wings which is very close to where I live, I don't even think about the other place. Their lemon pepper flavor and the spicy buffalo is to die for and the customer service is just unbelievably amazing. Every time I walk in there, the people greet me as if I'm their daughter (very welcoming). It's about the owners wife who when I asked could I use the restroom, looked me up and down with a look of disgust on her face then said, "we don't have a bathroom". I have not been back since. I love hot wings. This place is convenient located near where I live and my husband and I love supporting small local businesses. My husband and I have dined here on several occasions. On a few of those occasions, the owner gratuitously allowed me to utilize the restroom his wife rudely lied to my face and told me they didn't have. Mind you, my husband and I dined here just the week before. During that visit, a customer (Armenian) asked the owner's wife if he could use the restroom. She had no problem allowing him to use the restroom she told me they didn't have a week later. I'd like to believe the fact that I'm an American of African descent (Black), and by the way my husband is "American" (white), had nothing to do with the look of disgust on the owner's wife's face as she looked me up and down and lied to me about not having a restroom. I'm sure the rude apparently racist towards others that don't look like her and speak her language owner's wife could careless about losing a loyal customer. This review is make the owner aware that his kindness kept us coming back and his wife's rude attitude and horrible customer service caused us to never patronize your establishment ever again.
