Some of my coworkers recommended this spot so I thought I'd give it a try! Queens Burgers serve a very classic style burger and fries. It's a good burger but nothing much else to it. It's what you would expect a burger to be. Nothing less , nothing more. Their fries are good! I liked the seasoning they put on it. Service was good , staff were friendly and welcoming. Food came out relatively fast. Ambiance is okay. It's just one of those classic burger spots. Overall , would come back and try other menu items. read more

Been coming here for years, always good and the workers are always nice and polite. Burgers and fries are really good, the breakfast burritos are soooo good and the breakfast plate and pancakes are really good, tacos and burritos asada are good. The only thing that's a miss for me is the Gyro, they need a little work. The meat is over cooked and they put lettuce in the gyro. I had to get a fork n pick out the pieces of sausage n egg that wasn't drenched in oil, it had literal puddles of oil. If you want a burger/sandwich that falls apart on you because of the grease and excessive sauces, this is your place. Every part of my sandwich was just covered in all kinds of grease, including the bun. But fries were ok. We don't have much in this town to eat unless you want kababs....so fix this. You can do a lot better. And have your cashier and order takers take customer service classes. They seemed a bit pissy. read more

Ugh! The line at Everest was not moving so I thought I'd give Queens a try. Slow. Waited 15 minutes for my order, and then when I questioned how low the price was, and checked my bag, they didn't have the order right. So we had to start the process again. Wait for another 12 minutes to get my second sandwich... I had to move my car to the side so they can bring the order out. And when you get large fries at Everest, you really get large fries. Large fries at Queens are like regular size. When I asked if there were more fries that I could buy without waiting, they said no. Idk why this place doesn't have 5 stars They're incredibly clean and I haven't ate a cheeseburger this good since my childhood. I keep coming back and having other people try it they're amazed too. This is my 4th time back in a month. Here's a tip. Best thing on the menu is the double cheese burger. It's like a larger home made in n out double double from in n out. Don't do single patty unless it's for a kid. This place is my go to for breakfast burritos. For $11 you get a burrito with three eggs, cheese potatoes and chorizo. It's hearty and definitely flavorful! The orange grease oozing out of burrito lets you know that chorizo is well seasoned. Keeps me full for hours! Totally recommend. They also have ham, sausage and steak burritos too. Their green salsa is delicious as well and the tartness from the tomatillo cuts through the fat of the chorizo. Or maybe just hides it! Go check it out people! read more

Let's start with the positives. I really enjoyed the burger and fries. The char on the patty added great flavor, and the thicker fries were a hit--crispy and satisfying. That said, there were a few downsides that made me question whether I'd return. To the owner or manager: you're located just a few blocks from In-N-Out. Rather than creating a competitive edge, you're cutting corners in a way that feels off-putting. Charging for extra sauce and soda refills? Really? Fountain drinks and sauces cost just pennies. If it were up to me, I'd slightly raise menu prices and offer these basics without the nickel-and-diming--especially when In-N-Out gives them out freely. Maybe that's part of the reason why we walked in on a Sunday afternoon and the place was completely empty. It's the little things that shape customer loyalty. read more

They charge 16 bucks for a burger combo then charge 50 cents each thousand island on top of that and dont even let you know, thats crazy will not be coming back here in n out is right down the street cheaper and better quality everything. I ordered a BLT combo and ask for extra bacon, they told me it was going to be almost a five dollar charge for extra bacon which I thought was a little steep, but I was certain it would be worth it as I thought they would add plenty more. To my surprise, my BLT sandwich came with the same amount of bacon as it normally would making me very disappointed. read more

I seen several food people video from Queens Burger & was craving chili cheese fries. So, I went after work, just had to drive a few miles out of the way. They have their own parking lot which is a big plus. Inside is dark and the menu is a very small sign. I ordered Chili Cheese fries with Pastrami on top. We were headed down foothill on a misty day. I needed a quick lunch and didn't want to get out of the car. So we stopped by Queens. Long Story Short, their food is good enough. It wasn't great, but wasn't awful. It provided just what we needed at a reasonable price. We got: Grilled cheese sandwich - Very basic, but well made. It came with white bread and American cheese. Next time I'd probably see if they had cheddar which is my preference. Fries - These were fresh, crispy, and made well. They were the size between shoe string and steak. Chicken strips - I was hoping for a thicker tender, but it was flat, pressed, batters chicken spongy pieces. It was ok but I probably wouldn't order that again. Fried Zucchini- These were long thick spears breaded with a slightly sweet batter. They were well cooked and not hard. A little more seasoning would have been nice. But I wasn't mad at them, and my kids enjoyed them without even having dipping sauce. It did take a little while to get our food, but I like that it was made fresh. So no complaints there. I got all of that plus a small drink (and adult small not a kiddie cup which was nice) for about $20 since part of it was a kids meal. I was looking for a "hole in the wall" burger joint ya know with the yellow wrapper and thick fries? Well I yelped for it close to where I was doing some errands and nobody seemed to offer that at all reasonable price and not be corporate branded. Anyways I was shocked that finally I found something as good as Chris burgers in La puente and those small time places in pacoima. Unbeknownst to me it's owned by the same person there too Portions are huge with the fries Drinks are reasonably sized for being "regular" all their menu is extremely reasonable the area isn't the best but if you come in the day you'll come out with a happy belly! read more

Food was adequate, a regular old school hamburger grill. Tastes good and fresh. Fries had seasoning salt. Everything came piping hot. No frills interior. For a bacon cheeseburger combo under $14 it was a good deal. Only thing I didn't like is they had no free refills. WTF this is the modern age and soda should have refills. read more

I found this place just by driving. I thought I'd give it a try even though it looked like it was closed. I was surprised to find out they were open. I got the avocado burger with onion rings and a soda. I was shocked when she said we have canned soda. I asked the cashier why that was , she said there's soda machine stopped working. Anyway I found the burger to be really good. Maybe it was because I was really hungry. The cashier was friendly. I did see her answer the phone. Huge portions and hot food for a fair price, but trying to walk in and order is a huge pain. Very confusing entrance just to walk into the place. One door says use other door and the "other door" says use the first door. Service was alright, but a little rude. Could barely hear her through the plexiglass barrier. It is February 19th, today I arrived at queens at around 1:03 pm, very empty with no line to order, I arrive at the order window and get attended very quickly, I simply ordered a plain cheeseburger. As I'm directed to pay at the first window there is a customer still at the window to pay, I waited behind the car for about 10 min before he finally received his order, I was very confused but decided to let it go, as I approach the window to pay, I was not greeted, I was not asked if I needed any condiments, as I receive me single order for a burger, I drive off then stop to check and I received the wrong order. I go back to ask how long I would have to wait and I'm told 5 to 10 min, after the fact that I waited almost 20 whole minutes with no customers, I ask for my refund back, I paid with card and the lady hands me cash that was the wrong change, I don't say anything to worsen the situation and I just left. I waisted my lunch break so now I have nothing to eat, and I received the wrong change in refund. The lack of care and quality service the 2 women at queens foothill put out was astonishing, as a message to management I would highly look into the employees at around 1:00 pm I recommend queens burgers in Pacoima, they never fail me and the staff there are really cool. read more

My husband and I always come to Queens . We love the cheeseburger and fries BUT the past two times we went we were just not satisfied . First they handed me a medium ice tea and I decided to change the order and asked for a large. They first said "we don't have anymore unsweetened Ice tea. Let me double check." Came back with a large size cup claiming she had "just enough" to make the large size. Well, she probably had just enough space to add more Ice because dang... that thing was filled 3/4 way of ice Second (see pictures) I decided to order something else instead of the cheeseburger. I ordered the taquitos with fries and a salad. The taquitos were not what I expected. They were over fired and the chicken was not edible . The salad was not what I expected. It was mainly the center of iceberg lettuce . And they forgot my ranch. Lastly, my husband prefers ketchup and mustard instead of their house dressing. The amount of mustard they put on both sides of the burger was a little over the top. The girl that takes your orders at the Queens Burgers located in Tujunga/Sunland Foothill location is 100% totally not woke. When other customers that were the same race as her, she would change her attitude and customer service while other races she would give a MAD facial expression low moral and not happy giving attitude. There is an underage girl roaming around the kitchen area which is against the law to have a non-employee roaming around the kitchen touching things. I witness this underage girl putting her hands on the soda machine and ice cream machine to make shakes which is disgusting. I would NOT recommend going to this place because of the customer service being discriminated by the employees as well as having an underage kid using this place as a day care center having them roaming around the kitchen area is not professional read more

Quality is wonderful, portions are more than generous, prices are fair, staff has always been great.... Like again the staff was perfect there's a hot day I had my head down for a bit texting something (doing some business) the car in front of me pulled away .... I was able to finish 3 words and hit send put my car in the gear move forward.... The compliment here also goes to the patrons of this place!!!!! The driver behind me didn't lose his s***.... !!!!! I frequent these mom and pop burger spots and usually get the same thing: a lettuce wrapped, bacon and avocado cheeseburger. This place did not disappoint. The burger tasted great, plenty of lettuce, the patty was big, the avocados were fresh, and a good amount of bacon. I've only had breakfast but it's pretty good. Their breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches are very tasty! Also it's drive through so it's very convenient. Sometimes I call ahead and it's ready at the drive through. If you don't call ahead the wait is not long at all. read more
