I ordered a 13x13 Finding Nemo Jumper for my daughters 3rd birthday party. Our party was from 10am-1pm and the jumpy house was due to arrive at 9am, but at 920am I was beginning to worry as no one had yet arrived. I called Ceasar and he sounded as if he was surprised to hear from me and then confirmed my address and said, "I'll be right there!" He arrived at 09:55 am and had the jumpy house set up by 10:05 am just as the first guests were arriving. It was clean and in good condition and a big hit with the kids (as most bouncy houses usually are). He let us keep it an hour longer due to the drop off delay and it took no longer than 10-15 minutes for them to pick up and depart. There was no equipment problems during the party & it was clean and it great condition -- and the kids loved it. The price for the rental ($85) was the most reasonable I found and required no deposit and you keep the bouncy house for 8 hours, which is more than enough and you pay upon pick-up. I was disappointed about the late arrival time but understand sometimes these things do happen so I'd advise confirming the day before and schedule the bounce house to arrive an hour BEFORE the party to allow for any possible delays. In the scheme of things, all went well and the kids had a great time. read more

Cesar made my daughters bday party a success. We had originally ordered a size for our front yard, but due to a yard issue, that area was unavailable. Instead of cancelling outright, Cesar worked to find a better location on our property, and went back to his warehouse and came back (an hour roundtrip) with a properly sized smaller bounce house that fit in our (smaller) backyard. Oh, and did it all in the pouring rain (our new location had an awning so it worked out). He helped us clear out the space and setup quietly then came back and quietly disassembled it all. I live in Pleasanton and used Crazy jumpers for my daughter's 6 year old party last month. My experience was very positive and I will definitely use them again the next time I have occasion for a jumper. I decided on Crazy Jumpers after searching online for a jumper-slider combo and found that they have the best one for the best price. Because they are based in San Jose, Pleasanton is technically not in their service zone, but Cesar said that they would do it with a small surcharge. He ended up charging me $15 surcharge for the distance, and it's still well worth it. On the day before the party, Cesar called to say that they would be coming early in the morning because their driver was sick. They came at 7am, even though our original request time was 11am. That turned out to be even better because then I didn't have to worry about them not showing at all. They took maybe 5 minutes to set up, showed us how to use it, then left it with us for the whole day. We could turn it on or off at our will, and it was easy! They didn't pick it up until 6:30 pm. The jumper turned out to be a hit at our party. We had 20 kids but they regulated themselves, so it was just right. Everyone was commenting on how clean the jumper was. And Cesar is a great guy. Getting a 4-in-1 combo jump house was a huge hit at my housewarming party, and now I'm considering always having one for future house parties. My roommate told me "it was a stroke of genius," and I was like, "Well, yeah, I know...I thought of it." Seriously though, both kids and adults loved it, and I'm really glad I got the 4-in-1 ($175 for whole day, +tip) instead of the 2-in-1 ($140)...the 4-in-1 allowed multiple adults in it at the same time with room to spare. In fact, I called the morning of to change my order to a 4-in-1, and am super grateful that Cesar was able to accommodate my last minute request. It's possible that the adults loved it more than the kids, although the kids lasted much longer in there...I got a bit winded and dizzy after a few minutes (guess I need to do more cardio). Ready for summer fun? Now we've all seen those inflatable water slides at Costco and thought, man that would be cool for a party. I was just so hesitant because the weight capacity is only about 100 pounds. So instead of taking a risk on such a pricey investment I decided to call up Crazy Jumpers to see if they rented any water slides. I had no picture to make my decision but I booked them anyway, and once again I must pat my self on the back for a job well done. The slide was a hit. Up and down nonstop the kids were at it until the sun came down. For the little ones who feared the slide, the 10 by 10 pool gave just enough depth for a safe swim. Many companies charge nearly 300 to 400 for such a large rental so I feel like I can really count on quality entertainment for a bargain price of 160 bucks. What a treat my son had on his 2nd birthday party! Casar @Crazy Jumpers was very professional over the phone on what I wanted. I needed a specific jumper in size (length, width and height) that was going to fit in my small backyard area. I was also looking for something targeting smaller kids between 2-5yo. Casar answered all my questions and we were able to agree on a jumper meeting all my needs. I was a bit worried on the time mentioned when they were going to set it up which was from 8am -12pm. I waited until 11:30 that day and had to call them to make sure everything was on track. Casar showed up at my door 10 minutes later and everything was setup in minutes. We ordered a jumper for our son's 3rd b-day, we got a combo 2-1 that is half jump and half slide. VERY nice and arrived as expected! The guys came and helped set up the night before (our party was early the next day and they were very accomodating!), jumper was clean and functioned perfectly. I recommend going the extra $25 or so for the combo jumpers if you have the space, rather than just the 13x13.....the slide creates a good "flow" of kids rather than a pile of them in one square jump house that can create a pint-sized mosh pit at times. Also allows bigger kids to focus on the slide when smaller kids are jumping....again, helping to reduce the # of pile-ups and tears from the 3 year old who has been crushed by a 6 year old in the heat of battle. Also recommending bribing an older child to stay inside the jump house to police jump-house bullys, assist little ones in climbing to the slide and monitor pile-ups as described above! Crazy jumpers picked up when they said they would, and were even very forgiving when they saw that our birch tree had "rained" seeds that got inside the jumper. We cleaned it but they said they would clean the rest. I am ordering again from this company for a party next month and I highly recommend them! The reservation process was fairly smooth, with the exception of some untimely emails (email responses were delayed so I ended up calling to expedite the process.) Prices were reasonable and I was given a discount for reserving a bounce house, tables, and chairs. The day of the event, on the other hand, was a nightmare. They were supposed to arrive at 10 for a party at 11 and they were no where to be found. I called a few times and finally got a call back, saying they were on their way. I must have called 8 times after that with no answer. They did not show up until 2.5 hours later!!! We had 150 people at our party and were waiting for the table and chair rentals for seating. Needless to say, this was stress I did not need on top of planning for this many guests. Luckily the kids were entertained inside, but they were very excited to finally see the bounce house arrive. When we were packing up, I discovered that they shorted me a few chairs from what I had ordered which added to the frustration. I was given an additional discount for the inconvenience, but the stress was unacceptable. I was told that I could not reach them because his cell phone died. Why specify a drop off time if they're going to be 2.5 hours late? Why not have a fully charged cell phone knowing that customers may call (especially if they don't show up)? Why not have the courtesy to contact customers when there are delays, so they know what is going on? I almost rated this 1 star, but gave them an extra one for providing the discount at the end. At least they tried to alleviate the situation, but I would expect better from a company. read more

I rented at jungle mini waterslide jumper from Crazy Jumpers earlier this month for my daughter's 4th birthday party. The jumper was a bit hit with all the kids which ranged in age from 4 to 8 years old. Delivery and set up on quick, efficient and on time as was the pick up. We celebrated our son's first birthday yesterday. We had originally planned to hold the party at Bounce-A-Rama in Milpitas, but it didn't open on time and so we had to move the party to our house. Cesar was very prompt at answering the phone. We ordered two jumpers with 4 days' notice. And then it rained and rained and rained before the party. The ground where we placed the jumpers was muddy; Cesar saved the day by putting huge tarps down on the ground. No mud was tracked into my house! The jumpers were very clean. The Double water slide was a huge hit with my 10 year old daughter and her guests for her birthday a couple of days ago. This was perfect because it was such a tall slide but had a soft ride since it was wet (can be dry too) and air-filled and the older kids didn't think it was too baby-ish. Plus, there are two to use so there isn't a lot of waiting to have the ride. My girl loves it since her friends asked for the name and phone numbers to use for themselves.
